Background: The global outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) disease 2019 (COVID-19) has a harsh effect throughout the world. A wide range of neuromuscular symptoms including myalgia, anosmia, loss of taste and muscle weakness have been seen post COVID-19 infection. Some of these symptoms may impair balance and activities of daily living. Balance is defined as ability of an individual to maintain the line of gravity within the base of support. Objective: This case report study shows how physiotherapy management was helpful for a 63-year-old male during COVID and post-COVID rehabilitation to enhance his functional recovery. It also describes balance training strategies which were used in addition to regular pulmonary physiotherapy in a patient affected with COVID-19. Case Study: This study reports a four-month long physiotherapy protocol of a 63-year-old male patient admitted to a hospital due to COVID-19 in whom imbalance was also observed. Physiotherapy management was started for the same. The protocol included in-patient as well as out-patient exercises. Pulmonary physiotherapy along with neuro physiotherapy, in the form of balance training, were included. The patient showed good improvement in balance and regained his functional independence and hence discharged from physiotherapy treatment. Conclusion: Thus, Covid and post- COVID-19 physiotherapy rehabilitation is essential to elicit positive adaptive changes to improve the functional capacity, independence in the daily activities and QOL. KEY WORDS COVID-19, Static Balance, Dynamic Balance, Fatigue, Neuromuscular Disorders.

The proposed model consists of a water feed tube and an absorber plate, as well as a convection heat transfer system, the ansys fluent system simulation program was used. The electrical output of the panel and its efficiency have been investigated and the effect of changes in the intensity of solar radiation on the temperature of the liquid and the absorption plate on the performance of the system have been studied. A dynamic analysis of the thermal hybrid system was performed with a circulation pump. Calculations were performed using a detailed mathematical model. The analysis was performed in three cases, the first case when the system has no cooling, in the second case with constant flow, and in the third case when the pump was optimized. Finally, numerical results were compared with the practical reference results. Both results are in good agreement. The results obtained showed that the system with optimization case give a good improvement in efficiency with low reduction of the thermal efficiency compared to a constant flow.</p>

Introduction: - Chalazion is also known as a tarsal ‘cyst’ or meibomian ‘cyst’. This is not a cyst but a chronic inflammatory granuloma of a meibomian gland. Chalazia are often multiple, occurring in crops. The contem- porary treatment modalities include eyelid hygiene with hot compresses, topical antibiotic ointment and also steroid injections. Most lesions usually necessitate more invasive procedures. If the chalazion does not resolve, it should be incised and curetted. its management is difficult, due to its high recurrence rate and chronicity. It is correlated to Utsangini in Ayurveda. Ayurveda can provide safe and cost-effective results in Utsangini with both Shodhana and Shamana Chikitsa. Materials and Methods: -A case of Chalazion successfully treated with local application of dugdhika ksheera and bidalaka with mukkadi churna along with a few internal medicines is recorded here. Result: The subject had shown good improvement Conclusion: Latex of euphorbia latex has a good effect on the management of Utsangini. Keywords: Chalazion, Utsangini Bidalaka, Dugdhika Ksheera, Mukkadi Churna.

Basti is said to be the best therapy for pacifying aggravated Vata Dosha. It is considered as Ardha Chikitsa due to the capacity to cure diseases of either Abhyantara, Bahya or Madhyama Roga Marga when used judiciously. It is broadly classified into Niruha, Anuvasana and Uttara Basti Anuvasana Basti believed to nourish the body and increase Bala (strength) and Varna (complexion). Matra Basti is a type of Anuvasana Basti in which the Sneha is administered in the lowest dosage. Gridhrasi is one among Vataja Nanatmaja Vikara characterised by Stabdhata (stiffness), Vedana (pain), Toda (pricking sensation) in the lumbar region radiating to the lower limb. Gridhrasi is of two types viz Vataja and Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi. Vataja Gridhrasi is characterized by severe pain whereas, Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi has symptoms viz Tandra (drowsiness), Gaurava (heaviness of body) and Aruchi (ano- rexia). Bala Taila contains Madhura Rasa, Snigdha, Vatahara, Balya, Brumhana properties. Sahachara Taila contains Madhura Tikta Rasa, Ushna Veerya and Vata-Kaphahara properties. This study was undertaken to com- pare the efficacy of Matra Basti with Bala Taila and Sahachara Taila in the management of Gridhrasi to ascer- tain a better modality. Statistical analysis showed that both groups showed good improvement in various parame- ters of Gridhrasi. When compared between the groups it revealed that there was not statistically difference except in S Lanss Pain Score (p<0.05). Hence it can be concluded that both Bala Taila Matra Basti and Sahachara TailaMatra Basti may be practiced in treating patients with Gridhrasi (Sciatica) to reduce both signs and symptoms successfully. Keywords: Matra Basti, Gridhrasi, Bala Taila, Sahachara Taila

The traditional social work services are mainly visits which have some problems such as inconvenient information circulation, unreasonable resource allocation, and low service efficiency. To improve these problems, Internet plus is used to reform social work services and form an Internet plus social work service mode. Although this model has a very good improvement effect on social work service, with the rapid increase of the number of social work services and the rapid growth of the number of volunteers, this model has limitations in the arrangement of social work services and volunteer management. Therefore, based on this model, with the help of machine learning, the Internet plus social work service mode can be deepened by using machine learning to manage social services and volunteers. Internet plus social work service is the main problem in this paper. The Internet plus social work service mode is formed. Then, the deepening role of machine learning in Internet + social work service is discussed, and some problems in Internet plus social work service mode are improved. Internet plus social work service mode can better improve the problems in traditional social work service. The paper also uses machine learning to further optimize the mode of Internet plus social work service, which has a good application in social work service prospects.

Abstract: The wollastonite mineral are the main source of solid-state reaction from limestone and silica sand. Wollastonite is used as replacement of both sand and cement depending on size of wollastonite. Present study will provide better understanding of mechanical and durability properties of concrete in which cement is partially replaced with wollastonite. The present paper would contribute to the efforts being made in the field of concrete technology towards development of concretes possessing good strength and durability properties along with economic and ecological advantage. Based on the study, valuable advice will be given for concrete structures. It was found that with increase in amount of wollastonite, in concrete with workability of concrete decreases. It was also found that initial day’s strength is less for wollastonite concrete compare to control mix, but as the age increases they show good improvement in strength due to pozzalanic reaction. Optimum dosage is observed to be 15% WP which shows more strength compared to control mix. Keywords: wollastonite mineral, workability, compressive strength, split tensile strength.

Wunderlich syndrome is a rare condition characterised by acute spontaneous non-traumatic renal haemorrhage into the subcapsular and perirenal spaces. Our case of anti-GAD65-associated autoimmune encephalitis (AE), aged 30 years, developed this complication following use of enoxaparin and was managed by selective glue embolisation of subsegmental branches of right renal cortical arteries. Our case had opsoclonus as one of the clinical manifestations, which has till now been described in only two patients of this AE. This patient received all forms of induction therapies (steroids, plasmapheresis, intravenous immunoglobulin and rituximab) following which she had good improvement in her clinical condition. The good response to immunotherapy is also a point of discussion as this has been rarely associated with anti-GAD65 AE.

The future is moving towards offering multiples services based on the same technology. Then, billions of sensors will be needed to satisfy the diversity of these services. Such considerable amount of connected devices must insure efficient data transmission for diverse applications. Wireless sensor network (WSN) represents the most preferred technology for the majority of applications. Researches in medium access control (MAC) mechanism have been of significant impact to the application growth because the MAC layer plays a major role in resource allocation in WSNs. We propose to enhance a MAC protocol of WSN to overcome traffic changes constraints. To achieve focused goal, we use elastic hybrid MAC scheme. The main interest of the developed MAC protocol is to design a medium access scheme that respect different quality of services (QoS) parameters needed by various established traffic. Simulation results show good improvement in measured parameters compared to typical protocol.
