A proposal of an architecture is described for the use of intelligent agents connected to a mobile application and the same time is also linked to a control system that is managed by the institution. In this document the idea is analyzed from its conception, through the elaborated development and the tests and the results that have been carried out. This architecture is planned to be used in the creation of an intelligent university campus with data collection, information analysis and automated decision making.

This research investigates the concept of mind as a control system using the “Society of Agents” metaphor, whereby the whole is described as the collective behavior of simple and intelligent agents. This powerful concept for mind research benefits from the use of metacognition, and eases the development of a self configurable computational model. A six tiered SMCA (Society of Mind Cognitive Architecture) control model is designed that relies on a society of agents operating using metrics associated with the principles of artificial economics in animal cognition. Qualities such as level of decision making, its cost function and utility behavior (the microeconomic level), physiological and goal oriented behavior are investigated. The research builds on current work, and shows the use of affect norms as metacontrol heuristics enables the computational model to adapt and learn in order to optimize its behavior.

Much of AI is concerned with the design of intelligent agents. A complementary challenge is to understand how to design “rules of encounter” by which to promote simple, robust and beneficial interactions between multiple intelligent agents. This is a natural development, as AI is increasingly used for automated decision making in real-world settings. As we extend the ideas of mechanism design from economic theory, the mechanisms (or rules) become algorithmic and many new challenges surface. Starting with a short background on mechanism design theory, the aim of this paper is to provide a nontechnical exposition of recent results on dynamic incentive mechanisms, which provide rules for the coordination of agents in sequential decision problems. The framework of dynamic mechanism design embraces coordinated decision-making both in the context of uncertainty about the world external to an agent and also in regard to the dynamics of agent preferences. In addition to tracing some recent developments, we point to ongoing research challenges.

This research work deals with traffic accidents that are very concurrent in several countries, which in turn contribute to the mortality rate from 19 to 25 years of age and up. In the research work, immediate notifications for traffic accidents were carried out through a mobile application (app) where it will have an emergency button which will help the injured a lot, since the nearest help centers such as the police, fire brigades and the nearest hospitals, so that they can provide support to the people who suffered the accident. In the project, the implementation of Scrum Methodology was used since it served us an amount for the development of the prototypes of the App, and in turn with their roles it did not serve much help for the project, however, passers-by are of vital importance already that they will be the ones to make said report when observing a traffic accident and thus notify the nearest aid centers. As data collection for the creation of the software functions, a survey was carried out with more than 30 people, the functions applied in the application were programmed with the Dart language and generated under the flutter tool in order to be able to distribute it on different platforms such as Play Store and AppStore. The results obtained were the most anticipated since the application fulfills its function, thus reducing deaths and improving the speed of attention to traffic accidents and thus saving a life that is in danger.

Industry era 4.0 is an era of robotization that assumes the unification and automation of processes in the personnel area: data collection, information analysis, evaluation, training, performance enhancement and decision making. The aim of the paper is to point out the upcoming trend in the era of industry 4.0, of which employees are an essential part. It focuses on the perception of implementation of changes from the perspective of employees and the need for systematic work of HR professionals. The paper focuses on identifying the types of changes that are most often implemented in organizations and also the satisfaction of employees with the impact of the introduced changes. We start from the fact that changes contribute to the future of an ever-developing organization. The more people are connected to change, the easier it is to encourage their positive engagement.

The article develops a method of automated decision making in the framework of the creation of DSS air traffic controller. The method of automated decision-making for special cases in flight is being developed as one of the stages of information technology for the creation of decision support system for air traffic controllers. This is necessary to help decide on the option of terminating the flight in the event of a special case in flight on the example of engine failure on the aircraft. The developed method involves the use of probabilistic programming technology. It includes: construction of a probabilistic hierarchical model of emergency based on the Bayesian network taking into account the factors influencing the decision-making process, creating a sample of examples for learning the model to improve future situations models on examples using the Bayesian learning paradigm, the choice of inference algorithm to obtain a probabilistic conclusion. The proposed method is implemented in the probabilistic programming system Figaro, which is free and available under an open source license. The program code is written in Scala. The set of training data was formed based on the results of the investigation of aviation accidents and catastrophes and contained fifty-two cases of forced landing at the aerodrome and on the site with different consequences. The learning process was learning the parameters of the model on the data and was performed on thirty- six examples. Other cases (sixteen) were used to test the prediction quality of the created model. The Bayesian learning paradigm is used to teach the model, which does not require a special learning algorithm and is performed using the inference algorithm. The Metropolis-Hastings approximation algorithm is used as the derivation algorithm. The developed method showed high accuracy of forecasting. The error between the actual result and the estimate obtained using the Bayesian network was 10%. Further research will be aimed at developing information technology for the creation of DSS air traffic controller for special cases in flight.

This paper presents the design and development of a mobile application that uses QR codes for the inventory control of a computer center. This application was developed to support the administration of the computer center of the Multidisciplinary Unit Tizimin, with the aim to reduce costs and time of searching for articles when making an inventory, by leveraging the capabilities of smartphones and tablets. The implementation of the system was carried out using free software.
