R Soekanto No 46, (024) 6724581 Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Mutu pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas dan rumah sakit adalah produk  akhir  dari  interaksi  dan  ketergantungan  yang  rumit  antara berbagai komponen atau aspek pelayanan. Mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan keadaan yang dapat menggambarkan tingkat kesempurnaan suatu tampilan dari produk pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan secara bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual pada individu yang sakit maupun yang sehat yang dilakukan berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan yang telah ditetapkan guna menyesuaikan dengan keinginan pelanggan, tujuan akhirnya adalah terciptanya kepuasan pasien atau masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling, didapatkan 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument kuesioner insentif, motivasi dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian insentif sebagaian besar memuaskan (61%), Motivasi kerja Perawat sebagian besar positif (51,2%), dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan sebagian besar baik (43,9%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pemberian insentif dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0,003)  dan ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0,008). Disarankan kepada Puskesmas  Bangetayu  memperhatikan pemberian insentif  dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja Perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu.   Kata Kunci: insentif; motivasi kerja; mutu pelayanan perawat   ABSTRACT The quality of health services in Puskesmas and hospitals is the final product of complex interactions and dependencies between various components or aspects of service. Nursing service quality is a condition that can describe the level of perfection of a display of nursing service products that are provided bio-psycho-social-spiritual to sick and healthy individuals which are carried out based on established nursing care standards to suit customer desires.The Purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between incentives and work motivation with the quality of nurse services at the Bangetayu Public Health Center in Semarang.Type of this research is a quantitative study with the approach method used is cross sectional. Sampling by random sampling technique, obtained 41 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire instruments incentives, motivation and quality of nursing services. Research data were analyzed using chi square test.The results showed that the provision of incentives was largely satisfying (61%), the motivation of nurses was mostly positive (51.2%), and the quality of nursing services was mostly good (43.9%).The conclusion from this study shows that there is a relationship between providing incentives with the quality of nurse services at the Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0.003) and there is a relationship between work motivation and the quality of nurse services at the Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0.008).It is recommended that the Bangetayu Community Health Center pay attention to the provision of incentives and increase the motivation of Nurses to work at the Health Community Center of Bangetayu.   Keywords: incentives; work motivation; quality of nurse services

Abstract: Background Nursing Services is a holistic service that encompasses Bio, Psycho, Socio and Spirituality which contains Caring attitude. Patient satisfaction can be influenced by several factors one of them is caring attitude of nurses.The Purpose of this study is to identify relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Method of this study used cross sectional study design. Sample of this study consist of 90 respondents taken by random sampling method and data collection method used nurses caring and patient satisfaction  questionnaire. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. the Results of this study showed  out of 90 respondents, most of them were Satisfied (60%) and said that the Nurse have Caring attitude (58,9%) with p-value 0.04 smaller than 0.05. Conclusion of this study stated there was a relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Suggestions from this study are nurses expected should maintain the quality of Nursing Care so that patient satisfaction can be maintained.Keywords: Nurse’s Caring, Patient Satisfaction, Nurse, Nursing Management.Abstrak: Latar Belakang Pelayanan Keperawatan merupakan suatu pelayanan yang holistik yang melingkupi Bio, Psiko, Sosio dan Spiritual yang didalamnya terkandung sikap Caring. Kepuasan  pasien  dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah sikap caring perawat. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku Caring Perawat dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Metode studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel studi ini berjumlah 90 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel random sampling dan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Uji chi-square untuk melakukan analisa data hubungan kedua variabel  Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatkan dari 90 Responden yang diteliti sebagian besar Mengatakan puas (60%) dan berpendapat bahwa perawat  memiliki perilaku Caring (58,9%) dengan p-value 0.04 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Perilaku Caring Perawat dan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan perawat agar mempertahankan kualitas Asuhan Keperawatan agar kepuasan pasien dapat tetap terjaga. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Caring, Kepuasan Pasien, Perawat, Keperawatan Manajemen

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio  3.947. Caring, nurse competence, inpatient facilities, knowledge and costs related to the quality of nursing services, is expected to dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara can maintain and develop for the better.

Improving quality of nursing services became a major issue in health development both in national and global, because of growing demands on health services organization to give satisfaction with nursing services maximally by providing the best service to facilitate the ease of fulfilling the needs and realize the satisfaction. This study was a quantitative research design survey analytic used cross-sectional approach. It was conducted at Harapan Hospital Pematangsiantar. The population were 280 respondents  and  a sample obtained by 74 respondents. Data analysis of univariate, bivariate using chi - square and multivariate using logistic regression at 95% confidence level (α = .05). The result showed that more respondents who gave a rating of good in the aspect of reliability, followed by the aspect of responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and empathy the influence aspects in this study were reliability        (p=.002), assurance (p=.014), tangible (p=.011), empathy (p=.030), responsiveness (p=.024). The most influential aspects of this study was  the reliability with  Exp(B)/OR=20.667 that aspect of reliability that respondents perceived to have the opportunity 20.667 times to produce patient satisfaction. It is concluded that there was an influence of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, responsiveness to patient satisfaction in Harapan Hospital. It is recommended to hospital to further improve the quality of nursing service, to improve the welfare of nurse through provision of appropriate  incentives hope the nurse, provide training, and installing  CCTV in every  room and monitoring of the level of patient satisfaction on a regular basis  through a survey so that can improve the quality of  hospital services as a whole.

AbstrakKedudukan komite berada dalam struktur oleh peran fungsional rumah sakit yang tujuannya menghimpun,merumuskan,dan mengkomunikasikan pendapat dan ide- ide perawat sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan peran komite keperawatan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh perawat yang bertugas di rawat Inap di rumah sakit umum daerah Ulin Banjarmasin Teknik sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. jumlah sample ada 92 orang. Hasil penelitian Peran komite keperawatan dalam pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD ULIN Banjarmasin menunjukkan bahwa 79 responden atau 85,9% dikategorikan perannya optimal.,Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan di rawat inap RSUD Banjarmasin sebanyak 70 responden atau 76,1%,dikategorikan baik. Hasil analisis hubungan optimalisasi peran komite keperawatan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayana keperawatan di rumah sakit umum daerah ulin Banjarmasin(p value = 0,043 < 0.05 ). Optimalisasi peran komite keperawatan dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dengan mempertahankan kompetensi dan menerima segala tanggung jawab setiap tindakan dan keputusan yang telah dibuat.Kata - kata kunci : komite keperawatan, mutu pelayanan, peranAbstractThe position of the committee is in structure by the functional role of the organization whose purpose was to collected, formulated, and communicated the opinions and ideas of the nurse. The purpose of the study was to analyzed the optimization of the role of nursing committee toward the improvement of nursing service quality at the inpatient of Ulin Banjarmasin General Hospital. The research method was analytical descriptive with cross sectional approached. The samples in this research were all nurses who served in Inpatient at Ulin Banjarmasin general hospital. The sample technique using Simple Random Sampling method. the number of samples were 92 people. The result of this research is Role of nursing committee in nursing service in RSUD ULIN Banjarmasin shows that 79 respondent or 85,9% is categorized its role optimally. Quality of Nursing Service in RSUD Banjarmasin as many as 70 respondents or 76.1%, categorized well. Result of analysis of relationship of optimization of nursing committee role to improvement of quality of nursing service in ulin general hospital of Banjarmasin (p value = 0,043 <0.05). Optimizing the role of the nursing committee can affect the quality improvement of nursing services provided to the patient by maintaining the competence and accepting the responsibilities of every action and decision made. The implementation of 3S (SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI) is a benchmark used as a guideline for the enforcement of nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and a nursing outsider to provide safe, effective, and ethical nursing care. This study aims to analyze the implementation of 3S on the quality of documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Research design correlation analysis with the cross-sectional approach. The research sample of implementing nurses in hospital inpatient rooms who have implemented 3S. Sampling techniques use sampling quotas. Based on Chi-Square test results obtained, p-value = 0.001 < α 0.005 . It means there is a relationship of application of 3S to the quality of nursing care documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Based on the results of this study, the Head of Nursing is expected to implement 3S to improve the quality of nursing care documentation, which will have an impact on improving the quality of nursing services

ABSTRAK Kontrasepsi adalah upaya mencegah terjadinya kehamilan. Kontrasepsi hormonal yaitu suntik, pil dan AKDR. Penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik sering menimbulkan perubahan pada siklus menstruasi. Pola menstruasi tergantung pada lamanya penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dengan kejadian amenorhea di Puskesmas Kertapati Palembang Tahun 2015. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 400 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel  menggunakan simple random sampling. sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian amenorhea pada akseptor yang menggunakan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan ≤ 1 tahun (40,9%) lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan akseptor yang menggunakan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan > 1 tahun 78,8 %. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p = 0,002 ( p < 0,05 ) maka disimpulkan hasil tersebut terdapat hubungan antara lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan dengan kejadian amenorhea. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan meningkatkan konseling pada akseptor KB suntik kmengenai efek samping yang akan terjadi sehingga akseptor dapat mengerti dan paham mengenai kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan.   ABSTRACT Contraception is effort to prevent pregnancy. Contraception hormonal that is inject, pil, implan. The usage of inject contraception often cause generate changes on menstruation cycle. The change pattern of menstruation cycle depends on periode of using inject contraception. The aim of this research is to know the correlation between duration of 3 month injection contraceptive using with amenorhea incidence at Kertapati Public Health Center Palembang in 2015. Research method on this study used analitic survey with cross sectional approach, whit that is four hundred respondents as population. Sampling techniques by using simple random sampling on 88 respondents. Data collection technique used questionaire. Data analysis used in this research was Chi Square test analiysis. The result of the research indicate that the occurence of amenorhea on mothers consumer of inject contraception ≤ 1 year was (40,9%) lower than while > 1 year was counted (78,8%). Statistical test results obtained p value  (0,002) (p ≤ 0,05). Then concluded that the results there is correlation between duration of 3 month injection contraceptive using with amenorhea at Kertapati Public Health Center Palembang in 2015. Suggestion to health provider to gives counseling for the acceptor about side affect so the clien will understand about contraception.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the Relationship of the house physical condition and behavior of family with incident of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in the workplace UPTD Health center Siak district Siak. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. This research was conducted toward community inthe workplace UPTD Health center Siak especially Kampung Rempak Village with a sample of 302 house. The sampling technique in this study using the simple random sampling. The data were analyzed by Chi Square statistic test on house physical condition on the occurrence of ARI value of p value 0,002 ≤ value of α (0,05) and family behavior toward ISPA value p value 0,001 ≤ value α (0,05), hence can be drawn conclusion that there is a significant relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. If p value&gt; α value (0,05,  it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the independent variabel and dependent variabel. Whereas if the p value &gt; α value (0,05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the independent variabel and dependent variabel. The conclusion of this discussion there is his relationship of the house physical condition and behavior of family with incident of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in the workplace UPTD Health center Siak district Siak.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi fisik rumah dan perilaku keluarga dengan kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Siak Kabupaten Siak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah <em>kuantitatif </em>dengan desain <em>Cross Sectional</em>. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap masyarakat di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Siak khususnya kelurahan Kampung Rempak dengan sampel 302 rumah. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan <em>simple random sampling.</em> Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik <em>Chi Square</em> pada kondisi fisik rumah terhadap kejadian ISPA nilai p value 0,002 ≤ nilai α (0,05) dan perilaku keluarga terhadap kejadian ISPA nilai p value 0,001 ≤ nilai α (0,05), maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Jika p value &gt; nilai α (0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari pembahasan ini adanya hubungan kondisi fisik rumah dan perilaku keluarga dengan kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Siak Kabupaten Siak.</p>

ABSTRACT: THE CORRELATION OF KNOWLEDGE AND FAMILY SUPPORT WITH SPUTUM EXAMINATION IN PATIENTS WITH SUSPECTED TB IN THE WORK AREA OF BRABASAN HEALTH CENTER IN MESUJI  Introduction: Achievement of positive smear pulmonary TB findings in Lampung Province, which is 38%, has not reached the MSS target. Brabasan health center as many as 28 cases. As for the case of death at the Brabasan Community Health Center during 2017, there were 5 patients with pulmonary TB who died. the purpose knowing the relationship of knowledge and family support with sputum examination in patients with suspected TB in the work area of Brabasan Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020Method: This type of research is quantitative, analytical survey research design with cross sectional approach. The population was all patients with suspected TB as many as 332 respondents, a sample of 182 respondents was taken by proportional random sampling. Univariate (frequency distribution) and bivariate data analysis used the chi square test.Results:. It is known that of 182 respondents, most did not conduct an examination, namely 110 (60.4%) respondents, 112 knowledge (61.5%) respondents were poor, and negative family support was 94 (51.6%) respondent. There is a knowledge relation (P-Value 0,000; OR 17,625). and family support (P-Value 0, 020; OR 2,142) with sputum examination in suspected TB patients in the Brabasan Community Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and family support with sputum examination in suspected TB patients in the Brabasan Community Health Center in Mesuji Regency in 2020. Health promotion in the form of posters, banners, leaflets, baligo about the concept of compliance and other health concepts Keywords: Knowledge, family support, sputum examination       INTISARI: HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN PEMERIKSAAN DAHAK PADA PENDERITA SUSPEK TBC DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BRABASAN KABUPATEN MESUJI TAHUN 2020 Pendahuluan: Capaian angka penemuan penderita TB Paru BTA positif di Provinsi Lampung yaitu 38% masih belum mencapai target SPM, Berdasarkan laporan tahunan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mesuji  tahun 2017 angka penemuan pasien TB paru BTA (+) di Puskesmas Simpang pematang sebanyak 55 kasus, terendah di Puskesmas Brabasan  sebanyak 28 kasus. Sedangkan untuk kasus kematian di Puskesmas brabasan  selama tahun 2017 terdapat 5 orang pasien TB Paru yang meninggal. Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan pemeriksaan dahak pada penderita suspek TBC di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Brabasan Kabupaten Mesuji tahun 2020.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian survey analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien suspek TB  sebanyak 332 responden, sampel sebanyak 182 responden diambil secara proportional random sampling.  Analisa data secara univariat (distribusi frekuensi) dan bivariat menggunakan uji  chi square.Hasil:.Diketahui bahwa dari 182 responden, sebagian besar tidak melakukan pemeriksaan yaitu sebanyak 110 (60,4%) responden, pengetahuan kurang baik sebanyak 112 (61,5%) responden, dan  dukungan keluarga negatif sebanyak 94 (51,6%) responden. Nurses are one of the most important professions in providing services in hospitals, therefore nurses must be able to display optimal performance. Many things can affect nurse performance including conflict and work motivation. Head nurses is demanded to be able to manage conflicts that will have an impact on the work motivation of implementing nurses in providing nursing care in hospitals. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with cross sectional research design that is collecting data on the implementation of conflict management of head nurse and the work motivation of implementing nurses used in the same time and measured once. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling in which there were 59 nurses involved. Bivariate analysis uses chi-square statistical tests to determine the relationship between the implementation of conflict management of head nurse that is good, enough, and less with the nurses’ work motivation that  strong, medium and weak. The results showed that the majority of conflict management of head nurse was 54.2% (enough) and the majority of nurses' work motivation was 57.6% (medium). Chi square statistical test results indicate that there is an influence between the implementation of conflict management of head nuse on the nurses work motivation (p value = 0,000, α = 0.05). Management, communication and good cooperation between health service providers Improving skills in conflict in hospitals is an important thing that must be improved and carried out of head nurse. The hospital management is also expected to pay attention in terms of human resource development, especially conflict management, and optimize the implementation of programmatic conflict management that affects the nurses’ work motivation.   Perawat merupakan salah satu profesi yang paling berperan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan dirumah sakit, oleh karena itu perawat harus mampu menampilkan kinerja yang optimal. Banyak hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat termasuk adanya konflik dan motivasi kerja. Kepala ruangan dituntut dapat memanajemen konflik yang akan berdampak pada motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional yaitu melakukan pengumpulan data pelaksanaan manajemen konflik oleh kepala ruangan dan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana yang digunakan dalam waktu yang sama dan diukur satu kali saja. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling  dimana perawat pelaksana yang diikutsertakan berjumlah 59 orang. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi-square  untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan manajemen  konflik oleh kepala ruangan yang baik, cukup, dan kurang dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana yang kuat, sedang dan lemah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelaksanaan manajemen konflik oleh kepala ruangan adalah cukup sebanyak 54,2% dan mayoritas motivasi kerja perawat adalah sedang sebanyak 57,6% di Rumah Sakit Martha Friska Medan. Hasil uji statistik chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pelaksanaan manajemen konflik oleh kepala ruangan pada motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana (p value = 0,000, α = 0,05). Meningkatkan keterampilan dalam memanajemen konflik, komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik antar pemberi pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit  untuk merupakan hal penting yang harus ditingkatkan dan dilakukan oleh kepala ruangan. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit juga diharapkan memberi perhatian dalam hal pengembangan SDM khususnya manajemen konflik, dan mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan manajemen konflik secara terprogram yang berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana.

Abstract Objective: to investigate the relationship between education level and occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July–August 2018. Methods: the method that was used is analytical observational research with cross-sectional design. The number of research sample is 50 people with systematic random sampling techniques, and data were analyzed by chi-square statistical tests. Results: the majority of respondents were34 pregnant women (68%) with low education level, and36 pregnant women (72%) were unemployed. There were 36 pregnant women (72%) with ineffective MCH handbook utilization. The statistical result between education level of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization is p-value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) and between occupation of pregnant woman with MCHhandbook utilization is  p-value =  0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there a significant relationship of education leveland occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July-August 2018. Besar sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan systematic random sampling dan datadianalisis dengan uji statistik chi square Hasil: sebagian besar responden adalah 34 ibu hamil (68%) dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah dan 36 ibu hamil (72%) yang tidak bekerja. Terdapat 36 ibu hamil (72%) dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA yang tidak efektif. Hasil uji statistik antara tingkat pendidikan ibu hamil dengan penggunaan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) dan antara pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakana tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin periode Juli–Agustus 2018 Kata kunci: tingkatpendidikan, pekerjaan, buku KIA
