AbstrakKedudukan komite berada dalam struktur oleh peran fungsional rumah sakit yang tujuannya menghimpun,merumuskan,dan mengkomunikasikan pendapat dan ide- ide perawat sehingga memungkinkan penggunaan Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan peran komite keperawatan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh perawat yang bertugas di rawat Inap di rumah sakit umum daerah Ulin Banjarmasin Teknik sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. jumlah sample ada 92 orang. Hasil penelitian Peran komite keperawatan dalam pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD ULIN Banjarmasin menunjukkan bahwa 79 responden atau 85,9% dikategorikan perannya optimal.,Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan di rawat inap RSUD Banjarmasin sebanyak 70 responden atau 76,1%,dikategorikan baik. Hasil analisis hubungan optimalisasi peran komite keperawatan terhadap peningkatan mutu pelayana keperawatan di rumah sakit umum daerah ulin Banjarmasin(p value = 0,043 < 0.05 ). Optimalisasi peran komite keperawatan dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien dengan mempertahankan kompetensi dan menerima segala tanggung jawab setiap tindakan dan keputusan yang telah dibuat.Kata - kata kunci : komite keperawatan, mutu pelayanan, peranAbstractThe position of the committee is in structure by the functional role of the organization whose purpose was to collected, formulated, and communicated the opinions and ideas of the nurse. The purpose of the study was to analyzed the optimization of the role of nursing committee toward the improvement of nursing service quality at the inpatient of Ulin Banjarmasin General Hospital. The research method was analytical descriptive with cross sectional approached. The samples in this research were all nurses who served in Inpatient at Ulin Banjarmasin general hospital. The sample technique using Simple Random Sampling method. the number of samples were 92 people. The result of this research is Role of nursing committee in nursing service in RSUD ULIN Banjarmasin shows that 79 respondent or 85,9% is categorized its role optimally. Quality of Nursing Service in RSUD Banjarmasin as many as 70 respondents or 76.1%, categorized well. Result of analysis of relationship of optimization of nursing committee role to improvement of quality of nursing service in ulin general hospital of Banjarmasin (p value = 0,043 <0.05). Optimizing the role of the nursing committee can affect the quality improvement of nursing services provided to the patient by maintaining the competence and accepting the responsibilities of every action and decision made. R Soekanto No 46, (024) 6724581 Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Mutu pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas dan rumah sakit adalah produk  akhir  dari  interaksi  dan  ketergantungan  yang  rumit  antara berbagai komponen atau aspek pelayanan. Mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan keadaan yang dapat menggambarkan tingkat kesempurnaan suatu tampilan dari produk pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan secara bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual pada individu yang sakit maupun yang sehat yang dilakukan berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan yang telah ditetapkan guna menyesuaikan dengan keinginan pelanggan, tujuan akhirnya adalah terciptanya kepuasan pasien atau masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling, didapatkan 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument kuesioner insentif, motivasi dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian insentif sebagaian besar memuaskan (61%), Motivasi kerja Perawat sebagian besar positif (51,2%), dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan sebagian besar baik (43,9%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pemberian insentif dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0,003)  dan ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan mutu pelayanan perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0,008). Disarankan kepada Puskesmas  Bangetayu  memperhatikan pemberian insentif  dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja Perawat di Puskesmas Bangetayu.   Kata Kunci: insentif; motivasi kerja; mutu pelayanan perawat   ABSTRACT The quality of health services in Puskesmas and hospitals is the final product of complex interactions and dependencies between various components or aspects of service. Nursing service quality is a condition that can describe the level of perfection of a display of nursing service products that are provided bio-psycho-social-spiritual to sick and healthy individuals which are carried out based on established nursing care standards to suit customer desires.The Purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between incentives and work motivation with the quality of nurse services at the Bangetayu Public Health Center in Semarang.Type of this research is a quantitative study with the approach method used is cross sectional. Sampling by random sampling technique, obtained 41 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire instruments incentives, motivation and quality of nursing services. Research data were analyzed using chi square test.The results showed that the provision of incentives was largely satisfying (61%), the motivation of nurses was mostly positive (51.2%), and the quality of nursing services was mostly good (43.9%).The conclusion from this study shows that there is a relationship between providing incentives with the quality of nurse services at the Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0.003) and there is a relationship between work motivation and the quality of nurse services at the Puskesmas Bangetayu Semarang p value (0.008).It is recommended that the Bangetayu Community Health Center pay attention to the provision of incentives and increase the motivation of Nurses to work at the Health Community Center of Bangetayu.   Keywords: incentives; work motivation; quality of nurse services

Abstract: Background Nursing Services is a holistic service that encompasses Bio, Psycho, Socio and Spirituality which contains Caring attitude. Patient satisfaction can be influenced by several factors one of them is caring attitude of nurses.The Purpose of this study is to identify relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Method of this study used cross sectional study design. Sample of this study consist of 90 respondents taken by random sampling method and data collection method used nurses caring and patient satisfaction  questionnaire. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. the Results of this study showed  out of 90 respondents, most of them were Satisfied (60%) and said that the Nurse have Caring attitude (58,9%) with p-value 0.04 smaller than 0.05. Conclusion of this study stated there was a relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Suggestions from this study are nurses expected should maintain the quality of Nursing Care so that patient satisfaction can be maintained.Keywords: Nurse’s Caring, Patient Satisfaction, Nurse, Nursing Management.Abstrak: Latar Belakang Pelayanan Keperawatan merupakan suatu pelayanan yang holistik yang melingkupi Bio, Psiko, Sosio dan Spiritual yang didalamnya terkandung sikap Caring. Kepuasan  pasien  dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah sikap caring perawat. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku Caring Perawat dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Metode studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel studi ini berjumlah 90 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel random sampling dan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Uji chi-square untuk melakukan analisa data hubungan kedua variabel  Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatkan dari 90 Responden yang diteliti sebagian besar Mengatakan puas (60%) dan berpendapat bahwa perawat  memiliki perilaku Caring (58,9%) dengan p-value 0.04 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Perilaku Caring Perawat dan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan perawat agar mempertahankan kualitas Asuhan Keperawatan agar kepuasan pasien dapat tetap terjaga. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Caring, Kepuasan Pasien, Perawat, Keperawatan Manajemen

Introduction. The quality of documentation can decrease because of bad admission filling of documentation. Workload is one of the factor that can influence admission filling of documentation. This study was aimed to analyze the correlation between nurse’s objective workload and the quality of nursing documentation in RSU Haji. Method. The design of this study was descriptive correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population on this study was the nurse that works in Marwah 3 and 4 inpatient care in RSU Haji Surabaya. The number of the sample was 14 respondents were selected by simple random sampling. The independent variable was nurse’s objective workload and the dependent variable was quality of nursing documentation. The data were analyzed by using regression logistic. Result. Nurse’s objective workload in RSU Haji was 72%. There was no correlational between nurse’s objective workload with the completeness of nursing documentation (P= 0,999), also nurse’s objective workload with accurate of nursing documentation (P= 0,999). Discussion. This study concluded that nurse’s objective workload was low and quality of nursing documentation was accurate enough and complete enough. Next researcher should provide precise operational so the factors that affected the quality of documentation can be reached and the workload of the nurses in RSU Haji become ideal.Keyword:  nurses, quality of nursing documentation, objective workload

Participation rate of men in the use of contraceptionon in Banda Sakti district Kota Lhokseumawe is still very low, at only 0,005%, it’s under the national target of 5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with men's participation in family planning in the working area of Banda Sakti District. This type of research was observational with a cross-sectional approach in 20 juli 2020 - 8 Agustus 2020, using a questionnaire on 66 respondents.This research was using simple random sampling technic.The result showed that there were 27,3% of respondents who participated in family planning (25,8% condoms and 1,5% vasectomy) and 72,7% of respondents not participated in family planning. Based on the result of this research, there was significant correlation between quality of service (p value = 0,003, OR = 11,200), knowledge (p value = 0,009, OR =14,385) and social culture (p = 0,000, RO= 13,300) with male participation in family planning. there was no correlation between Sosio Demografi (Education, Income and Number Children ) and  Access to Family Planning services with male participation in family planning.It is recommended for managers of family planning program in district Banda Sakti to able to provide more intensive counseling, increasing socialization of equality, so the participation of men in the Family Planning Program is no longer considered something which is taboo or embarrassing and improving cooperation across sector.ABSTRAKPartisipasi pria dalam program keluarga berencana khususnya penggunaan kontrasepsi di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe masih sangat rendah yaitu 0,005%, hal ini masih jauh dari target nasional sebesar 5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi pria dalam mengikuti Keluarga Berencana (akseptor kondom dan MOP) di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe. Jenis penelitian ini berupa observasional dengan metode pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan tanggal 20 juli 2020 sampai 8 Agustus 2020, menggunakan kuesioner pada 66 responden, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa ada 27,3% responden yang ikutserta dalam keluarga Berencana dimana 25,8% menggunakan kontrasepsi kondom dan 1,5% menggunakan kontrasepsi vasektomi/MOP, sedangkan responden yang tidak menggunakan kontrasepsi sebanyak 72,7%, serta adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor kualitas pelayanan (p value = 0,003, OR = 11,200), pengetahuan (p value = 0,009, OR =14,385) dan budaya (p = 0,000, RO= 13,300) dengan keikutsertaan pria dalam keluarga berencana. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara sosio demografi (pendidikan, pendapatan dan jumlah anak ) dan akses pelayanan dengan keikutsertaan pria dalam ber-KB di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota lhokseumawe.Disarankan untuk pengelola KB di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe untuk memberikan penyuluhan yang lebih intensif, meningkatkan sosialisasi tentang kesetaraan, sehingga keikutsertaan laki-laki dalam Program KB  tidak lagi dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang tabu atau memalukan dan meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektor

Pendahuluan: Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan aspek legal yang melindungi perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan, tapi masih ditemukan dokumentasi yang kurang lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi, supervisi, dan beban kerja dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Medik RSUD Dr Soetomo Surabaya.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi sebanyak 135 perawat dan didapatkan 100 perawat pelaksana dengan simple random sampling. Variabel independen adalah motivasi, supervisi, dan beban kerja. Variabel dependen adalah mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner motivasi, supervisi dan lembar observasi: TMS (Time Motion Study), SAK (Standar Asuhan Keperawatan) dan dianalisis dengan Spearman’s Rho dan uji Regresi Logistik dengan α=95%.Hasil: Ada hubungan antara motivasi (p=0,000; r=0,363) dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, ada hubungan antara supervisi (p=0,012; r=0,310) dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan ada hubungan antara beban kerja (p=0,002; r=0,299) dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan.Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian ada hubungan antara motivasi, supervisi dan beban kerja dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. Motivasi merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan mutu pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan.

  ABSTRACT According to the WHO in 2010 as many as 800 pregnant women died.According to IDHS 2007 maternal mortality rate of 228/100.000 live births. Maternal mortality in South Sumatra in 2009 was 143/100.000 live births.The purpose of this study was to determinerelationship between education andparitas with the incidence hyperemesis gravidarum of pregnant women in General Hospital Palembang BARI on 2013.This study used a survey method with the analytic cross-sectional approach.The samples in this study were all pregnant mothers TM I ever treated in General Hospital Palembang BARIon 2013 amounted to 194 respondents.This research was conducted on February 2014. Samples were taken by random sampling Simple random sampling technique. Analyze data using statistical test Chi-Square with α ( 0,05 ).Results of univariate analysis of this study showed that as many as 46 respondents ( 23,7% % ) who experienced hyperemesis gravidarum and as many as 148 respondents ( 76,3% ) who did not have hyperemesis gravidarum,a total of 4 respondents ( 2,1% ) including high- education age and a total of  42respondents (21,6 % ) including lower education a total of  33 respondents(17,0%)includingprimigravida and as many as 13 srespondents (6,7 % .) including multigravida.So the bivariate analysis showed  significant relationship betweeneducation with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum with the P value ( 0,017)and significant relationship betweenparitas with the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum with the P value ( 0,000 ).Advice tohealth care workerscanimprove servicesandcounseling, especially in the service of Ante Natal Care and more attention to maternal risk hypermesisgravidarum       ABSTRAK Menurut WHO pada tahun 2010sebanyak 800 ibu hamil meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil TM I yang pernah dirawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI Tahun 2013 berjumlah 194 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2014.Sampel penelitian diambil secara random sampling dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi–Square dengan α (0,05). Hasil penelitian analisa univariat ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 46 responden (23,7,0%) yang mengalami hyperemesis gravidarum dan sebanyak 148 responden (76,3%) yang tidak mengalami hyperemesis gravidarum, sebanyak 4 responden (2,1%) termasuk pendidikan tinggi dan sebanyak 42 responden (21,6%) termasuk pendidikan rendah , sebanyak 33 responden (17,0%) termasuk primigravida dan sebanyak 13 responden (6,7%) termasuk multigravida.Sehingga analisa bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan dengan kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum dengan P value (0,017) dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas dengan kejadian hyperemesis gravidarum dengan P value (0,000). Saran kepada petugas pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan penyuluhan terutama dalam pelayanan Ante Natal Care danlebih memperhatikan kehamilan ibu yang berisiko hypermesis gravidarum.

Kualitas sumber daya manusia dipengaruhi oleh inteligensi anak. Skor kecerdasan intelektual yang tidak menetap pada usia tertentu dapat berubah karena faktor genetik, gizi, dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan kecerdasan intelektual anak. Penelitian observasional dengan desain potong lintang ini dilakukan pada populasi siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Giwangan Yogyakarta, tahun 2013. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling terhadap 37 sampel siswa. Instrumen untuk mengukur kecerdasan intelektual dengan Cultural Fair Intelligence Quotient Test yang dirancang untuk meminimalkan pengaruh kultural dengan memperhatikan prosedur evaluasi, instruksi, konten isi, dan respons peserta. Tes dilakukan oleh Biro Psikologi Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta, kadar hemoglobin diukur menggunakan Portable Hemoglobin Digital Analyzer Easy Touch secara digital.Variabel luar indeks massa tubuh diukur langsung menggunakan parameter tinggi badan dan berat badan. Analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks massa tubuh tidak berhubungan dengan kecerdasan intelektual (nilai p = 0,052). Anemia berhubungan cukup dengan kecerdasan anak (r = 0,491) dan berpola positif, semakin tinggi kadar hemoglobin semakin tinggi kecerdasan intelektual anak. Nilai koefisien determinasi 0,241 menerangkan bahwa 24,1% variasi anemia cukup baik untuk menjelaskan variabel kecerdasan intelektual. Ada hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan kecerdasan intelektual (nilai p = 0,002).Quality of human resources is influenced by the child’s intelligent. Intelligence Quotient (IQ) score will not settle at a certain age and can change due to genetic factors, nutrition, and the environment. The objective is known relationship of anemia with IQ to child. Method of observational study with cross sectional design. Population are students of class VI elementary school of Giwangan Yogyakarta in 2013. Sample was taken by simple random sampling, obtained 37 students. Measuring of instruments IQ with CFQT, hemoglobin was measured using a Portable Digital Analyzer Easy Touch is a digital gauge Hb, external variable body mass index was meas- ured directly using the parameters height and weight of children. Analysis using Linear Regression. This research showed BMI was not associated with IQ (p value = 0.052). Relationship with the child’s intelligence anemia showed enough relationship (r = 0.491) and a positive pattern, where the higher levels Haemoglobin as the higher IQ score of the child’s. The coefficient of 0.241 explained 24.1 % variation anemia that is good enough to explain the variable IQ. There is a relationship between hemoglobin levels with IQ (p value = 0.002).

Peran kepemimpinan kepala ruangan memiliki fungsi penting yang dapat berpengaruh pada self-efficacy perawat, self-efficacy merupakan kemampuan perawat dalam pelaksanaan tugas khususnya patient safety sehingga dapat menghasilkan layanan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan peran kepala ruangan dengan self-efficacy perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang dari 101 populasi perawat pelaksana yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner Peran Kepala Ruangan dan Scales For Assessing Self-Efficacy Of Nurse For Preventing Falls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan arah korelasi positif dan kekuatan hubungan sedang antara peran kepala ruangan dengan self-efficacy perawat pelaksana (p-value<0,001, r=0,554). Hubungan korelasi positif artinya jika peran kepala ruangan baik maka, nilai self-efficacy perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan pencegahan pasien jatuh juga akan baik, begitu sebaliknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk kepala ruangan agar dapat memotivasi perawat pelaksana guna meningkatkan self-efficacy perawat dalam mencegah pasien jatuh sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kata kunci: Peran kepala ruangan, pencegahan pasien jatuh, self-efficacy perawat THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE HEAD OF NURSE’ ROLES WITH NURSE’ SELF-EFFICACY IN PREVENTING PATIENTS FROM FALLS ABSTRACTThe head nurse’ leadership roles had an important function that could influence the nurses' self-efficacy; self-efficacy is the ability of nurses in carrying out specific task, especially patient safety in purposed producing good nursing actions. Thisa study aims to identify the relationship of the head of nurse’ roles with nurse’ self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls. This study aused a cross-sectionaloi correlative analytic designs with total sample consists of 81 people from 101 associate nurse population selected by simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire used was the role of head of nurses’ questionnaire and Scales for Assessing Self-Efficacy of Nurses for Preventing Falls. The results of this study indicated that there is a significanty relationshipo with positive correlation direction and moderate relationship strength between the role of the head nurse and the nurses' self-efficacy. (p-value = 0.001, r = 0.554). The positive relationship correlation means that if the role of the head of the nurse is good, then the value of the associate nurse's self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls will also be good, and vice versa. This research conducted for the head of the nurses in order to motivate associate nurses to improve nurses' self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls in purposed they could improve the quality of nursing services. Keywords: Associate nurse's self-efficacy, head of nurse roles, patients fall prevention

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio  3.947. Caring, nurse competence, inpatient facilities, knowledge and costs related to the quality of nursing services, is expected to dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara can maintain and develop for the better.

  Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu.
