The implementation of 3S (SDKI, SIKI, and SLKI) is a benchmark used as a guideline for the enforcement of nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and a nursing outsider to provide safe, effective, and ethical nursing care. This study aims to analyze the implementation of 3S on the quality of documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Research design correlation analysis with the cross-sectional approach. The research sample of implementing nurses in hospital inpatient rooms who have implemented 3S. Sampling techniques use sampling quotas. Based on Chi-Square test results obtained, p-value = 0.001 < α 0.005 . It means there is a relationship of application of 3S to the quality of nursing care documentation in hospital inpatient rooms. Based on the results of this study, the Head of Nursing is expected to implement 3S to improve the quality of nursing care documentation, which will have an impact on improving the quality of nursing services

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio  3.947. Caring, nurse competence, inpatient facilities, knowledge and costs related to the quality of nursing services, is expected to dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara can maintain and develop for the better.

Objective: To investigate the implication of quality of obturation and coronal restoration on periapical tissue in failed endodontically treated teeth. Study Design and Setting: This cross-sectional research was performed in the Operative Department of BUMDC on 187 patients reporting with root canal failure from March 2019 to August 2019. Methodology: Patients of both genders aged between 20-60 years were considered for this study. Single and multirooted teeth indicated for repeated endodontic treatment due to under filled, overfilled obturation, voids in obturation, absence and presence of coronal restoration were included. One operator carried out clinical examination of the teeth and periapical radiograph was taken for each patient by using E-Speed film and evaluated by the same operator using an illuminated viewer box. SPSS 17 for windows software was used for data entering and chi- square test was applied for statistical calculation of the outcomes. Results: Total n=187 endodontic treated failed teeth were evaluated, out of which 52.9% were of females and 47.1% to males. The number of obturations with acceptable length were 81(43.3%), with adequate density were 107 (57.2%) and with consistent taper were 116(62%). Periapical lesion was observed in 118(63.1%) cases. Quality of obturation significantly affects the periapical health. Cross tabulation showed a significant association (p-value <0.000) between inadequate coronal restoration and changes in periapical area. Conclusion: The successful prognosis of the root canal treatment relies on the good quality of obturation and adequate coronal filling.

Effective leadership is required by the head of the room to create a good performance on nurses to achieve the purpose of the room is provide good and quality health serviceThis study aims to determine the effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses in nursing care at RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Researchers used descriptive research method correlation with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study nurse who was on duty in the inpatient unit RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam totaling 55 people. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique with 55 respondents. The data collection technique using a questionnaire given to respondents. The results of this study are analyzed in univariate effective leadership of head room (81.8%) with sufficient performance of nurses (50.9%). After bivariate analysis with chi-square test showed that there is a relationship effective leadership of head room with the performance of nurses (p-value = 0.003). This study recommends that the head of the room more attention to implementation of the tasks of nursing care by nurses, as well as providing support in working order, the better the performance of nurses.   Kepemimpinan efektif diperlukan oleh kepala ruangan dalam menciptakan kinerja yang baik pada perawat pelaksana untuk mencapai tujuan ruangan yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan di RSU. Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh perawat pelaksana yang sedang bertugas RSU Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam berjumlah 55  responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang  diberikan kepada responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat yaitu kepemimpinan kepala ruangan efektif (81,8%) dengan kinerja perawat cukup (50,9%). Setelah dilakukan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square didapatkan hasil yaitu ada hubungan kepemimpinan efektif kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat (p-value=0,003). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar kepala ruangan lebih memperhatikan pelaksanaan tugas asuhan keperawatan oleh perawat, serta memberikan dukungan dalam bekerja agar kinerja perawat semakin baik.

Introduction: Locomotion is a determinant of intrinsic capacity ofolder people and can be limited by dysfunction in locomotory organs,characterizing Locomotive Syndrome (LoS). Knowledge on locomotiveproblems and sarcopenia, and their interface with quality of life, in theoldest old in the literature is scarce.Objective: To evaluate the correlation between LoS and sarcopenia andtheir influence on quality of life in oldest old.Methods: A cross-sectional study of an observational, descriptive andanalytical epidemiological survey in independent older adults aged 80and over from São Paulo, Brazil and who participated in the third waveof the LOCOMOV Project, was carried out. Sociodemographic data,comorbidities, functioning in activities of daily living, physical functioning,quality of life, and presence of sarcopenia and LoS were assessed. Thestatistical analyses included the Test-for-Comparing-Two-Proportions,Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, the chi-Square test and Student´s t-test.Results: Thirty oldest old with a mean age of 89.1 years were evaluated.The prevalence of LoS was high (53.3%) and correlated significantly withchronic pain (p-value 0.024), worse performance on the SPPB and Gaitspeed (p-value <0.001). Sarcopenia was not correlated with LoS, but worsequality of life on the physical domain was significantly associated with LoS(p-value <0.001) regardless of the presence of sarcopenia.Conclusions: LoS was highly prevalent among the oldest old studied andnegatively impacted their quality of life, regardless of the presence ofsarcopenia.

The transition of elderly lives from productive periods to non-productive makes them need support from relatives, friends or family. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between family appreciation support with quality and life satisfaction of the elderly in the city of Depok, West Java, with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 135 elderly people> 60 years old, living with family, do not have infectious diseases, able to communicate in Indonesian; selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Chi square test. The results of the study indicate that there was a relationship between family appreciation support with the quality of life of the elderly (p-value = 0.022) and life satisfaction of the elderly (p-value = 0.014). The results of this study are expected to support the development of nursing science in the future, especially regarding the quality and satisfaction of life of the elderly. Keywords: elderly; award support; quality of life; life satisfaction ABSTRAK Transisi kehidupan lansia dari masa produktif menjadi non produktif membuat mereka memerlukan dukungan dari kerabat, teman atau keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan penghargaan keluarga dengan kualitas dan kepuasan hidup lansia di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat, dengan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 135 lansia yang berusia >60 tahun, tinggal bersama keluarga, tidak memiliki penyakit menular, mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Indonesia; yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Compliance with hemodialysis therapy is one of the important things to note, if the patient is not compliant, it can cause a buildup of harmful substances in the body and if left unchecked, it can lead to death. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between adherence to undergo hemodialysis therapy with the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis Unit of the Jakarta Hajj Hospital. This research method is a quantitative study using primary data (questionnaires) and using cross-sectional research. Data collected by using questionnaires. The number of samples were 54 people who were in the hajodialysis unit at the Jakarta Hajj Hospital for the past three months. The results of the study of 54 respondents who have moderate compliance there are 11 people (20.4%), and good compliance a number of 43 people (79.%), in general patients obedient. While from the aspect of quality of life, there were 6 respondents (11.1%) who experienced less quality of life, 35 people had a moderate quality of life (75.%) and 13 people (24.1%) had a good quality of life, in general the quality of life of patients was moderate. After analyzing the relationship between adherence to undergo hemodialysis with quality of life using the Chi Square test p value = 0.468˃0.05, meaning that Ho is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is no relationship between adherence to hemodialysis with the quality of life of patients at Jakarta Hajj Hospital .ABSTRAKKepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, jika pasien tidak patuh dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan zat-zat berbahaya dalam tubuh dan apabila hal tersebut dibiarkan maka dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan menjalani terapi hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik di Unit Hemodialisa RS Haji Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer (kuisioner) dan memakai metode penelitian cross-sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menggunakan kuisioner. Jumlah sampel  sebanyak 54 orang yang berada di unit hemodialisa Rumah Sakit haji Jakarta selama tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian dari 54 responden yang memiliki kepatuhan sedang terdapat 11 orang (20.4 %), dan kepatuhan baik sejumlah 43 orang (79.6 %), secara umum pasien patuh. Sementara dari aspek kualitas hidup diperoleh  responden  yang  mengalami  kualitas  hidup  kurang sejumlah 6 orang (11.1%), kualitas hidup sedang sejumlah 35 orang (75.%)  dan  kualitas  hidup  baik  13 orang  (24.1%), secara umum kualitas hidup pasien sedang. Setelah dilakukan analisa hubungan antara kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square diperoleh p value = 0.468˃0.05,  artinya Ho diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta.

Abstract: Background Nursing Services is a holistic service that encompasses Bio, Psycho, Socio and Spirituality which contains Caring attitude. Patient satisfaction can be influenced by several factors one of them is caring attitude of nurses.The Purpose of this study is to identify relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Hospital GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Method of this study used cross sectional study design. Sample of this study consist of 90 respondents taken by random sampling method and data collection method used nurses caring and patient satisfaction  questionnaire. Chi-square was used to analyze the data. the Results of this study showed  out of 90 respondents, most of them were Satisfied (60%) and said that the Nurse have Caring attitude (58,9%) with p-value 0.04 smaller than 0.05. Conclusion of this study stated there was a relationship between Nurse’s Caring and Patient Satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Suggestions from this study are nurses expected should maintain the quality of Nursing Care so that patient satisfaction can be maintained.Keywords: Nurse’s Caring, Patient Satisfaction, Nurse, Nursing Management.Abstrak: Latar Belakang Pelayanan Keperawatan merupakan suatu pelayanan yang holistik yang melingkupi Bio, Psiko, Sosio dan Spiritual yang didalamnya terkandung sikap Caring. Kepuasan  pasien  dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah sikap caring perawat. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku Caring Perawat dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Metode studi ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel studi ini berjumlah 90 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel random sampling dan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Uji chi-square untuk melakukan analisa data hubungan kedua variabel  Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatkan dari 90 Responden yang diteliti sebagian besar Mengatakan puas (60%) dan berpendapat bahwa perawat  memiliki perilaku Caring (58,9%) dengan p-value 0.04 lebih kecil dari 0.05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Perilaku Caring Perawat dan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan perawat agar mempertahankan kualitas Asuhan Keperawatan agar kepuasan pasien dapat tetap terjaga. Kata Kunci : Perilaku Caring, Kepuasan Pasien, Perawat, Keperawatan Manajemen

<p>Breast milk is the best food for an infant. Toddlers are faster affected by the chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes when they grow up. The main causes are less quality of getting the exclusive breastfeeding. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in Maimunah’s midwifery lab work was only77,09% in 2016. The purpose of this study was to determine those factors that influenced exclusive breastfeeding in Maimunah’s midwifery lab work Palembang. This study was about a quantitative one with a cross-sectional approach and carried on 2nd-15th of August 2016. There were 94 qualified respondents and the data collection was done by using the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency test, chi-square test, and logistic regression. The shown that 62.8% who gave the exclusive breastfeeding, 55,3% didn’t work,  47,9% were in an age of 20-30, 59,6% had high education, and 63,8% had children ≥2. Meanwhile, there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding with the occupation (p-value=0.000), age (p-value=0.025), education  (p-value=0,020), and parity (p-value=0.022). The result of multivariate analysis shown that influential factors of exclusive breastfeeding were occupational, age and parity. Furthermore, the most influential factor was an occupation with OR = 10.197.  It was suggested to improve the motivation of working mothers to have the exclusive breastfeeding by facilitating them with the corner of breastfeeding in their office.</p>

Caring nurses are very important in meeting patient satisfaction, this is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. Nurses are people who become one of the keys in meeting patient satisfaction. Therefore, caring nurse behavior can have an effect on quality service to patients. Some studies conducted in Indonesia show that caring is still lacking for patients in hospitals as much as 50% show poor caring. Patient satisfaction is influenced by caring nurses in serving patients in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study is a cross sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 patients, collecting data using a questionnaire.The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room with a p value of 0,045 (α = 0,05). Nurse caring attitude greatly affects patient satisfaction so it is expected that nurses or other health workers can be more sensitive, be responsive and respond well to patient complaints and show sincere care in helping patients recover

Midwives play an important role in the process of health care, especially antenatal care services (ANC). The quality of midwife services determines the success of the service process. The perception of pregnant women when they come for a pregnancy is related to their availability to return to Antenatal Care examination. This study aims to determine the quality of midwives in ANC services on the perception of pregnant women. This type of research uses observational analytic research, where researchers are directed to explain a situation or situation. The time approach used is cross sectional. Analysis was conducted to test the quality of midwives in providing ANC services to the perception of pregnant women. Analysis of the data in research with ordinal and scale variables is non-parametric statistics. Hypothesis testing using the Chi Square Test. The results showed that there was no relationship between the quality of midwives on perceptions of pregnant women with a p value of valeu> 0.05 with an X × count of 0.325. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between the quality of midwives in providing ANC services to the perception of pregnant women
