The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of pulmonary TB disease management with the DOTS strategy at the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency.The implementation of Pulmonary TB Management with the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy in the working area of the Jagong Health Center, Central Aceh Regency has been maximized. by facilitating and providing motivation so that patients want treatment in a complete and integrated manner, case detection can be carried out by health workers or cadres who have been given training to recognize the symptoms of pulmonary TB. The distribution of drugs is distributed to each puskesmas in Central Aceh Regency, from the Puskesmas the drugs are arranged directly by P2TB officers then given directly to the PMO or the patient himself. PMO performance has never been given special training about treatment, PMO only received direction from P2TB Pulmonary officers. Recording and reporting carried out at the Jagong Health Center includes case finding, treatment, and recovery. Suspected pulmonary TB will be recorded and then monitored until the results of the examination have been obtained. Recording and reporting will be reported every month in a meeting at the Central Aceh District Health Office. For the Central Aceh Regency government to further enhance the development and improvement of infrastructure in the health sector so that health services are more easily accessible to people in remote areas.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of immunization program management in an effort to achieve UCI at the Bebesen Health Center, Central Aceh Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research location is Bebesen Public Health Center, Central Aceh Regency. Sources of data used consisted of primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews with 10 informants and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To analyze the availability of resources for the implementation of the immunization program at the Bebesen Health Center, Central Aceh Regency, the researchers used management theory including input, process and output consisting of the availability of officers, sources of funds and facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of the immunization program consists of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The output can be seen in the UCI coverage at the Bebesen Health Center. It has not yet reached the target where the achievement is still 71.4%. The conclusion of this study is that the staff's resources have met the qualification standards, namely having a medical or nursing educational background and having STR with a minimum education of DIII in the field of Health, as well as sufficient funds, facilities and infrastructure. The evaluation has been carried out and it is necessary to increase cross-sectoral collaboration.

Hospitals are an integral part of the health care system. They are accountable for delivering proper health care to very sensitive patients, including all essential difficult medical procedures. Recognizing the wants and aspirations of customers, in this instance patients, is critical for patient happiness. To achieve patient satisfaction, businesses or hospitals must develop and manage a system for acquiring new patients as well as the capacity to keep existing ones. In respect to the quality management system, one instrument that is believed to be capable of assisting organizations in improving their performance and achieving their objectives is Total Quality Management (TQM). As a result, Total Quality Management (TQM) might be one of the strategies adopted. This research technique is referred to as a scoping review. According to the findings of a literature search on the impact of ten TQM components on patient happiness at home, the Focus on Patient factor has the greatest influence on patient satisfaction in hospitals.

There is a worldwide epidemic of tuberculosis (TB). As of May 31st, 2021, the Lut Tawar Health Center had recorded 10 instances in 2019, and 17 cases had been recorded as of that date. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the analysis of variables influencing medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients at the Lut Tawar Health Center, Lut Tawar District, Central Aceh Regency. Research is conducted using a cross-sectional design using quantitative analytic techniques. As many as 33 tuberculosis patients are enrolled in the Lut Tawar Health Center's TB treatment program. Total sampling was employed as the sampling strategy. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data. There were no statistically significant differences in the p-values for education (0.000), employment (0.000), distance from home (0.000), knowledge (0.00), medication side effects (0.024), or family support (0.024) in the chi square analysis. Multivariate analysis indicated that the pharmacological side effect variable had a value (p=0.000) that was the most significant. Patients and families should be supported by the puskesmas, or health professionals, in charge of running the TB treatment program, so that they can keep tabs on their loved ones' medication compliance and avoid drug withdrawal and resistance. As part of the health education provided by health professionals, they describe the side effects of TB medications and encourage patients to continue taking them until they are well enough to do so.

This research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross-sectional study design on the influence of organizational climate, Public Service Motivation and nurse performance from 182 samples of nurse respondents at Haji Hospital, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The aim is to identify the current organizational climate of the Haji Hospital, increase awareness of the mission of the Haji Hospital and identify motivational factors. The results showed that the influence of organizational climate on nurse performance was (0.000). The results showed that there was an effect of Public Service Motivation on Nurse Performance of (0.000). The results showed that the organizational climate variable had the most influence on the performance of nurses at the Haji Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. It is recommended to the management of the Hajj Hospital to improve teamwork by immediately resolving conflicts such as achieving the goals set by the Hajj Hospital Management. Hajj Hospital management seems to have to include flexibility; for example, team convenience might come with more flexible policies such as conducting tutoring and training via online video. It is recommended that after watching the video, nurses then write solutions to resolve conflicts in the organizational climate. Their papers will be reviewed and given written instructions by the leadership to nurses. Following the group discussion and later each nurse presented their views. The Hajj Hospital management provides appropriate incentives and praise for the successful performance of nurses.

This study aims to provide an overview of how the covid-19 vaccination service for pregnant women in the work area of the Telaga Health Center. This study uses a qualitative method that focuses on ANC services with in-depth interview techniques, data analysis is carried out descriptively and presented in narrative form. This research was carried out in the working area of the Telaga Health Center from September 2021 to November 2022. The informants in this study were pregnant women in the Telaga Health Center working area as many as 7 participants and 2 key informants were the program coordinator midwives. With a snowball sampling technique. The results of the study found that there were 5 themes that described Covid-19 vaccination services for pregnant women, namely Socialization of Covid-19 Vaccination for pregnant women, Issue of KIPI for Covid-19 Vaccination, Supporting Factors for Successful Vaccination in Pregnant Women, Body Response of Pregnant Women after Covid-19 Vaccination. 19, and Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements for Pregnant Women. The mandatory output in this research is the publication of research results in one of the international journals.

This paper examines whether the profile of the respondents: age, number of living children, marital status, income status, employment status, educational background, current feeding practices, and level of knowledge on the importance of EBF affects feeding among infants 0-6 months old. The study uses a descriptive analysis using a normative survey with a study population of 102 mothers from the Municipality of Santa Fe Romblon respondents who were informed and given consent to secure. The result is as follows mothers, whose age ranges from 21 to 25, are the most prevailing, 39%, of the total respondents are practicing EBF. The more children the respondent had higher the percentage of practicing EBF, 55% of respondents say; they are living in with a partner, either married through church wedding, civil or in the state of cohabitation, lower-income mothers (45%) practice EBF more compared to other income class. Mothers without job practice EBF more (51%) exclusive breastfeeding are practiced more by elementary graduate mothers (63%), forty-four (44) mothers out of one hundred two (102) respondents are doing exclusive breastfeeding, at least 63% have revealed little knowledge on the importance of exclusive feeding.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate drug procurement with the E-Purchasing system on the availability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Health Office of Central Aceh Regency. The research design used qualitative research methods through in-depth interviews accompanied by direct observation (observation). Informants of the Head of the Health Office, the Head of the Pharmacy Installation of the Health Office, the Planning and Finance Subdivision of the Health Office, the drug management officer at the Health Office and the health center drug management officer were 2 people. Data analysis is presented in the form of a text (content analysis). The results of the research on the availability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation of the Aceh Tengan District Health Office have not been maximized, the process of ordering drugs by E-purchasing and Non-E-purchasing is in accordance with PMK No. 63 of 2014, but the fulfillment time is not in accordance with the 2014 Pharmaceutical Service Standards. The budget provided for the drug procurement process by e-purchasing is not sufficient. The conclusion of this study is that the availability of drugs in the Pharmacy Installation of the District Health Office of Central Aceh Regency has not been maximized. This drug vacancy is caused by the number of drugs that are not all realized, the time of drug delivery by the distributor.

The quality assurance program has 3 components, namely standards, accreditation and continuous quality improvement using the management cycle in order to maintain and or improve quality. However, the weakness of the quality assurance system due to the application of standards has not become a culture for internal customers in carrying out services in accordance with service indicators set by the quality team at the time of accreditation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of the Quality Team at the Binjai City Health Center in 2021. The research design used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research informants were 8 main informants and 2 additional informants. Data collection methods are primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are reduction, display and conclusion or verification. The results showed that education was not in accordance with the main duties and functions, lack of understanding of quality assurance, facility resources were optimal, the leadership style of the head of the puskesmas was not in accordance with the management function of the puskesmas, the team perceived that they were carrying out their duties in accordance with their main functions, the attitude of not wanting to make changes, limited human resources education, lack of continuous training, lack of teamwork, attention, two-way communication, and the absence of a post-accreditation mentoring team.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of midwives in the work area of the Sipiongot Inpatient Health Center, Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency. This type of research is an analytic survey with a transverse surgical approach. Sampling used a total sampling technique, namely all midwives in the Sipiongot Inpatient Health Center Work Area as many as 69 Midwives. The results showed that the majority of midwives' performance was included in the poor category, namely 39 people (56.5%), the majority of midwives' abilities were included in the capable category, namely 51 people (73.9%), the majority of midwives' knowledge was included in the good category, namely as much as 46 people (66.7%), the majority of midwives' skills were included in the bad category as many as 39 people (56.5%) and the majority of midwives' leadership were included in the bad category, namely 35 people (50.7%). There is a relationship between ability [p (sig) = 0.017], knowledge [p (sig) = 0.000], skills [p (sig) = 0.029] and leadership [p (sig) = 0.022] on the performance of midwives in the working area of the Outpatient Health Center. Sipiongot Inpatient, Dolok District, North Padang Lawas Regency in 2021. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of midwives is knowledge. It is recommended that midwives in the working area of the Sipiongot Inpatient Health Center improve their performance so that they become professional midwives according to their competencies.
