Objective - This study investigates the impact of the educational portal on employee performance in the Ministry of Education (MOE) in the Sultanate of Oman. It examines employee perceptions of the benefits of the educational portal used by the MOE. The educational portal provided by the MOE is the main gateway for various types of educational related online services to users. This research focuses on the factors of educational portal services, which facilitates work, and improve employee performance. Methodology/Technique - The research adopts a quantitative methodology and collects data by means of questionnaires. Findings - The findings suggest that the educational portal technology has a positive impact on employee performance. The results also reveal that the employee performance has increased since the introduction of educational portal services compared with employee performance based on the previous manual system. Novelty - This calls for a systematic and periodic review of the educational portal services, to update the technology and accommodate for new requirements. Saudi Arabia’s banking sector plays an important role in the country’s development as it is among the leading sectors in the financial sector. Considering, two main Saudi banks (The National Commercial Bank and Saudi American bank), the present study aims to observe the impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance. The components of emotional intelligence affecting employee performance include self-management, relationship management, self-awareness, and social awareness. A quantitative methodology was applied to analyse the survey results of 300 respondents over the period from 2018 to 2019. The results show that there was a significant positive impact of self-management, self-awareness, and relationship management on employee performance. However, in the Saudi banking sector, there was no impact on social awareness on employee performance.

Objective – Leadership and innovation are two related concepts which have gained a lot of interest among researchers focusing on management and entrepreneurship. Research on these topics are important for the development of the dynamic workforce and are useful to various organisations. However, in the real world, the effectiveness of employee performance is considered as unsatisfactory meaning there is room for improvement. Methodology/Technique – Previous literature had found that Transformational Leadership and Team Innovation are among the key factors which can be used to improve employee performance. This study will examine and test the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Team Performance to understand how Team Innovation mediates this relationship. A total of 197 samples are collected from employees in Multinational Companies (MNC). The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. Findings – The findings indicate that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive impact on Team Performance. Further, Team Innovation mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Team Performance. Novelty – The major implications of these findings are further explored. In particular, this paper contributes to leadership literature by recommending that team leaders aim to inspire and empower employees to achieve organizational goals. Type of Paper: Empirical. This paper examines the impact of teleworking on employees’ labour productivity and the entity`s management in the condition of global pandemic Covid-19 in Uzbekistan. The epidemiological and dynamic nature of the Covid-19 crisis in which organizations have to adopt a work-from-home policy made this investigation very necessary. When the issue is explained more broadly, this empirical research investigates two significant aspects about teleworking process in organizations in the period of lockdown in Uzbekistan. First, teleworking positively affects employee’ labour productivity and the effectiveness of the entity, and the second teleworking complicates the management activities and affects negatively the socio-emotional environment in the work team. The objectives of the study are to identify whether the process of telework affects positively or negatively the organization’s current labour processes and propose multiple recommendations regarding to improve the telework mechanism for enabling prospective labour concerns in the human resources field of Uzbekistan. To achieve the objectives, a survey research design was adopted. The techniques employed in analyzing the data were quantitative methodology, descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results indicated that working from the home policy has a strong and positive relationship with employee’ labour productivity and the effectiveness of the entity if it is measured as a result-oriented rather than activity. It was also found that teleworking has a significant relationship with complicatedness of the management and it brings to the negative socio-emotional environment in the work team. Based on the findings, the researcher concluded that unexpected telecommuting in the period of Covid-19 has both negative and positive impact on employee performance and the entity`s management control.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>


The purpose of this research is to seek and identify the impact teamwork has on organizational performance. The research to understand the teamwork quality, team cohesiveness and team performance in employee performance, identify the positive or negative effects of teamwork on employees and to examine the impact of teamwork on organization performance. Therefore, it is to determine how teamwork could effect and improve University employee’s performance within the organization. In fact, it is also to understand on how methods like teamwork quality, team cohesiveness, and teamwork performance have could be used to have positive effects in employee overall performance. The research study used correlation techniques in order to analyze the relationship between two variables that was Teamwork and Organization Performance. In many of the journals and article that was collected, there was clear evidence that teamwork and other measures of team performance are positively related with organization performance. The study of the research shown that there was a significant positive impact of teamwork on organizational performance and employee’s overall performance.

Hospital Information System (SIRS) is an integrated information system that aims to handle all hospital management processes, ranging from diagnostic services, medical data measures, medical records, pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical warehouses, billing, personnel databases, payroll, and accounting to the control management. Based on Indonesian Constitution No. 44 Article 52 year 2009, paragraph 1 states that "Indonesian hospitals are required to record and report all activities that occur within a hospital". On the Indonesia ministry regulation, PERMENKES No. 1171 year of 2011, Article 1 paragraph 1 states that "Each hospital is required to apply SIRS". Therefore Dr. Samratulangi Tondano District Hospital of Minahasa Regency in the North Sulawesi uses SIRS to improve employee performance in providing health services to the community. The paper discussed how to identify the impact of the use of Hospital Information Systems (SIRS) on health services. The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of the use of the SIRS system based on four indicators contained in the 2006 Human Organizational Technology (HOT-Fit) method in addition to the DeLone and McLean Success 2003 methods. By taking 150 respondents of SIRS users randomly, data were collected and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.The four hypotheses derived from three components namely "Technology", "Human" and "Organization" have a positive impact and provide a net benefit to the use of the system. In short, the majority of users SIRS only focuses on functions for registration and administration rather than clinical functions. The availability of IT units and IT personnel influences the use of SIRS as well.

The recurrent struggle of seeking employment and the saturated labor market is a harsh reality in the lives of many university students. Entrepreneurship is arguably the most effective contributor to employment and economic growth. However, very few entrepreneurship graduates start businesses immediately after graduation. Moreover, while academic institutions invest in developing entrepreneurship curriculum and extending the body of knowledge, little is invested in practical programs. There is, therefore, a need to practically teach entrepreneurship. This research was aimed at establishing the impact of practical entrepreneurship project on future entrepreneurial intentions of students. The research was quantitative in nature and a questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents. The research found that the practical entrepreneurship project had a positive impact on the future entrepreneurial intentions of the students. The sample for the survey reported in this article included 25 participants across various career fields. The aims of this research is to study the defining factor of employee performance on RSUD Manokwari, spesifically the impact of leadership, cultural organization, and work motivation to the employee performance. The methods that is used in this research was descriptive methods with interview and obervation. The interview was conducted with the employee of RSUD Manokwari while observing the performance of them. The respondences of this research are 202 people who work in RSUD Manokwari, consisting of ASN staff and the honorary staff. The result shows that leadership take a positive effect on administration staff performance in RSUD Manokwari. Also, the organisation culture and work motivation have a positive impact on the Administration staff in RSUD Manokwari.

This study aims to investigate the relationships among the variables of servant leadership, employee loyalty, employee satisfaction, and employee performance in the context of a family business in Indonesia. This study applies quantitative approach with empirical evidence obtained from the entire employees of PT. Garuda Totalindo Jaya, a family-owned supplier spare part company as the case study.  For the analysis technique, this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a program to run the collected data from 71 respondents during the period of July 2019. The findings of the study show that servant leadership has positive impact on employee loyalty and employee satisfaction; employee satisfaction has positive impact on employee loyalty; and employee loyalty has positive impact on employee performance. This study expands the knowledge on human resources in the context of family business in Indonesia. It should be beneficial for both researcher and also the company itself. Moreover, it can give another exposure of the future research to study more variables in term of leadership.

The aim of this study is to analysis the impact of MIS on its dimensions in performance management In the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher tested the hypothesis of the study using multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistics, and Several conclusions found in the study; namely: There is an impact of management information systems on managing the performance of employees as a whole in telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. There is an impact of MIS on the performance management (performance planning) on the telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. While the results indicated that the software components and networks of management information systems do not affect the employee's performance management concerning performance planning.There is an impact of information management systems (human resources, software, networks) on the employees’ performance management represented the performance audit, and follow-up in the telecommunications companies in the Sultanate of Oman. While the results indicated that the material resources, and the MIS database did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by performance review, and follow-up.There is an impact of MIS (Human Resources, material resources, Software, Database) on the performance management of performance appraisal of telecom companies. While the results indicated that the networking component of MIS did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by performance appraisal.There is an impact of MIS on employee performance management of feedback in the telecoms companies. While the results indicated that the IT component of MIS did not affect the employees’ performance management represented by feedback.
