Б. Ніжинська в Києві у 1919–1921 рр. стала своєрідним транслятором ідей «Російських сезонів» С. Дягілева з їх акцентом на художньому оформленні та оновленні балетної лексики. У діяльності «Школи рухів» Б. Ніжинська змогла розпочати реалізацію власних теоретико-методичних установок щодо нової балетної мови, нового типу танцівника, викладення яких практично завершено саме в Києві. Творчість Б. Ніжинської можна кваліфікувати як опозиційну академічному балету з його усталеними формами. Експерименти в «Школі рухів» та Центростудії стали своєрідною апробацією балетмейстерських прийомів, які згодом реалізовані у «Російському балеті» С. Дягілева та подальшій балетмейстерській творчості, що набула всесвітнього визнання. Nizhinsky in Kiev in 1919–1921 became a kind of translator of the ideas of «Russian Seasons» by S. Diaghilev with their emphasis on the decoration and updating of ballet vocabulary. In the activities of the «School of Movements» B. Nizhinskaya was able to start implementing her own theoretical and methodological guidelines for a new ballet language, a new type of dancer, the exposition of which was practically completed in Kiev. The creativity of B. Nizhinsky can be qualified as opposed to academic ballet with its well-established forms. The experiments at the School of Movements and the Central Studio became a kind of approbation of the choreography techniques, which were subsequently implemented in the Russian Ballet by S. "Abstract: The present study undertakes a reinterpretation of the tile stamp published for the first time by D. Tudor in 1965 with the reading FANIUS, interpreted as a civilian tile workshop owner. Even though no other stamps pertaining to this civilian tile manufacturer have been discovered at Drobeta, this particular stamp was interpreted in the same way in all subsequent publications. Our reading shows that is a tile stamp with the abbreviated name of the Legio V Macedonica, in the form V (quinta) Mac(edonica) retrograde. This new type completes the series of legion’s abbreviated name on tile stamps known from Drobeta. Key-words: tile stamp; Drobeta; Legio V Macedonica. Rezumat: Se reia lectura unei ştampile tegulare publicată de către D. Tudor în anul 1965, care citea FANIUS şi considera că este un antroponim, un producător civil de material tegular. Deşi nu s-au mai descoperit la Drobeta ştampile aparţinând acestui producător civil, ştampila apare intrepretată astfel în toate publicaţiile ulterioare. În realitate este o ştampilă cu numele legiunii V Macedonica abreviat V (quinta) Mac(edonica) în redare dextrogradă. Noua variantă se adaugă ştampilelor tegulare ale legiunii V Macedonica cunoscute la Drobeta, completând repertoriul acestora. Cuvinte cheie: ştampilă tegulară; Drobeta; Legio V Macedonica. "

Abstract Online motorcycle now becomes an extraordinary phenomenon, especially for people in big cities who feel the impact of the existence of online motorcycle. The problem raised in this legal journal is about the implications of legal relations that arise between online motorcycle drivers and online motorcycle service providers from the perspective UU Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. The legal relationship arising from the agreement between the GO-JEK driver and PT GO-JEK Indonesia as seen from its form is a partnership agreement. This partnership agreement is a partnership agreement that includes a new type of partnership agreement with a profit-sharing pattern as stipulated in Article 26 (letter f) UU Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. There is no work agreement that arises in the partnership relationship between PT GO-JEK and GO-JEK drivers because there is one element that is not fulfilled, namely the element of wages, thus the GO-JEK driver is not a worker because there is no working relationship between PT. JEK with GO-JEK drivers, there are only partnership relationships where both parties have the same position as partners. so that arrangements and problems relating to work protection cannot use UU Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. Key words. : Legal Relations, Ojek Driver, Ojek Online Abstrak  Ojek online kini telah menjadi sebuah fenomena luar biasa, terutama bagi masyarakat yang berada di kota-kota besar yang karena merasakan langsung dampak dari keberadaan ojek online tersebut. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam jurnal hukum ini adalah mengenai  implikasi dari hubungan hukum yang timbul antara pengemudi ojek online  dengan penyedia layanan ojek online dari perspektif  Undang-undang  Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Hubungan hukum yang timbul dari perjanjian antara pengemudi GO-JEK dengan PT GO-JEK Indonesia dilihat dari bentuknya merupakan perjanjian kemitraan. Perjanjian kemitraan ini merupakan  perjanjian kemitraan yang termasuk perjanjian kemitraan jenis baru dengan pola bagi hasil sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 26(huruf f) Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro,Kecil,dan Menengah . Tidak ada perjanjian kerja yang timbul dalam hubungan kemitraan antra PT GO-JEK dengan  driver GO-JEK dikarenakan ada salah satu unsur yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu unsur upah, dengan demikian driver GO-JEK bukan merupakan pekerja karena tidak terjadinya hubungan kerja antara PT.GO-JEK dengan driver GO-JEK yang ada hanya hubungan kemitraan di mana kedua belah pihak memiliki kedudukan yang sama sebagai mitra. sehingga pengaturan dan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan kerja tidak dapat menggunakan  Undang-undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan Kata Kunci. : Hubungan Hukum , Pengemudi Ojek ,  Ojek Online

Cu-Sil denture is a simplified approach which helps in preserving the few remaining natural teeth .It is a new type of transitional denture which clasps the neck of the tooth providing space for the remaining teeth to emerge into the oral cavity through the denture. Preserving the remaining teeth not only preserves the alveolar ridge but also maintains proprioception providing psychological benefit for the patient. Cu-Sil denture is one such simpler clinical approach which offers many advantages. This case report represents a simple chair-side clinical approach to fabricate Cu-Sil denture by preserving the few natural teeth. Key words: Cu-Sil denture, transitional denture, proprioception.

Resumen: La ya eterna crisis de los principales valores tradicionales de la fotografía sigue cuestionando su esencia y su papel en nuestra sociedad postmoderna. La abundancia de imágenes que invaden las pantallas de nuestros teléfonos inteligentes ha terminado por conformar una nueva realidad virtual que se superpone a nuestro mundo real y físico hasta prácticamente su total disolución, en lo que vendría a ser un nuevo estado de conciencia, que podríamos definir como post-realidad. El advenimiento de nuevos dispositivos de realidad aumentada ampliaría estos límites para crear un nuevo tipo de imágenes capaces de retratar distintos ámbitos, ya alejados del puro consumo de identidades ficticias surgidos a raíz del uso de redes sociales como Instagram.  Palabras clave: Fotografía, post-realidad, Instagram, Realidad Aumentada Resumen en inglés: The already eternal crisis of the main traditional values of photography continues to question its essence and its role in our postmodern society. The abundance of images that invade the screens of our smartphones has ended up shaping a new virtual reality that overlaps our real and physical world until practically its total dissolution, in what would become a new state of consciousness, which we could define as post-reality. The advent of new augmented reality devices would expand these limits to create a new type of images capable of portraying different areas, already removed from the pure consumption of fictitious identities arising from the use of social networks like Instagram. A new type of synthetic industrial diamond formed by an explosive shock process has been recently developed by the Du Pont Company. This material consists of a mixture of two basically different forms, as shown in Figure 1: relatively flat and compact aggregates of acicular crystallites, and single crystals in the form of irregular polyhedra with straight edges.Figure 2 is a high magnification micrograph typical for the fibrous aggregates; it shows that they are composed of bundles of crystallites 0.05-0.3 μ long and 0.02 μ. wide. The selected area diffraction diagram (insert in Figure 2) consists of a weak polycrystalline ring pattern and a strong texture pattern with arc reflections. The latter results from crystals having preferred orientation, which shows that in a given particle most fibrils have a similar orientation.

The Ideal

I. IntroductionThermionic electron gun with the Wehnelt grid is popularly used in the electron microscopy and electron beam micro-fabrication. It is well known that this gun could get the ideal brightness caluculated from the Lengumier and Richardson equations under the optimum condition. However, the design and ajustment to the optimum condition is not so easy. The gun has following properties with respect to the Wehnelt bias; (1) The maximum brightness is got only in the optimum bias. (2) In the larger bias than the optimum, the brightness decreases with increasing the bias voltage on account of the space charge effect. (3) In the smaller bias than the optimum, the brightness decreases with bias voltage on account of spreading of the cross over spot due to the aberrations of the electrostatic immersion lens.In the present experiment, a new type electron gun with the electrostatic and electromagnetic lens is designed, and its properties are examined experimentally.

After materials with superconducting temperatures higher than liquid nitrogen have been prepared, more emphasis has been on increasing the current densities (Jc) of high Tc superconductors than finding new materials with higher transition temperatures. Different processing techniques i.e thin films, shock wave processing, neutron radiation etc. have been applied in order to increase Jc. Microstructural studies of compounds thus prepared have shown either a decrease in gram boundaries that act as weak-links or increase in defect structure that act as flux-pinning centers. We have studied shock wave synthesized Tl-Ba-Cu-O and shock wave processed Y-123 superconductors with somewhat different properties compared to those prepared by solid-state reaction. Here we report the defect structures observed in the shock-processed Y-124 superconductors.
