The growth in science and technology is accelerating, resulting in a competition that is becoming more intense. Advanced science and technology are obviously also in contact with computers. Computer use can minimize potential errors in data processing compared with manual data processing. The development of these sciences and technologies also encourages companies to improve corporate performance, and one of their uses is the creation of the information systems that companies need. The purpose of this study is to design and build a desktop java-based motorbike rental information system for Koperasi Trans Jaya Tangerang. The methodology used by researchers was grounded research. The methods of data collection used in this study are interviews, observations, and library studies.

The employee information system is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Language Hall Office, to get information about employees to be more focused and easy to obtain. In this study, researchers only discussed employee problems and data management mechanisms at the Aceh Language Center Office and designed an employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The research objective was to understand the problems of employees and data management at the Aceh Language Center Office and to create a supporting application about employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) employee administration staff to record and input employee data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee information system at the Aceh Language Hall Office has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as the database.

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are developing very rapidly along with the needs of the wider community. Information system application is one form of technological and information development. Mother and child data processing at Puskesmas Pedamaran, Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency does not have an information system application, data collection and data processing of mothers and children still use the writing method or manually using mother and child health books, the method used today is still at risk of experiencing data loss or buildup. Then the authors will conduct research with the aim to build and develop information systems data collection of mothers and children, which can help convey information in a mobile and easier to use in its use, using the waterfall method. The results obtained from this study are in the form of an application of information systems for data collection of mothers and children that makes it easier to provide information on maternal and child health and helps the processing of mother and child data at the Puskesmas. With the application of information systems for data collection of mothers and children, it is certainly expected to further facilitate the processing of mother and child data in the Puskesmas Pedamaran. Pada era globalisasi saat ini perkembangan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat luas. Aplikasi sistem informasi merupakan salah satu wujud dari perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Pengolahan data ibu dan anak di Puskesmas Pedamaran Kecamatan Pedamaran Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir belum memiliki aplikasi sistem informasi, pendataan dan pengolahan data ibu dan anak masih menggunakan metode penulisan atau secara manual dengan menggunakan buku kesehatan ibu dan anak, metode yang digunakan saat ini masih beresiko mengalami kehilangan atau penumpukan data. Maka penulis akan melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan  aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak, yang dapat membantu menyampaikan informasi secara mobile dan lebih mudah digunakan dalam penggunaannya,  dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak yang mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan ibu dan anak serta membantu proses pengolahan data ibu dan anak pada Puskesmas tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak ini, tentunya diharapkan lebih mempermudah proses pengolahan data ibu dan anak di Puskesmas Pedamaran.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

When presented with an accounting information system based on a reliable system, it will certainly produce objective information as well. Inventory management and computerized goods reports are very beneficial for the company. J-Mart, which is a minimarket which still relies on Ms. So that data processing of reports cannot be fast and accurate. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This application is designed to use Visual Basic.Net with SQL Server as the database. The output result obtained from this system is the inventory report. With the creation of this inventory system, it is hoped that it can make it easier to carry out the process of recording inventory, avoid input errors and can streamline the time of inputting and counting stock items in the warehouse.

This study discussed the right of notaries to refuse the creation of deeds containing usuries by reasons of implementing the principles of sharia and the legal implications of notaries based on Article 16 Law on Notary Position. This study was normative research that used conceptual and legislation approaches. Data collection techniques used library studies. The analysis results showed that notaries had the right to refuse the creation of deeds containing usuries based on the theoretical, juridical, and philosophical aspects. Due to the law of notaries that refused the creation of deeds containing usuries, it violates Article Article 16 Law on Notary Position so that notaries could be subject to tieredly administrative action. The Law on Notary Position had not provided legal protection to notaries who practice their profession under the principles of sharia.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. So far, the village office sampean kecamatan sungai kanan kabupaten labuhan batu selatan, north sumatra still use application desktop in doing processing the population data that is use application microsoft excel .In such a manner as there are still several problems and the obstacles, especially time and energy issued when their distribution data population in parties in need by the village office sampean. The purpose of he did this research is to design and construct information system the population data processing based android. With the information systems that in designed by the writer, is expected to help parties the village office sampean in doing processing the population data and do distribution the population data easily And rapidly through a smartphone android. In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

In May 2016, it was more than 4 months, since the Ganitec University of Science and Technology went through an exercise for implementing an information system to manage the attendance, leave particulars and payroll of their employee. The management decided to replace their existing manual system with a new information system which was labeled “Cognitive Employee Management System.” In May 2016, spearheaded by a couple of faculty members, the Cognitive Employee Management System was finally implemented by a team of three students headed by the coordinator of the Information Systems Department of the Ganitec University of Science and Technology. Although the director envisaged lots of benefits, the changes were not really working out as he had foreseen. Why were people apprehensive about using the Cognitive Employee Management System when the benefits were apparent? How should the project rollout be planned in the Ganitec University of Science and Technology?
