Mangrove ecosystem is inhabited by a variety of biota, one of the fauna inhabitants of the original mangrove area isgastropods. It is the quality of the waters which certainly has a direct impact on aquatic biota. Nitrate and phosphateare needed by gastropods because they are related to nutrient availability. The purpose of this study is to determinethe phosphate and nitrate contents and analyze the relationship between phosphate and nitrate contents and thepresence of gastropods in the mangrove ecosystem at the Kambapi Beach, Merauke. Data analysis used ecologicaldata of abundance, diversity, dominance and PCA. The results showed that phosphate contents ranged from 0.002-0.04 mg / l and nitrate ranged from 0.007 to 0.19 mg / l, whereas in sediment phosphate contents ranged from 9.63-19.32 mg / l and nitrates ranged from 0.89-4.55mg / l. The results of the analysis of the relationship between thepresence of gastropods and phosphate and nitrate indicates that the parameters of phosphate and nitrate in sedimentsand phosphates in waters have a positive value which means that these parameters affect the presence of gastropoddensity while the environment parameters which correlate negatively is nitrate in the water. This shows that thenitrate contents in water have an inverse relationship with gastropod density. Keywords: Gastropod, Merauke, Phosphate, Nitrate

Abstract Background Nursing is a high-risk occupation that involves exposure to stress. The physical and mental health of nurses is directly related to the quality of medical services, so the quality of life of nurses cannot be ignored. This study is a Chinese nursing study that investigated occupational stress, job burnout, and quality of life of surgical nurses in Xinjiang, China. Methods This study employed the cluster random sampling method and carried out a questionnaire survey among 488 surgical nurses from five hospitals from May 2019 to September 2019. The study analyzed the relationship between occupational stress, job burnout and quality of life. The Effort-Reward Imbalance questionnaire (ERI), Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS) and the 36-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) were used to evaluate occupational stress, job burnout and quality of life among surgical nurses. Results A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 488 were retrieved, with an effective recovery rate of 88.73 %. The results revealed that the quality of life score among surgical nurses was not high, and differences were observed in the quality of life score of patients according to gender, age, title, and frequency of night shifts (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between occupational stress and job burnout. Higher levels of occupational stress and job burnout were associated with a poorer quality of life score. Occupational stress and job burnout were identified as risk factors for quality of life, and the interaction between high levels of stress and burnout seriously reduced quality of life. The structural equation model revealed that occupational stress and job burnout had a direct impact on quality of life, occupational stress had a direct impact on job burnout, and job burnout was identified as a mediating factor in the relationship between occupational stress and quality of life. Conclusions Surgical nurses have a high level of occupational stress and burnout, and low quality of life score. Quality of life is correlated with occupational stress and job burnout. According to the individual characteristics and psychological state of nurses, managers can implement personalized intervention measures promptly and effectively to relieve their tension and burnout, and improve the quality of life of surgical nurses.

AbstractThis study examines the relationship between good governance and pandemic control using month-wise COVID-19 pandemic data within a time window from April to September 2020. The study argues that countries with better governance are more capable of adopting and implementing appropriate policies and that such governments are considered more trustworthy by their people. Combined, these factors enable such countries to better control a pandemic like COVID-19. Using several measures of good governance and two measures of pandemic spread, namely the COVID-19 positive rate and the COVID-19 growth rate, this paper tests its argument econometrically in a sample of 185 countries. The results show the existence of a significant inverse relationship between all measures of good governance, and the COVID-19 positive and growth rates. The significant inverse relationship largely persists even after controlling for continent-fixed effects and a host of geographic, demographic, and socio-economic factors. This indicates the presence of a strong systemic linkage between quality of governance and pandemic control. The findings empirically strengthen the argument of eminent medical historians concerning the importance of effective governmental intervention for epidemic control. The study reveals that the quality of governance is a key factor in a country’s success in pandemic management and encourages further investigation.

Water pollution can not only be measured only by chemical and physical parameters, Plankton have properties that are always moving so that they can be used as indicators of water pollution. Plankton play an important role in influencing the primary productivity of river waters. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the diversity and presence of plankton to the quality of the Batanghari River. The study was conducted in February 2018 in Jambi City. Primary data taken in the form of concentrations of physical and chemical parameters include turbidity, pH, TDS, BOD, COD, DO, Phosphate, Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia, Lead, Chloride, Sulfate and the amount of plankton abundance (ind / L) on the Batanghari River. The time of sampling was in the morning and evening on the same day.  The results showed that the relationship between the existence of plankton and the quality of the Batanghari River showed the condition of the Batanghari River in Jambi City was in phase a - Mesosaprobic (heavy pollutant level). Parameters of pH, COD, Phosphate, Nitrite, Lead and Chloride are moderately correlated to phytoplankton, while TDS, BOD, DO, Nitrate and Ammonia are weakly correlated with phytoplankton. And for temperature parameters it is strongly correlated with phytoplankton. For correlation to zooplankton, parameters of pH, TDS, BOD, COD, COD, DO, Phosphate, Nitrate, Nitrite, Lead, chloride are very weakly correlated while ammonia and turbidity correlate moderately to zooplankton.

Macrozoobethos as a biological indicators aside as a sessile organisms, its also have relatively long life cycle. Gastropod and bivalvia class, are commonly have a high abundance and diversity, its always responds to the water quality conditions in their habitat. The aim of study is to analized macrozoobenthic community structure and their relationship to mangrove ecosystem at Pari Island. Purposive random sampling was used for sampling the organisms by comparing to the density and species of mangrove vegetation. Square plots of 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 m were used to calculate macrozoobenthos abundance (gastropods and bivalvia) meanwhile the identification of Gastropods and Bivalvia is in LIPI laboratory at Cibinong. The results shows that mangrove density is in between 1,200 to 2,700 inds/Ha, while composition of macrozoobenthos at Pari Island have 10 species of gastropods and one species of bivalvia. The diversity of the two classes is included into the medium category (1.20-2.67), with moderate uniformity (0.59-0.84) and the dominance index is between 0.20-0.47. The regression analysis of the relationship between mangrove and macrozoobenthic abundance is about 0.6498. It can be concluded that in the Pari Island’s mangrove area, there are no gastropods or bivalves that much dominate, but the relationship between of Gastropoda and Bivalvia is following the mangrove density with a correlation about 0.8061. More diverse types and abundance of species are affected by the density of mangroves as a place for its live.

The inverse relationship between the independence of the central bank (CBI) and inflation became a consensus that trusted throughout the world. However, there is no conclusive explanation of why and how central bank independence has succeeded in suppressing inflation. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of financial development and institutional quality on the relationship between central bank independence and inflation. Using 20 Countries of Asia with institutional diversity, this study analyzed through a dynamic panel approach (GMM-Arellano and Bond Estimator). The result indicates that the inverse relationship between central bank independence and inflation depends on the development of the financial sector and also the institutional quality of each country. In other words, to make the central bank's independence work effectively in order to solve bias inflation, the improvement of the financial sector and also the institutional quality is needed.JEL Classification : E580, E310, E020 How to Cite:Kunaedi, A., & Darwanto. Suppliers are important members of the agricultural supply chain. Moreover, their behavior decisions may affect the sustainable development of the agricultural supply chain. Considering agricultural supplier trust, this study examines the direct impact of trust perception on relationship quality and the indirect impact of supplier fairness perception on relationship quality. Based on the survey data of agricultural product suppliers, this study uses the structural equation model method for empirical analysis. The analysis results show that both fairness perception and trust perception have a significant positive impact on the relationship quality of the agricultural supply chain. Trust perception particularly has a positive direct impact on the relationship quality of the agricultural supply chain, while fairness perception has an indirect influence on the relationship quality of the agricultural supply chain through trust perception. In addition, information sharing, price satisfaction, income level, and environmental certainty have a significant positive impact on suppliers’ fairness perception. Therefore, retailers comprehensively consider both fairness perception and trust perception of suppliers, which will help improve the relationship quality of the supply chain.
