This study aims to find out how much the factors of education, capital, and dependents influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market and analyze the dominant factors that influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market. This research was conducted at the Wamanggu Merauke Market, for four (4) months, namely from August to December 2018. The population in this study were all vegetable sellers in the Wamanggu Merauke Market. The sampling technique was random sampling with 173 samples and a total population of 63 sellers, while data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the magnitude of the effect of education on income (Y): based on education (X1) affects income (Y) insignificantly by 0.044 or 4.4%, based on capital (X2) affects income (Y) significantly by 0.919 or 91.9%, based on dependents (X3) affect income (Y) not significantly by 0.005 or 5%. The dominant factor that influences the decision of mothers in improving the family economy is the capital factor (X2) which is equal to 0.919 or 91.9%.   Keywords: Education, Capital, Dependents, Income.

The vegetable farmers need an effort to increase their ability so they can produce the optimal quantiity and quality vegetables for meet an increasing demand. Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali  is an agribusssines association that seeks to self farmer so that market demand can be met.This reasearch aims was to analyze the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in to improve self relience anoy farmers. The role of the Association of Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali in empowerment can be seen through empowerment strategies. The research was conducted on  February 2th - March 4th 2019 in Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association located in Teras Village, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study was survey with 35 members of the association. Analytical methodin used descriptive analysis conducted bay multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were 1) the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in empowering its members and self relience were categorized as high, 2) there was significant influence betwen relo of associantion in empowering strategies toward self relience anoy the farmers. 3) Partially the variables that influence self relief are counseling and mentoring strategies, and strategies for access to science and technology.

The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors of price perspective attributes, brand benefits, media branding, promotions, after-sales guarantee, products, colors, and designs as well as fuel consumption as items of motor products on consumer behavior. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 194 respondents. The data analysis was using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that Honda's products were more dominant in the implementation of its marketing strategy with a contribution of 87.75% while the attributes of Yamaha's products contributed to the influence of the remaining 79.40% influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the analysis obtained a regression equation for Honda products Y = -13.33 + 0.428 X1 - 0.035 X2 + 0.02 X3 + 0.319 X4 + 0.01 X5 + 0.367 X6 - 0.03 X7 + 0.034 X8, while for Yamaha products are Y = -13.03 + 0.37 X1 + 0.5 X2 + 0.11 X3 + 0.30 X4 - 0.004 X5 + 0.33 X6 - 0.13 X7 + 0.2X8.

One of the basic laws that the zakat seems to be ordered is the word of Allah SWT QS. At-Taubah verse 103, The study aims to analyze the effect of  productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) to the micro-business growth of mustahik of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah Society in Medan City, and simultaneously effect of Productive Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (ZIS) and micro-business growth to the mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan City. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis, the sample was selected by using quota sampling, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between productive Zakat and mustahik welfare, there is a relationship between micro-business growth and mustahik welfare and also simultaneously there is a relationship between productive Zakat and the micro-business growth towards mustahik welfare of Muhammadiyah society in Medan city. The implication of this study is emphasizing the distribution of Zakat that more prioritizing on Productive Zakat.

Purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of income, number of dependents, and premium prices on the demand for BPJS health services at Wosi Health Center, West Manokwari District, Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the income variable, the number of dependents, and the premium price, had a significant effect, while partially only the number of dependents had a significant effect on the demand for BPJS health services at the Wosi Health Center.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation, locus of control, and family environment on the entrepreneurial intention of Udayana University students. This research was conducted on entrepreneurial students of Udayana University 2018. The number of samples in this study were 207 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly or online to entrepreneurial students. Analysis of the data in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship motivation has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, self-control center has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, the family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Udayana University should hold more frequent seminars on entrepreneurship so that more and more students are motivated to become young entrepreneurs. Perkembangan dunia perbankan syariah tidak lepas dari peran para nasabah yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap pihak perbankan untuk penyimpanan asset keuangannya. Faktanya banyak kelompok nasabah yang memutuskan untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah karena faktor religiusitasnya. Faktor lain yang dapat ikut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah adalah kualitas produk. Di mana kualitas produk merupakan karakteristik yang melekat dari suatu produk. Kemungkinan yang terjadi bahwa kebanyakan nasabah pada perbankan syariah juga masih merupakan nasabah perbankan konvensional.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan tingkat religiusitas nasabah terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya atau tidak di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 100 nasabah. Diperoleh hasil Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Berdasarkan uji F yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan religiusitas secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji t yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa secara partial baik variabel kualitas produk maupun variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

The research is aimed at: 1) Testing the effect of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on ethical attitudes of university accounting students, simultaneously and partially; 2) Testing which variable that has dominant effect. The respondents of the research are accounting students at Islamic University of Pekanbaru, Purposive sampling technique is chosen with criteria respondents have done Auditing I subject. Data was gathered by questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis to test hypothesis was done with multiple linear regression analysis. This research results show that IQ, EQ, and SQ simultaneously had significantly effect on ethical attitudes of university accounting students. But partially, only IQ has significantly and dominantly effects on ethical attitudes of university accounting students.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.
