PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH PRODUK SIMPANAN PADA BSM CABANG PURWOKERTO

Perkembangan dunia perbankan syariah tidak lepas dari peran para nasabah yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap pihak perbankan untuk penyimpanan asset keuangannya. Faktanya banyak kelompok nasabah yang memutuskan untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah karena faktor religiusitasnya. Faktor lain yang dapat ikut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah adalah kualitas produk. Di mana kualitas produk merupakan karakteristik yang melekat dari suatu produk. Kemungkinan yang terjadi bahwa kebanyakan nasabah pada perbankan syariah juga masih merupakan nasabah perbankan konvensional.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan tingkat religiusitas nasabah terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya atau tidak di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 100 nasabah. Diperoleh hasil Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Berdasarkan uji F yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan religiusitas secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji t yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa secara partial baik variabel kualitas produk maupun variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

Purchasing decision is the decision of consumers to buy a product or service as desired. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee in Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who showed the results that the variables of trust, product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in ecommerce Shopee. there is one variable that has dominant influence on purchasing decisions, namely the variable trust in purchasing decisions

This research aims to analyze the role of product quality and price perception in affecting purchase decision. The object of this study is Milkmo, which is a startup business that offers milk-based drink coated with chocolate syrup. This research distributes as many as 97 questionnaires to majority of male and female respondents aged 15 to 25 years old, using purposive sampling method. This research uses quantitative method by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that product quality and the perception of each price have significant effect on purchase decision of Milkmo product, therefore all hypotheses were upheld. This implies that the business owner should improve the quality of the product and set the price of the product carefully so they would not be rivaled by their competitors.

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline and career development on employee work achievement at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Jember Brach office. The population in this study is permanent employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Jember Brach office which numbered 54 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the disciplinary significantly influence work achievement at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Jember Brach office. Career development significantly influenced work achievement at PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and perception of the price of the consumer buying decision process matic Honda motorcycles. The population in this study were matic Honda motorcycle users. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, which means that sample based on specific criteria, namely: those who are older and those who use and have matic Honda motorcycles. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: product quality, positive influence on consumer buying decision process matic Honda motorcycles. Brand image positive influence on consumer buying decision process matic Honda motorcycles. Perception price positive influence on consumer buying decision process matic Honda motorcycles.

Abstract—Women place a high value on their appearance. We can see in everyday life that most women are unable to live without cosmetics. Cosmetics have become a necessity for women to support their appearance while going about their daily activities in order to make them more attractive and confident. Women's lipstick is one of the most popular cosmetics. Consumers consider brand image and product quality when purchasing cosmetics, particularly lipsticks. The goal of this study is to see if the image of Beauty Vloggers and the quality of their products have an impact on purchase decisions. The sample size for this study was 100 people. Explanatory research methods are used. Multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that in Indonesia, Beauty Vlogger Brand Image has no significant impact on Emina Cosmetics Lipstick Product Purchase Decisions, while Product Quality has a significant impact on Emina Cosmetics Lipstick Product Purchase Decisions. Lipstik wanita adalah salah satu kosmetik paling populer. Konsumen mempertimbangkan citra merek dan kualitas produk saat membeli kosmetik, khususnya lipstik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah citra Beauty Vlogger dan kualitas produknya berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Besar sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Metode penelitian eksplanatori digunakan. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia, Brand Image Beauty Vlogger tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Lipstik Emina Cosmetics, sedangkan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Lipstik Emina Cosmetics. Abstract. This research aims to test the influence of such independent variables as the organizational commitment, Accounting Internal Control, The Role Of Internal Audit, Education, and the quality of training to such dependent variables as the reliability of the financial report of local government. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The respondents in this study were  the employees who processes the financial administration and those who make financial report at the Local Working Unit (SKPD) in North Halmahera Regency Government. The population used for this research is a group of financial staff which is about 298 people in each of the SKPD, and the samples taken are  75 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the data were tested by using SPSS program version 22. The results of a multiple linear regression analysis shows that partially, the organizational commitment, accounting internal control, the role of internal audit, education, and the quality of training give positive impacts and significant effects to the reliability of the financial report of local government. The result of the test also shows that simultaneously, the good organizational commitment, accounting internal control, the role of internal audit, education, and quality of training give positive impacts and significant effects to the reliability of financial report of local government. The value of the coefficient of determination indicates that the organizational commitment, accounting internal control, the role of internal audit, education, and quality of training is 49.70%, and the remaining 50.30% is affected by other factors which are not included in this model of research. ABSTRACT Improving the quality of human resources is focused on a variety of things that can affect job performance. There are two variables that are thought to have contributed to the formation of job performance, namely the work environment and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on job performance. The research will be conducted in one of the micro businesses in Kranggan District, Mojokerto Regency which involves 25 employees to be involved as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical tool to prove the research hypothesis. The research findings suggest that (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job performance; (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on job performance; and (3) work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job performance. Abstract     Almsgiving is one of the pillars supporting the upholding of Islam as the obligation for the adherents to improve horizontal relations between fellow humans and strengthen vertical relations with Allah SWT. The implementation of Islamic Social Responsibility (ISR) of the Islamic Bank gives a positive assessment in sharia agreement, justice and equality, responsibility for work, welfare, guarantee of nature preservation and benevolent assistance that is not profit-oriented.Proper almsgiving management and ISR implementation make Islamic banks trusted by the public in terms of service quality, satisfaction and loyalty of Muzzaki. It reduces bad images, and provides relevant impacts on social welfare and the progress of the era. The data analysis used to test the hypotheses is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to Commissioners and Directors at 14 (fourteen) Islamic Commercial Banks spread throughout Indonesia. The result of this study shows partially prove the role of Islamic bank commissioners in the amsgiving management only, while the importance of the role of directors in Islamic banks in almsgiving management and the implementation of ISR partially. Keywords: Islamic Bank, Commissioners, Directors, Almsgiving and ISR

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.
