This study aims to analyze the cost of harvest and post-harvest cloves. This research was conducted in Kaweng Village Kakas Subdistrict of Minahasa Regency and lasted from July until September 2016. The research method used in this research is survey method. Data collection method in this research is by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling method is by using simple random sampling method. The data analysis used is the data collected tabulated by using cost analysis. The results of this study was that each harvest activity costs vary, it is issued in accordance with the needs of farmers to support harvest and post-harvest activities for 2-3 months during the 1st harvest and post harvest period. The largest average is at the cost of picking of Rp.222.352.500. Each production was influenced by variable costs and fixed costs at one time of production at the price of the cloves present at harvest, where the variable cost amounts to Rp.360.243.500 and fixed costs Rp.1.866.000 in production amount of 8.677 kg with an average price of Rp.106.050 per kg.*jnkd*.

ABSTRACT The research intends to know the cost and income broiler breeders in Semarang City. Reasearch obtained by breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district. The method use in this research is survey method with purposive sampling method. The study look place from January until February 2015. Data collection consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the observation and interviews of respondents. The results of this study show calculation there is no difference in cost and income between broiler breeders in Gunungpati district with Mijen district. The results show that the average cost of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 198.003.520,04 and in Mijen district Rp 183.488.974,87 and the average income of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 14.422.095 and in Mijen district Rp 17.209.832. There is no difference in cost broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance value 0,627>0,05, and there is no difference in income broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance 0,653>0,05. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of production factors on rice farming production. This research was conducted in Urban Village of Koya, Sub-district of South Tondano, Minahasa District by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this research was done by using Simple Random Sampling method with 60 farmers as respondents. The variables measured in this research are production, land area, amount of labor, amount of phonska fertilizer, amount of urea fertilizer, number of seeds and amount of pesticide. The data analysis used is Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the influence of each factor of production on the produced production. Simultaneously variable of land area, seed, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticide and labor have an effect on rice field production in Koya. Individual variables of land area, urea seed and fertilizer have a significant effect on rice production.

This study aims to analyze the profitability, factors that affect production and production efficiency of cassava farming.  The research is conducted by survey method in Natar District of South Lampung Regency from June to August 2017. The 56 research samples are obtained by simple random sampling method.  Primary data is obtained from direct questionnaires interview with cassava farmers and secondary data obtained from several related institutions.  Data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by income analysis and production function of Cobb Douglas.  The results showed that cassava farming in Natar District of South Lampung Regency was profitable for farmers of Cassesart variety and not profitable for other varieties.  Factors affecting cassava farming for respondents of Cassesart variety were land area, urea fertilizer and labor, for respondents of other varieties were land area and labor.  Production process was not efficient and in increasing return to scale phase.Key words: cassava, efficiency, production, profit

BREAK EVEN POINT ANALYSIS OF DUCKS FARMING (A Case Study on  Group Masawang Talikuran Village District of Remboken ). Ducks PMP is a new type of duck Masawang group members . Duck is caged with  organic feed . The problem is whether d duck business is profitable or not  . The purpose of research was to analyze the cost of production , sale and Break Even Point ( BEP ) of the farming that was performed by the group. . The method used is a survey method with a case study approach . Source of data captured includes primary data and secondary data . Data collection was conducted from October to December 2013. The analysis used is the analysis of Break Even Point ( BEP ) . This study was conducted over a period of production with 100 head of cattle raising ducks PMP ( Peking Mojosari White ) . Cost of production per period incurred consist of fixed costs Rp . 350.625 , - and the variable cost of Rp . 6,667,730 , - . Prices ducks 70.000.00 , - / tail , revenues of Rp . 7.000.000 , - per period . Based on the research effort duck PMP " Masawang group " reach break even on revenue of Rp . 3,594,073 , - duck production volumes were 51 birds per period with an average body weight of 2.5 kg / head .  Keywords : Ducks , BEP , Group

The purpose of this research is to know the level of farmer adoption owards innovation modern rice farming tools. Data used is primary data and secondary data. Sampling method of this research is simple random sampling method with the number of respondents as 30 farmers. Primary data is collected by interview use questioneires and secondary data obtained from Kelurahan Woloan Dua office, and Dinas Pertanian office. Data analysis was carried out descriptively presented in table form. Research result showed that the level of farmers adoption of innovation modern rice farming tools in Kelurahan Woloan Dua Tomohon Barat Subdistrict was high, where most farmers had implemented or adoptedinovation modern rice farming tools. Higher income and education tend to increase the rates of farmer adoption of innovations in modern rice farming tools.-*eprm*

The research aimed to analyze financial feasibility and development prospect of nutmeg farming in Lampung Province.  This research was conducted in Gisting Subdistrict of Tanggamus Regency in which data was collected in September 2017 until October 2017 by survey method.  This research used primary and secondary data.  Primary data was used to answer financial feasibility analyze purpose and obtained by interview technique using questionnaires.  Secondary data in the past seven to night years was used to answer the purpose of prospect development of nutmeg farming.  The samples size of this research was 30 nutmeg farmers using simple random sampling.  The data was analyzed by financial feasibility and time series linier with ARIMA model.  The results of the study showed that the nutmeg farming was feasible, and development prospect of nutmeg farming based on production and nutmeg seeds export had a good potential for the future. This study aims to identify the cost, revenue, and income of soybean farming, identify the feasibility of soybean farming, identify the breakeven point and change the break-even point due to changes in selling prices in Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method, while the data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Determination of sample farmers using the Two Stage Cluster Random Sampling method, with a sample size of 65 people with a proportion of 27 farmers in paddy fields and 38 farmers in land, from a population of soybean farmers as many as 185 people.            The results of this study indicate that the cost of soybean farming per hectare in paddy fields is Rp. 5,896,896.90 with receipts of Rp 8,478,139.53 and income of Rp. 2,581,242.63, while the cost of soybean farming per hectare on land is Rp. 4,163,487.48 with receipts of 8,342,774.57 and income of Rp. 4,179,287.09. Soybean farming in land is more feasible to be cultivated with an R / C value of 2.01 while the R / C value in paddy fields is 1.45. Minimum acceptance received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season of Rp. 63,911.14 in paddy fields and Rp. 668,378.02 in land, the minimum production volume received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season is 10.65 Kg in paddy fields and 111.40 Kg in land and minimum land area that must be processed by farmers so that no loss in one planting season of 0.01 ha in paddy fields and 0.08 ha on land. Decrease in output price of Rp. 1,000.00 (16.67%) causes the minimum acceptance received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season of Rp. 100,196.38 in paddy fields and Rp. 767,384.61 on land. The margin value of safety on soybean farming is 90.53 in wetland and 82.40 in land area

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.
