This study aims to determine the impact due to the development of Megamas Regions on the condition of the community in South Wenang Urban Village. This study requires secondary data and primary data taken from kelurahan and community as respondents. Data collection is done by survey based on questionnaire compiled. The number of samples taken 30 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis by explaining all aspects related to the impact caused by Megamas area development. The results of the research show that the development of the Megamas Area has a good social and economic impact, in the form of positive and negative impacts. Some positive impacts are increased income and welfare, employment, business opportunities and recreation, while negative impacts are decreasing income, consumptive, commotion/discomfort, job loss and reduced hygiene.*lrr*.

One of the efforts to obtain and increase village revenue was by running a business through a village-owned enterprise (VOEs). A policy was needed for utilizing village resources in establishing a village-owned enterprise. The Musi Rawas Regency Government had made a policy, namely Musi Rawas Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2013, concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs). Villages of Musi Rawas Regency had implemented this regulation. This research aimed to evaluate the implementation of this regional regulation. This research method is descriptive quantitative comprises a sample survey and descriptive analysis indicators resulting from the sample survey. The population of this research was 174 Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs/BUMDes) in Musi Rawas Regency. At the same time, the sample was 64 VOEs which was taken by referring to the Slovin formula. There were primary data and secondary ones. Primary data came mainly from the questionnaire and field observation. Meanwhile, secondary data were sourced from documents, such as archives and reports. Data were analyzed by descriptive technique. The descriptive technique was done by displaying data, assessing them, delivering argument, quoting theory for justification and confirmation, and concluding. Implementing the Regional Regulation concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) was successful. This could be seen from several indicators, refers to Ripley & Franklin (1986), namely: 1) There existed compliance of policy implementers towards the content of the regional regulation. The degree of compliance was high and was in a good category. 2) The establishment and management of VOEs (the smoothness of routine functions) were also high and classified as good, and 3) The performance of the management of VOEs was also good. The impact of policy implementation (regional regulation of Musi Rawas Regency) was positive (good).

The objectives of this study are to reveal the causes and negative impacts of overprotective mother’s attitude towards her child in the best-selling novel entitled My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, and to see how overprotective Sara Fitzgerald as a mother who has an overprotective attitude towards her second child. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with library study to find out the overprotective mother and how the overprotective developed by applying internal and external overprotective theory and mother's theory. The primary data used is the novel itself. Secondary data are books and articles relating to conflict theory. The results showed that there was a major problem that caused by Sara Fitzgerald as an overprotective mother and the impact of her overprotective attitude towards her daughter. There are two causes that Sara becomes an overprotective mother to her second daughter: her illness and her recovery and the impact towards her third daughter  is lacking affection and suffering.

The research aims to describe the impact of the conversion of agricultural land of cloves to the socio-economic condition of farmers. The study was conducted from May to July 2017. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 5 (five) respondents who sell land for land converted. Secondary data is obtained from Tetetana Hill nature reserve, Kumelembuai village government, books and journals. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research results showed that viewed from the economic side, land conversion has a positive impact for the farmers family and local society. Positive impacts for farmers family include increasing the income, helping to construction the house of farmers, opening up a new farming businesses, and for local society like existence of jobs. Viewed from the social side, land conversion has positive and negative impacts, that is: change of farmers family life status (positive impact), and the influence of visitor habits toward society (negative impact).

Bad credit is caused by two factors, which are from the bank and from the customer. This study aimed to analyze the fine financing problems in the Islamic of Pawnshop Unit Bone according to Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) perspective. This research is a normative legal research using a sociological juridical approach. The primary data used are regulations or legal products from the Indonesian Ulama Council, namely the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding fines and direct interviews with employees and customers. Besides, the secondary data used was number of books that contain opinion Indonesian Ulama Council and other literature which is relevant to research. The results showed that the application of fines in financing problems in the islamic pawnshop Unit Bone of South Sulawesi had positive and negative impacts. The positive impact was giving a deterrent effect to customers who face the due while the negative impact is the waste of time for employees who have to work more than working hours. However, the impact of these fines did not reduce the performance of the South Sulawesi specially in the Islamic of Pawnshop Unit Bone in order to become a non-bank financial institution that is still in demand by the public and become a financial institution that can help the economy of Indonesian society, among them is the society in Bone, South Sulawesi. It is because people in Bone regency tend to open up business as their economic livelihoods.

Machine Translation (MT) is a unique tool in the field of translation. It is used all over the world. In accordance with, the undergraduates who are following Specialization in Linguistics and Translation at the department of Arabic language from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka face obstacles when they translate between Tamil, English & Arabic. Due to, they focus on MT to translate. According to this, the current research aims to identify the impact of MT on their translation activities. This research uses the descriptive analysis methodology. Primary data were collected from observation and questionnaire that was given to the undergraduates who are following Specialization in Linguistics and Translation at the department of Arabic language from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka in the academic year 2018/2019. Secondary data were gathered from research papers, books, research articles, and websites. The findings of this research declares that the undergraduates in the selected area have desires in the translation field and face the obstacles when translating. Thus, they try to use MT for getting accurate translation, idea of the source text, understanding the unknown words. Due to it, they couldn’t omit the MT in their translation activities. Because, it is easy to use and helps to save the time. At the time, they assume that non-use of MT will effect negatively in their translation ability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Fintech on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) capital with the P2P Lending model. The formulation of the problem is What is the impact of Fintech on MSME capital with the P2P Lending model? Research locations in the Banyumas Regency area with a concentration of 110 MSME as a research sample, with the criterion that ever or currently lending with P2P Lending system. Primary data were obtained from the results of questionnaire processing and interviews with respondents, namely MSME, while secondary data was sought from OJK, BPS, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, BI, articles, and textbooks relevant to research. Data analysis methods are descriptive analysis methods, paired difference analysis and ordinary least square (OLS). The conclusion obtained in this study is a tendency to increase in the Number of Workers, Turnover, Product Sales, Profits and Business Costs after the use of Fintech with the Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending model in MSME. So venture capital loans obtained through FinTech with the P2P Lending model have a positive effect on the improvement and development of the MSME business.

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta known to have many tourist destinations in the form of heritage for example Ratu Boko site. The site Ratu Boko is a historic relic that was built around the 8th century during the reign of Rakai Panangkaran, one of the descendants Wangsa Syailendra. The development of these tourist destinations are increasingly dynamic. The development of tourism activities in sites of historical and cultural heritage of course have an impact on the environment around the site. This study used qualitative descriptive methods, using data derived from primary data source (observations and interviews) and secondary data sources (study of literature). This papers restrain only on based descriptive analysis from data and not using statistic to analysis. The results of this research found that there are positive and negative impacts arising from the development of this tourist destination. The purpose of this study to determine the impact of the presence of Coconut Flour Industry (PT. Global Coconut) to the community in the Radey Village. This research was carried out on members of the village community Radey as respondents. Total respondents 32 people consisting of workers in the industry (25 persons), who did not work in the industry that ordinary members of community (5 persons) and community leaders (2 persons). The study lasted for 3 months from September to November 2016. The sample selection using snowballing method. Types of data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by direct interview to the respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the Village Office. The data collected concerning Identity Respondents, namely: (1) Name of Respondent, (2) age, expressed in units of years, (3) Level of education, measured by educational level already attained (elementary, junior high, high school, diploma, and University). Data regarding positive or negative impact of the presence of Industry on the community in the village of Radey regarding: (1) Income received before and after working in the company, (2) employment opportunities, (3) business opportunities. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method qualitative and quantitative modest presented in tabular form. The results of this research showed that the presence of PT Global Agro-Industry Plant in the Radey Village has gave positive and negative impacts for rural communities in the form of increases in income, employment and business opportunity, the new procurement of agricultural roads better and their support for the national celebration activities in the village. The negative impact of such a foul odor had happened only when the management of the rest of the selection in the form of broken coconut and waste production is not done well.Keywords: impact, agro-industry, community, village Radey, South Minahasa District

Sukasirna Village is one of ten villages that existed in Kecamatan Sukaluyu. The area of Kecamatan Sukaluyu  is about 48.02 km2 or 4,802 ha. In the local Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2012 about Spatial Plan Kabupaten Cianjur in 2011 – 2031 set Kecamatan Sukaluyu bas set industrial zone. The research objectives area to identify land use change and it’s impact were to the economy of community in Desa Sukasirna. Data collection techniques were primary and secondary data collection. Primary data obtained from the results of observation and dissemination of questionnaires to the communities and farmers, while the secondary data obtained from relevant institutions agencies such as BAPPEDA, Badan Pusat Statistik, and the Office of Sukasirna Village. Method used for data analysis were descriptive analysis and overlay techniques for land use map in 2006, 2011, and 2016. The reseach resultan showed there was conversion of agricultural land into industrial land use. The area of agricultural land i.e ricefield in 2006 was 81.1 percent, in 2011 was 77 percent and in 2016, the area was 66.2 percent. The Langest conversion of agricultural land into industrial land was in 2011 to 2016 with an area of 57,37. The impact on livelihoods and people's income in 2016 had a decline in the number of farmers and there was an increasing livelihood of factory employees. The growth of industry increased the income of the community in 41 percent and additional income such as trading around the industrial area. Impacts on farmers led to a decrease in land ownership of farmers with a percentage of 48 percent, as well as other impacts on the environment were water pollution and air /sound pollution with a percentage of 70 percent.   Kata Kunci : Guna Lahan, Perubahan Guna Lahan, Pemukiman, dan Pemasukan

This research aims to know the impact of zakat funds allocation to the business economy of the recipent (Mustahik) given by UPZ Unib, the progress of capital,  the progress t of omset and the progess of advantages. The data used are primary data. The method  analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis quantitative.
