- Southeast Moluccas Regency is a districts in Moluccas Province that  is  rich in marine fisheries resources, especially pelagic fish, seaweed, and demersal fish. Knowledge of information fisheries resources by fishermen and the community in general in the regions is still low, because the unavailability of easy information media  to access information about  fisheries resources in this area. The research aims to design an information system of  fisheries resources inventory to improve the performance of the Southeast Moluccas Regency Government to inform and process data on  fisheries resources. System design method uses RAD (Rapid Application Development). System design tools use UML (Unified Modeling Language), to make applications using the PHP(Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and MySQL as the database. Information System for Fisheries Resources  has been tested using the blackbox method, the results show the  system runs as expected. This system can display information on Southeast Moluccas Regency  Fisheries Resources informally to the public and  can be used as a tool for local governments to improve performance for presentation and  processing of data and information in the  marine  and fisheries sector.  Keywords: Information Systems,Inventory,  Fisheries, RAD, UML

Abstrak - Perkembangan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) yang ada di Sulawesi Utara sangat diharapkan keberadaannya dalam menciptakan dan memproduksi hasil karya suatu daerah melalui teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari UKM yang ada di Sulawesi Utara diharapkan dapat bersaing dengan produk luar dalam mempromosikan produk lokal dalam negeri. Sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah berbasis website dapat difungsikan untuk mengakses berbagai produk unggulan dengan bermacam kategori yang disediakan agar membantu anggota UKM dan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mempromosikan produk unggulan daerah. Metode rancang bangun sistem informasi produk unggulan daerah usaha kecil menengah adalah rapid application development (RAD) yang tujuan utamanya memenuhi harapan dari pengguna dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan menghasilkan kualitas sistem yang lebih baik, sedangkan objek penelitiannya dilaksanakan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.  Kata Kunci : UKM, sistem informasi, media promosi, produk unggulan daerah, website, rapid application development. Abstract - The development of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in North Sulawesi is expected to exist in creating and producing the work of an area through information technology. Therefore, the potential of SMEs in North Sulawesi is expected to be able to compete with outside products in promoting local products. With the establishment of a superior product information system in the area of website-based small and medium enterprises, it can be used to access a variety of superior products with various categories provided to help SME members and the public in finding and promoting regional superior products. PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa is a limited liability company engaged in providing satellite-based telecommunications infrastructure networks (Very Small Aperture Terminal / VSAT). In an effort to service customer VSAT network connections, PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa often gets various reports of complaints from its customers. However, the complaints report management process that has been running so far is still not effective, causing the handling of customer complaints to run slowly and require a long time. In formulating the solution to the problem, it is proposed a helpdesk trouble ticket information system to help PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing complaints reports is faster and more effective. Information systems were developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The system development model used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) by being modeled through Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. The results of this study produce a trouble ticket helpdesk information system that helps PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing customer complaints reports is faster and more effective.

In recent years, the number and scope of events in the Asia and Middle East / North Africa region has increased significantly. Events are one of the things that attracts the attention of foreign tourists to come to visit a country as a tourist destination. Refers toMinister of Tourism Regulation Number 2 Year 2017on Guidelines for Venues for Meetings, Incentive Trips, Conventions and Exhibitions, explains that criteria and indicators are needed to increase the competitiveness of venues for meetings, incentive trips, conventions and exhibitions at the regional and global levels. This is done to increase the number of visits, length of stay, and expenditures for domestic and foreign tourists. Therefore, visual indicators or data are needed that can present the location of the event and a list of events in DKI Jakarta. From these problems, this study aims to produce a web-based spatial information system for the distribution of tourism industry events to map event locations in DKI Jakarta. The methodology used in collecting this data is the method of observation, interviews, and literature studies. While the system development methodology uses PHP and MySQL with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is a tool for system description and design, as well as the Google Maps API for digital maps. The results of this study are in the form of a spatial information system that can display a map of the distribution of event locations in DKI Jakarta based on event data and event categories at the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Department. While the system development methodology uses PHP and MySQL with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is a tool for describing and designing systems, as well as the Google Maps API for digital maps. Gold Shop is a business of buying and selling gold, both in the form of jewelry and in the form of bars. Transactions carried outsell and buy gold jewelry, with different buying and selling prices. In a gold shop, to sell jewelry a clerk needs to write down the weight, and draw the model in a sales letter or memorandum. The problem that occurs is the ability to draw from employees who are not the same, some can draw jewelry similar to the original, some are unclear. Jewelry letters are also sometimes lost in the hands of customers so when selling must first ascertain whether the jewelry originates from this store. Therefore, it is necessary to make an information system to facilitate the process of buying and selling gold jewelry. The system is made based on Android because it can utilize the mobile phones of each employee. The system is made using the Rapid Application Development method, to get the final result of an android-based application. This method consists of 3 stages, namely the needs plan, the system design process, and implementation. This gold jewelry sale and purchase application consists of 2 users namely shop owners and employees. The function of the owner application is to see the number of items sold jewelry purchased, daily, weekly and monthly financial statements. The application has the advantage of updating the price of gold, both selling and buying in realtime. Using this application can speed up transactions, create reports, and reduce errors in recording transactions.

This research aimed for the inpatient medical resume  information system design completeness at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Writer did the research observation at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Method research were used qualitative methode with descriptive approach, Development methode used waterfall development method. From result of this research couducted found problems: checking process of medical resume s was not effective so that completeness system of medical resume s did not run properly, there was a the inpatient medical resume  was not complete, there was often implementation has been delayed return inpatient medical record. Therefore, the authors make the design of information system medical resume  inpatients Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method, using Hypertext Processor (PHP)as a program application and MySQL as database.The suggestions from writer is there should have been the development of medical resume  information system design completeness to ease process of the required information, having a sosialization to all health officer about filling medical resume s, need to remind to an officer of the room on must of filling medical resume s

One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas.The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.

This study aims to create a database application program that is able to process data on lecturer course activities and generate reports on the calculation of teaching fees periodically during the pandemic which requires lecturers to report lecture activities online. The system design method approach used is prototyping, namely by creating a program that most closely resembles user needs in a relatively short time. The prototype was generated using the Microsoft Access 2010 database application. The selection of microsoft access to create a prototype was based on the availability of complete facilities in Microsoft Access to design table relations, input forms, query processing, reports and the visual basic programming language for applications. Google Forms used to receive lecture data input online. The application development stages consist of design, testing and implementation stages. This application has succeeded in providing the right solution for the Padang State Polytechnic Accounting Department during the pandemic in calculating and reporting lecture activities and lecturers teaching fees.

Geographic Information Systems ( GIS abbreviated as Geographic Information System ) is a specialized information system that manages data having spatial information . Most to process data in the form of GIS data are still many who use desktop application or can only run on one computer while the more advanced development requires us to produce information more easily is to develop a GIS online ( via the Internet ) and can be accessed Anywhere You . This application is designed using DFD modeling and created using the programming language PHP with MySQL database as well as utilizing Google Map API . As well as to facilitate the collection of data by the field of local government development . Moreover , the existence of GIS aims to help local governments in the search for building plots parcels and ownership of data previously not been structured to be more structural and facilitate spatial data collection .

Lecturer's evaluation is a way to know the influence of lecturers' teaching on the students, the assessment process of the teaching preparation, the learning material, the teaching material presentation, the lecturer competence, the class management and the evaluation of the learning. in addition to the assessment of the students, the assessment of lecturers conducted study program is considered important to see the performance of lecturers. In this study build an application to evaluate or assess the performance of lecturers. In this research the method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) due to the preparation of the application only takes about 6 months and for the development of the system megunakan UML (Unified Modeling language). Application of this application there are two methods of access is through smatphone android and desktop for administrator and Study Program level.
