INTISARIWebsite UNRIYO yang  saat ini digunakan sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi baik secara internal ataupun eksternal belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi, baik pada saat perancangan, pembuatan ataupun implementasi. Evaluasi secara global  terhadap Website UNRIYO merupakan langkah awal untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi website. Banyak pendekatan yang bisa dilakukan dalam melakukan evaluasi, salah satunya adalah evaluasi usability. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan judul “Evaluasi Usability Website UNRIYO Menggunakan System Usability Scale (Studi Kasus: Website UNRIYO)” bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi usability dan mengetahui tingkat kegunaan website UNRIYO. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach sebagai alat uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuisioner, sebagai alat uji komparatif menggunakan One Way Anova.Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan 2 set kuisioner kepada dua kelompok responden. Kuisioner pertama menggunakan pernyataan asli dari metode SUS, sedangkan kuisioner kedua memberikan perlakuan pada metode SUS dengan menambah alasan yang didasarkan pada aspek usability Nielsen. Hasil uji pengguna yang diwakili oleh kedua kelompok memberikan hasil yang hampir sama, antara kelompok A dengan kelompok B. Hasil ini menggugurkan hipotesa yang dilakukan, yaitu perlakuan terhadap metode SUS akan memberikan hasil yang berbeda.Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian  ini adalah dari aspek usability, website UNRIYO masih belum dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh dua kelompok responden yang telah melakukan  uji pengguna dengan cara memberi tanggapan terhadap pernyataan yang ada di kuisioner. Kata kunci: website, usability, system usability scale, SUS.ABSTRACTUNRIYO website which in the present is used as the media of information and communication both externally and internally, has never been evaluated thoroughly, either in the planning, in the development, or in the implementation process. A global evaluation toward the UNRIYO website is a first step to decide the success of the website implementation. There are a lot of approaches that can be used to evaluate, one of them is usability evaluation. The research titled "UNRIYO website usability evaluation using System Usability Scale (A Case Study of UNRIYO website)" aims to conduct a thorough usability evaluation and to see the website's utility. This research uses Alpha Cronbach method as a tool to test the validity and the reliability of the questionnaire, which is a means to conduct a comparative test using One Way Anova.The research is conducted by giving out two sets of questionnaire to two groups of respondent. The first questionnaire uses the actual statements from the SUS method, while the second questionnaire gives a treatment toward the SUS method by adding reasons based on Nielsen's usability aspects. The user test results which are represented by  the two groups are almost the same, between the group A and the group B. This result has confounded the proposed hypothesis, that the treatment toward the SUS method will result in different outcomes.Thus, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that in terms of usability, UNRIYO website is still cannot be accepted by the users. This is shown by two groups of respondent that have done the user test by giving out responses to the questions in the questionnaire.  Keywords: website, usability, system usability scale, SUS.

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

<h4>Perceived usability affects greatly student’s learning effectiveness and overall learning experience, and thus is an important requirement of educational software. The System Usability Scale (SUS) is a well-researched and widely used questionnaire for perceived usability evaluation. However, surprisingly few studies have used SUS to evaluate the perceived usability of learning management systems (LMSs). This paper presents an empirical evaluation of the SUS questionnaire in the context of LMSs’ perceived usability evaluation. Eleven studies involving 769 students were conducted, in which participants evaluated the usability of two LMSs (eClass and Moodle) used within courses of their curriculum. It was found that the perceived usability of the evaluated LMSs is at a satisfactory level (mean SUS score 76.27). Analysis of the results also demonstrated the validity and reliability of SUS for LMSs’ evaluation, and that it remains robust even for small sample sizes. Moreover, the following SUS attributes were investigated in the context of LMSs evaluation: gender, age, prior experience with the LMS, Internet self-efficacy, attitude towards the Internet and usage frequency of the LMS.</h4>

Objective metrics, such as effectiveness and efficiency, are often considered to be the best website usability measurements. User performance metrics that can be collected remotely, such as mouse clicks and the distance the mouse has traveled show particular promise. However, no studies have demonstrated a direct relationship between subjective usability measures and these two objective user performance metrics. In this paper, thirty participants completed five different tasks of varying difficulty on a commercial website. Mouse clicks, the distance the mouse moved, success rates, and System Usability Scale (SUS) scores were collected for each task. Results showed that participants made fewer mouse clicks on tasks at which they were successful than on tasks they failed. Participants moved the mouse over twice as far on failed tasks as compared to successful tasks. The correlations between SUS scores and the two mouse-based measurements were remarkably strong.

System Usability Scale (SUS) is a usability testing technique for a simple system using a Likert scale. Testing and usability analysis assess user satisfaction with the system or web. So, the purpose of this service activity is to train website usability testing with SUS, using the Dukcapil website as a test object. Dukcapil's website will be analyzed for its usability level as a real case for direct practice. In SUS, ten statements are used as parameters in assessing the usability of a website. This activity was attended by 20 people, including Bina Darma University students, vocational students, and IT staff from the Dukcapil Palembang City. The usability analysis of this website aims to assess how well user interaction with the website is going. Then, the results of this assessment and study produce an input as a reference for website development to be more optimal in the future. In testing the usefulness of the Dukcapil website in this PKM activity, it can be seen that the SUS score is at a score of 56.125, with the category Acceptable. Therefore, it shows that the Dukcapil website is ranked F, with a "Good" rating category. The training results show that the Dukcapil website is still very rarely accessed by users. Because it provides information lacking in updates, the features used are still in the beta version (still in the testing phase). Users or participants still do not understand how to use it. In addition, this activity provides participants with an understanding of the website usability test using the SUS model.

Virtual tour yang dimiliki oleh PT. Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam sudah cukup baik dengan penggunaan foto-foto 360º yang interaktif, namun untuk membuat inovasi baru yang dapat memberikan user experience yang lebih nyata maka penelitian ini akan berfokus pada proses pengembangan virtual tour yang sudah ada sebelumnya dengan menggunakan video 360º dan ditambahkan objek interaktif. Video dinilai lebih bisa memberikan efektivitas yang lebih baik daripada foto dan juga perpaduan dari gambar yang bergerak dinilai dapat meningkatkan user experience dari pengguna virtual tour di PT. Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam. Penelitian ini akan akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Villamil-Molina yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan utama yaitu development, pre-production, production, post-production, dan delivery. Kemudian akan dilakukan analisis mengenai tingkat kegunaan (usability evaluation) dari virtual tour tersebut terhadap penggunanya untuk mengetahui apakah virtual tour tersebut dari sisi kegunaan telah memenuhi standar atau di bawah rata-rata menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan antara lain: (1) Produk yang dihasilkan adalah; virtual tour dengan pengembangan interaktivitas, penambahan lokasi, dan penambahan informasi.  (2) Berdasarkan skor System Usability Scale (SUS) yang dihasilkan menunjukkan virtual tour ini berada pada rentang “Baik” (B) dengan nilai 72,15.

Language skills in PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta children are still low. This matter is caused by less attractive and varied educational procedures and media. The use of exciting techniques such as telling is expected to improve children's language skills. This research aims: to identify the skills in telling children in improving the language skills of children PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta; to recognize the increase in language skills of children in PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta through telling. This research's procedure involves action research, which consists of 2 cycles, the first cycle of 8 actions and the second cycle of 3 steps. The study subjects were children in group B, with 16 children consisting of 5 boys and 11 girls. Methods of collecting information through observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of information analysis was tried descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. The action's success criterion is if the average class score in improving language skills reaches 75%. The research results show that: the media implementation process includes three stages, namely preparation, implementation of activities, and assessment; in Cycle I, it increased from the results of pre-action by 27% to 36%, and in Cycle II, it increased to 75%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of telling can improve PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Yogyakarta children's language skills.

In this work, the authors combine the AR and HCI techniques to develop a Markerless AR-based Hairstyle Simulation System (MARHSS). This system helps hair stylists to know well the expectation and need of customers. Before the hair cut, the customers can select their preferred hairstyles from MARHSS. Then, the system will simulate the hair style on the customer’s face through the AR-based image. After the system design, the System Usability Scale (SUS) with seventy-two participants were employed to evaluate the interface design of MARHSS. The research results showed that the system is usable; participants emotionally satisfied with the system; the system provides a good environment for hair stylists and customers to discuss the hairstyles.

Abstract – The library.umn.ac.id is the library website which is owned by the Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. The website has never been examined with usability especially its user interfaces. In conducting the evaluation, the methods of usability tests are applied that is users’ observations of the website user interface design continued by collecting and analyzing data. In addition, data is collecting by creating a questionnaire which is based on System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure users’ satisfaction when using the system. The data is analyzed by applying usability test that refers to the theory of Jacob Nielsen (2003) which is composed of five components that are learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The results of this research, some new user interfaces are recommended for enhancing the library website that has been fully the old version. As a result, the user interfaces prototype is easy to use and easy to understand based on the students’ responses compared to the old version.
