Monitoring status kesehatan bayi merupakan hal yang sangat penting khususnya pada bayi yang lahir secara prematur. Pemantauan kadar saturasi oksigen pada bayi baru lahir dapat membantu mendeteksi dini kelainan-kelainan bawaan pada bayi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan mendisain sebuah alat yang dapat  digunakan untuk melakukan pemantauan kondisi nilai Saturasi Oksigen (SpO2) beberapa pasien sekaligus secara kontinyu dengan jarak yg cukup jauh sehingga tenaga medis tidak perlu mendatangi satu persatu baby incubator secara berkala untuk melakukan pemantauan kadar nilai Saturasi Oksigen (SpO2)  pasien di dalam baby incubator. Dimana pada pembahasan penelitian kali ini akan membuat 2 modul  alat monitoring yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau 2 bayi prematur pada baby incubator secara bersamaan menggunakan 2 sensor berbeda, yaitu pada modul 1 akan menggunakan sensor Fingertip Neonatal dan pada modul 2 akan menggunakan sensor Max 30100. Alat ini akan menampilkan nilai dan sinyal saturasi oksigen (SpO2) pada sebuah PC secara bersamaan. Pemantauan pada alat ini dilakukan secara wireless menggunakan modul Bluetooth HC-05. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian dan pengukuran modul yang telah di buat, pada 5 pasien berbeda dengan menggunakan pembanding pulse oxymeter pada sensor Max 30100 didapatkan nilai selisih sebesar 1% pada masing-masing hasil pasien, pada sensor fingertip neonatal juga didapatkan nilai selisih 1% pada masing-masing pasien. Pada pengujian jarak, alat ini mampu memantau kondisi 2 pasien secara bersamaan dengan jarak maksimal 3,5 meter. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan pada sistem pemantauan pada ruang NICU untuk membantu mengurangi beban kerja tenaga medis dan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan  Rumah Sakit. The purpose of this study is to create and design a tool that can be used to monitor the condition of Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) values ​​of several patients at once continuously with a great distance so that medical staff do not need to go one by one baby incubators periodically to monitor levels Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) value of the patient in the baby incubator. Where in the discussion of this study will make 2 monitoring tool modules that can be used to monitor 2 premature babies in a baby incubator simultaneously using 2 different sensors, namely in module 1 will use the Neonatal Fingertip sensor and in module 2 will use the Max 30100 sensor. it displays the value and oxygen saturation signal (SpO2) on a PC simultaneously. Monitoring on this device is carried out wirelessly using the Bluetooth module HC-05. Based on the test results and module measurements that have been made, in 5 different patients using a pulse oxymeter comparator on the Max 30100 sensor a difference of 1% was obtained in each patient's result, in the neonatal fingertip sensor also obtained a difference of 1% in each - each patient. In distance testing, this tool is able to monitor the condition of 2 patients simultaneously with a maximum distance of 3.5 meters. The results of this study can be implemented in a monitoring system in the NICU room to help reduce the workload of medical personnel and to improve the effectiveness of hospital services.

Monitoring the baby's health status is very important, especially for babies born prematurely. Oxygen saturation levels in newborns are very important to know because when the oxygen saturation levels in newborns are low, it is necessary to watch out for hemodynamic abnormalities in the baby. Measurement of oxygen saturation levels in newborns can help detect congenital abnormalities in infants early. This study aims to design an equipment system to continuously monitor the condition of oxygen saturation in newborns. Where in this discussion a monitoring tool is used to monitor 2 premature babies in a baby incubator simultaneously using a Neonatal Fingertip sensor. The system will display the oxygen saturation (SpO2) value and signal. Monitoring on this tool is done wirelessly using the HC-05. Based on the results of tests and measurements in 5 different patients with a pulse oximeter comparison, the difference value of 1% in each patient's results was obtained. The results of this study will greatly help facilitate the work of paramedics in monitoring the vital conditions of newborn babies.

Assisted conception is becoming an increasingly more common treatment option for women and couples who experience fertility problems. Links have been made in the literature between assisted conception and a greater incidence of pregnancy or birth complications, low birth weight or premature babies, and babies with congenital abnormalities. In addition, evidence suggests that the experience of assisted conception may influence the development of early mothering relationships and impact parenting adjustment. Although this commentary article does not strategically review all available literature, it provides an overview of the health issues that women and families undergoing assisted conception have experienced or may experience. Through raising awareness and promoting discussion of these issues, practitioners will be better equipped to provide informed education and support.

Представлены результаты разработки цифрового изолятора на основе интегрального микротрансформатора в специализированном корпусе, выполненном по технологии низкотемпературной совместно обжигаемой керамики (LTCC). Согласно результатам измерений тестовых образцов максимальная скорость передачи данных разработанного цифрового изолятора - не менее 30 Мбит/с. The paper presents the results of the development of a digital insulator based on an integral microtransformer in a specialized package made in technology of low-temperature co-fired ceramics. The isolator is a microassembly consisting of a transceiver chip and an integrated transformer. According to the test results, the maximum data rate speed of the developed digital insulator is not less than 30 Mbit/s.

The Covid-19 outbreak has psychological impacts on frontline medical personnel at risk of infection. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of online affirmations and peer support on medical personnel stress level in dealing with Covid-19 patients, as well as social support and spiritual intelligence's influence. It was a quasi-experiment with pre- and post-test administered to 25 and 30 medical personnel as the intervention and control groups, respectively. The intervention was carried out on WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. The stress level pair T-test results showed p = 0.000 in the intervention group and p = 0.238 in the control, while the independent T-test results showed p = 0.009. Social support did not affect medical personnel’s stress (p=0.978), but the effect of spiritual intelligence was significant (p=0.000). According to the results of multiple regression test conducted using the Enter method, the coefficient value (R2) = 0.584. This intervention was effective in helping medical personnel to manage stress. Hence, hospital managers need to carry out stress management training to maintain medical personnel’s mental health.

Abstract The aim of this research was applied a microcontroller, temperature sensor, weight sensor, heart rate sensor and GSM module to monitoring and notification of the condition of premature babies in portable incubators. The hardware used consists of a DS18B20 sensor, Load Cell, Pulse Heart Rate Sensor, Buzzer, LCD and SIM800L Module. The results showed the Pulse sensor and DS18B20 sensor could measure and detect the baby’s heart rate and baby temperature. The result was on the LCD with an average error of 4.354% for heartrate and 1.437% for temperature. The loadcell sensor can detect weight with an error of 2.16%. The duration of sending SMS to Smartphone is 8s for each delivery. SMS was sent if the baby weak and critical condition.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah rubrik penskoran pada asesmen otentikuntuk materi volume dan luas balok yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dan siswa. Rubrik ini dibuat sesuai dengan standar penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013. Penelitian pengembangan (R&D) ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data awal, perencanaan, pengembangan format produk, uji coba skala kecil, revisi akhir dan penyempurnaan produk. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini berupa rubrik penyekoran holistik dan analitik dengan nilai sangat valid sebesar 94%. Analisis dari penelitian ini adalah angket kebutuhan bagi guru dan siswa sedangkan uji coba dilakukan melalui perorangan, kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar. Sedangkan kelayakan rubrik penskoran dari penilaian oleh ahli dengan menggunakan angket uji validitas materi, hasil belajar siswa, respon siswa serta tanggapan guru pengajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rubrik penskoran ini efektif dalam membantu memperbaiki hasil ulangan dan cukup praktis serta dapat dipergunakan untuk memberikan penilaian hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Kata kunci: rubrik, penskoran, asesmen otentik.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this development research is to produce a scoring rubric on an authenticity assessment for the volume and area materials that can be used by teachers and students. The rubric is made in based on the assessment standards in the 2013 curriculum. This development research (R&D) uses the Borg and Gall model consisting of five stages of preliminary data research and collection, planning, product format development, small-scale trials, final revisions and product enhancements. The results of this development research include holistic and analytic scoring rubric with a very valid score of 94%. The rubric is analyzed fromquestionnaire for teachers and students, while trials are conducted through individuals, small groups and large groups. The feasibility of the scoring rubric from assessment by members by using the material validity test questionnaire, student learning results, student response and teacher responses. The results of this study show that the scoring rubric is effective in helping to improve the test results and is practical and can be used to provide assessment of learning outcomes in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The paper presents test results concerning the service life of fillet welds made in steel S355. In addition, the article discusses the initiation and growth of fatigue cracks in specimens subjected to bending with torsion. The tests were performed in relation to constant stress ratio R = -1 and 0. The results presented in the article take into account the effect of the technological treatment on the service life of the specimens. The tests revealed longer service life of the specimens not subjected to the technological treatment, both when R = -1 and 0.

This study aims to determine the effect of variable packaging and durability on consumer ethnocentrism in Batam, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is due to the rise of types of snack products made in Malaysia circulating in every type of retail in Batam, and very well-selling. This research will be analyzed quantitatively with a research tool using a questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire will be processed with the help of SPSS statistical software. As for what will be tested is the multiple regression test. Regression test results showed that the packaging had no effect on consumer ethnocentrism in Batam. While the durability variable shows a significant influence on consumer ethnocentrism. Simultaneously the F test shows that both packaging and durability affect ethnocentrism. While the determination coefficient test results indicate that the determination test output for the R Square value of 0.817 means that the magnitude of the contribution or contribution of the X1 and X2 variables of 82% to the Y variable and the rest of 18% is the influence of other variables not mentioned in this study.   Keywords: Packeging, Durability, Etnosentrisme, Snack

Objective - The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that influence the decision of West Kalimantan citizens to use hospital services in Sarawak Malaysia, which includes: quality of service with dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, word of mouth, cultural homogeneity, price value, and location. Methodology/Technique - This study is a causality research with the population of respondents who have used hospital services in Sarawak Malaysia. The sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method and snowball sampling, and the number of samples used is 150 people. The data is analyzed using multiple regressions. Findings - The results of the F significance test is 0.000 and the adjusted test results show R2 = 0.678. The t test results show that tangibles, reliability, assurance, word of mouth, cultural homogeneity, price value, and location have a significant effect on decisions, while responsiveness and empathy have no significant effect. Novelty - Price value has the most significant influence on the decision to use hospitals in Sarawak, Malaysia.
