The Covid-19 outbreak has psychological impacts on frontline medical personnel at risk of infection. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of online affirmations and peer support on medical personnel stress level in dealing with Covid-19 patients, as well as social support and spiritual intelligence's influence. It was a quasi-experiment with pre- and post-test administered to 25 and 30 medical personnel as the intervention and control groups, respectively. The intervention was carried out on WhatsApp group for 4 weeks. The stress level pair T-test results showed p = 0.000 in the intervention group and p = 0.238 in the control, while the independent T-test results showed p = 0.009. Social support did not affect medical personnel’s stress (p=0.978), but the effect of spiritual intelligence was significant (p=0.000). According to the results of multiple regression test conducted using the Enter method, the coefficient value (R2) = 0.584. This intervention was effective in helping medical personnel to manage stress. Hence, hospital managers need to carry out stress management training to maintain medical personnel’s mental health.

The purpose of this study was to see what level of stress the work of members of the Padang City BASARNAS before being given training, and after being given stress management training. Furthermore, the research also highlighted the influence of stress management training in reducing work stress on members of the Padang City BASARNAS. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of experimental design with the technique of T-test test analysis with paired sample T-test that is processed with SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The independent variables in this study were stress management training and work stress dependent variables. The population of this study are members of the Padang City BASARNAS. Using purposive sampling while the data collection techniques in this study use psychological measuring instruments in the form of scales, the scale of work stress totaling 24 items. The results showed that before being given stress management training 4 members of the Padang City BASARNAS had a high stress level category, and 4 people in the moderate category. After being given stress management training the stress level of BASARNAS members in Padang decreased by 5 people in the medium category, and 3 people in the low category. Effective stress management training reduces work stress on members of the Padang City BASARNAS as evidenced by the significant index results of 0,000 (<0.050). Similar training in areas of work with the potential for high levels of work stress is recommended to be carried out so that employee performance can be optimized due to efforts to manage employee stress. Introduction: Stress among teachers has a significant relationship with the psychosomatic and depressive symptoms. Community nurses need to make efforts in preventing the adverse effects of stress on teachers. Progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy is an alternative intervention which can be practiced to reduce the level of stress among teachers. This study aimed to investigate the effects of progressive muscle relaxation which was combined with music and aromatherapy on decreasing the level of stress in teachers.Methods:This study employed a pre-post test quasi-experimental design with a control group. The samples were 46 teachers recruited by purposive sampling and were assigned to the intervention group (n=23) and the control group (n=23). The intervention of progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy was given to the intervention group for four sessions in four days; each session lasted for 20 minutes. The data were analyzed using the t-test to know the effects of the intervention on decreasing the stress level.Results:The results showed that the average level of stress of the teachers in the intervention group decreased from 50.65 ± 3.761 to 32.78 ± 8.426 after the intervention. Meanwhile, in the control group, the average stress level slightly decreased from 49.87 ± 3.348 to 49.17 ± 4.868. The result of the t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.,05), indicating that there were significant differences in the stress levels between the intervention and the control group.Conclusion:Progressive muscle relaxation with music and aromatherapy could reduce the level of stress in school teachers. Based on the findings, it is recommended that the school teachers perform this relaxation therapy to decrease the stress level. The teachers could practice the therapy by the help of training from the community nurses.

Abstrak Latar belakang:Di Indonesia dalam Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2013 proporsi persalinan dengan bedah sesar menunjukkan sebesar 9,8% Provinsi Jawa Tengah sendiri untuk metode persalinan Caesar sebesar 10%. Bedah caesar merupakan bedah yang bukan tanpa resiko, risiko dari bedah Caesar ini merupakan potensi stressor yang dapat menyebabkan pasien operasi SC mengalami kecemasan.  Dunia kesehatan Islam, memasukkan dzikir sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi kecemasan. Tujuan: mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi dzikir terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien post SC. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experiment dengan desain pre-post test design with control group. Sampel sebanyak 24 orang yang diambil secara sampel jenuh. Statistik yang digunakan adalah paired t test, wilcoxon test dan independent t test. Hasil uji Paired t Test diperoleh ada perbedaan (perubahan) tingkat kecemasan pasien post SC sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi dzikir pada kelompok intervensi nilai p = 0,000 > α = 0,05, terjadi penurunan rata-rata sebesar 9,917.  Hasil uji Wilcoxon diperoleh tidak ada perbedaan (perubahan) tingkat kecemasan pasien post SC sebelum dan sesudah diberikan komunikasi terapeutik pada kelompok kontrol nilai p = 0,636 > α = 0,05, penurunan yang terjadi yaitu hanya 0,83. Hasil uji Independent t Test diperoleh tidak ada perbedaan (perubahan) tingkat kecemasan pasien post SC sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p = 0,211 > α = 0,05. Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh pemberian terapi dzikir terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pasien post operasi SC Kata kunci      : Kecemasan, Post SC, Dzikir AbstractBackground: In Indonesia in 2013 Basic Health Research the proportion of deliveries with cesarean section showed 9.8% of Central Java Province alone for the method of caesarean delivery by 10%. Caesarean section is a surgery that is not without risk, the risk of a C-section is a potential stressor that can cause SC surgery patients to experience anxiety. The world of Islamic health, incorporating dzikir as an effort to overcome anxiety. Objective: to determine the effect of dzikir therapy on reducing anxiety levels in post SC patients. Method: This study uses a quasy experiment with a pre-post test design with control group design. A sample of 24 people were taken in a saturated sample. The statistics used were paired t test, Wilcoxon test and independent t test. Results: Paired t Test results obtained there were differences (changes) in the anxiety level of post SC patients before and after given dzikir therapy in the intervention group the value of p = 0,000> α = 0.05, there was an average decrease of 9,917. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained no difference (change) in the anxiety level of post SC patients before and after therapeutic communication in the control group p = 0.636> α = 0.05, the decrease that occurred was only 0.83. The results of the Independent t Test obtained no difference (change) in the anxiety level of post SC patients before and after treatment in the intervention group and the control group with a value of p = 0.211> α = 0.05. The use of videos in education makes it possible to overcome practical real-world constraints and explore far greater possibilities provided by digital spaces, especially for the video uploaded in online platform such as blog. This study examines whether online video blog as media have a significant effect on students’ achievement of passive voice. It used pre-experimental (one group pre-test and post-test) design. The samples of this study were 10 students at 4J Operation. A pre-test and post-test were conducted by using multiple choice questions as the instruments. Data analysis was through paired-sample t-test. Results showed that there was an increase in mean score of pre-test (49,1) and post-test (63,5). Data from Paired Sample t-test showed that Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 which was smaller than .05 which means that there was significance difference in mean score after employing treatment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan dan power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. Kata Kunci : kelincahan, daya ledak, three corner drill The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of three corner drill training toward the increased agility and power muscle of legs. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. Self-Care Options for Resilient Educators (SCORE) is an 8-week, asynchronous virtual training program that teaches stress management skills relevant to educators’ job-related responsibilities and interpersonal interactions. From January-April 2020, 28 pre-service teachers participated in a quasi-experimental study of SCORE’s feasibility and preliminary efficacy. Volunteers chose to either complete SCORE concurrent with their teaching internship or to complete the same assessments for comparison purposes. Recruitment and implementation took place prior to COVID-19 disruptions. Then, six weeks into SCORE, the participants encountered unanticipated school closures and uncertainties associated with their internships (e.g., Would they be able to complete their internships and degree programs? Would they be eligible to teach the next school year?). Despite disruptions to their teaching internships, the remote format of SCORE allowed the study to continue and for participants to complete the full training. Pre-intervention to post-intervention changes in outcomes for the intervention group reflected large effect sizes for decreases in burnout and increases in teacher efficacy. There were medium effects for increased self-compassion and small-to-medium effects for increased cognitive reappraisal. However, pre-to-post intervention differences for the comparison group were relatively unchanged on most indicators. Results for secondary traumatic stress was remarkable, as the comparison group demonstrated a medium-to-large effect for an increase at post-intervention. This measure, however, revealed no effect in change for program participants. This finding is noteworthy and suggests that participation in SCORE or a similar program may help mitigate the potentially harmful effects of exposure to secondary trauma. Overall, this study’s results support arguments for including stress management training during pre-service teaching internships.

Backgrounds: Intellectual Disability students must be able to master the practice of personal hygiene during menstruation skills. However, to teach this skill to them is not easy. They need certain methods to learn these skills to get effective results. Video-Based Instruction is one method to teach these skills. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Video-Based Instruction on the practice of personal hygiene during menstruation on Intellectual Disability students. Methods: This is quantitative research with pre-experimental type and one group pretest-posttest design. The data collection tool is a "personal hygiene" questionnaire. The data analysis method uses a paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS version 25. This research conducted at SLB Negeri 3 Central Jakarta with a total sample is 20 respondents selected by the purposive sampling technique. Results: Most respondents were 14 years old (20%), 7th grade (30%), get menarche at 12 and 13 years (25%). The mean score for the practice of personal hygiene during menstruation pre-test is 41.30 and post-test is 53.20. Paired sample t-test results showed that sig. (2-tailed) <0.001. Conclusion: The results showed that it received Ha, which means that there is an effect of Video-Based Instruction on the practice of personal hygiene during menstruation on Intellectual Disabilities students. The results also showed that there are mean score differences of the pre-test and post-test results, which is an increase in the mean score of the post-test results by 11,90.

<p>Merapi eruption in 2010 in Yogyakarta caused people losing their homes and triggering traumatic effect. Elderly is one of victims that vulnerable to psychological problem. The common psychological late respons due to disaster is insomnia. The impacts of insomnia are decrease the level of immunity, increase mortality and decrease quality of life, thus it needs to be solved. One of the solution is by listening murotal Al-Qur’an that will give relaxation effect. The study was aimed to know the effectiveness of listening murotal Al-Qur’an to the changing of elderly insomnia level in shelter Dongkelsari, Sleman, Yogyakarta.The design of study was a quasy experimental pre post test with control group. Technique of taking sample was probability sampling and it was found that there were 37 elderly who live in shelter Dongkelsari Sleman Yogyakarta that fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Research instrument which was used to measure insomnia level is KSPBJ questionnaire rating scale and to listen for murotal Al-Qur’an (Ar-Rahmaan) was used laptop and speaker. The duration of listening murotal Al-Qur’an was 8 days with 12 minutes for each day. Data analysis was used paired samples t test and independent samples t test. The level of insomnia for control group pre test and post test is in moderate insomnia by the mean ± SD each of them is 9.3 ± 3.7 and 10.3 ± 3.4 (p&gt;0.05) and for intervention group there was a changing from moderate insomnia to mild insomnia by the mean ± SD each of them is 10.9 ± 3.6 and 8.2 ± 4.2 (p&lt;0.05). There was a significant differences between the intervention group and control group by the mean ± SD each of them is -2.8 ± 3.0 and 0.9 ± 3.5 (p&lt;0.05). In conclusion, listening murotal Al-Qur’an was effective to reduce elderly insomnia level in shelter Dongkelsari Sleman Yogyakarta.</p>

From the first forty cases of working stress on workers, work stress incidence on nurses is located at the top of the list. The suitable handling and management for nurses are crucially required. Working stress management is a program to help someone overcome stress. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of stress management and physical activity towards working stress on nurses in TK II Putri Hijau Hospital. This research is using a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research consists of 152 people and all of them are being examined using stress questionnaires to earn the stress level. Nurses who have medium stress level are chosen to be the samples of this research, which consist of 42 nurses that are being divided into 2 groups with 21 people in each group. Therefore, 21 people obtain stress management training treatment, and the other 21 people receive physical activity treatment. In this research, the Stress Scale (PSS-10) which is a self-report questionnaire is being used. Moreover, the data is processed using parametric analysis, which is Wilcoxon. Based on the research, it is found that stress management training and physical activity has a significant effect on the reduction of nurses working stress in TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan.

Adolescent period is a critical period that requires quality health services. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of health education through booklet media on the knowledge and attitude towards reproductive health among adolescents. This was a quasi-experimental case control study with nonequivalent two group design conducted on 282 students of SMP Negeri 37, a public junior high school, in the work area of Ibrahim Adjie Public Health Center in Bandung city during December 2018–May 2019. Subjects were divided into two groups, intervention and control groups, with 141 subjects in each group. Data collected were tested for normality and homogeneity using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Levene tests, respectively, followed by a bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test to determine the difference. Knowledge of all students in both groups was poor during pre-test with an increase found in 135 subjects (95.7%) in the intervention group (p=0.001) and 63 subjects (44.7%) in the control group (p=0.003) based on the post-test results. Negative attitude was also seen in both groups during pre-test, with a shift towards positive attitude was evident in 134 students (95.0%) in the intervention group (p=0.001) and 117 students (83.0%) in the control group (p=0.002) based on post-test results. This presence that health information conveyed through booklet has a probability of giving 0.995 times stronger influence leaflet. Thus, the use of booklet can improve knowledge and attitude towards adolescent reproductive health. PENGARUH BOOKLET MEDIA PROMOSI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA YANG BERTEMPAT TINGGAL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS IBRAHIM ADJIE TAHUN 2018Masa remaja merupakan masa kritis yang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-experimental case control dengan rancangan nonequivalent two group yang dilaksanakan terhadap 282 siswa/i SMP Negeri 37 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Kota Bandung selama Desember 2018–Mei 2019. Subjek dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan 141 subjek di setiap kelompok. Data yang terkumpul diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya masing-masing menggunakan Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan Levene, dilanjutkan dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perbedaannya. Pengetahuan semua siswa pada kedua kelompok kurang saat pre-test dengan peningkatan pengetahuan 135 subjek (95,7%) pada kelompok intervensi (p=0,001) dan 63 subjek (44,7%) pada kelompok kontrol (p=0,003) berdasar atas hasil post-test. Sikap negatif juga terlihat pada kedua kelompok selama pre-test dengan pergeseran ke arah sikap positif 134 siswa (95,0%) pada kelompok intervensi (p=0,001) dan 117 siswa (83,0%) pada kelompok kontrol (p=0,002) berdasar atas hasil post-test. Informasi kesehatan yang disampaikan melalui media booklet ini berpeluang memberikan pengaruh 0,995 kali lebih kuat daripada media leaflet. Dengan demikian, penggunaan booklet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Simpulan, terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui media booklet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi.
