Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the level and the effect of digital engagement and gamification on work engagement of employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang. Research methodology: This research used descriptive, comparative and associative methods. It used primary data through the questionnaire distribution with 401 respondents of employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang. This study used multiple regression techniques as the data analysis technique. Results: The results of the study indicate that digital engagement has no influence on work engagement, but gamification influences work engagement. Limitations: This research only assessed digital engagement, gamification and work engagement variables, and only employees who work in Jakarta and Tangerang, and there was limited clear literacy of gamification and digital engagement. Contribution: This study shows the level of work engagement, digital engagement and gamification and how digital engagement and gamification affect work engagement. Employers can use this research as consideration to improve their employees work engagement by implementing the concept of gamification and noticing their employee’s level of digital engagement. <em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Iyan Ayuba, 2018 the effect of knowledge and attributes of products to customer friendly shopping at pt. hasjrat abadi cabang limboto.            The purpose of this study was to determine how attributes influence consumer knowledge of the product and purchase intentions in PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto and the population in this study are all consumers who never make purchases at PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative image and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. This research was conducted at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung. The number of samples was set at 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that part of the image of the cooperative has a positive and significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on savings customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung, and the image of the cooperative and quality Simultaneous service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Amertha Dana Lestari Cooperative in Badung.

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. Morale for employees has a big impact on company productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar. The number of samples was set at 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is that the management of BPR Angsa Sedanayoga pays more attention to employee morale in terms of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture.
