Abstract The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The design of this research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 147 respondents, the employees of the State Gas Company located in Jakarta. Stratified Sampling Sample was used and data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The method used to analyze data were Descriptive Statistic Method and Multiple Regression. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that there was a positive relationship between organizational commitment and transformational leadership, as well as a positive relationship between transformational lead­ership and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction (JS) on the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style (TLS) and Job Redesign (JR) on Organizational Commitment (OC). The method used is quantitative descriptive by using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires which were distributed to millennial employees who work at CV. Cahaya Metalindo. The sample of this research is 41 respondents of millennial employees. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that JR had no effect on JS and OC. This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The leadership and motivation styleis an essential factor in supporting the performance of nurses. The study was undertaken to determine the correlation between the leadership style to the job satisfaction, and organizational commitment among the head nurses and staff nurses from the government and private hospitals in Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The study used descriptive corelational design. The samples were limited, involving 289 respondents from dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Hospital, Serang (18 head nurses and 183 staff nurses) and Sari Asih Hospital, Serang (6 head nurses and 82 staff nurses). The study found a low positive relationship of the head nurses' transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style against the staff nurses' job satisfaction, r-coefficients of 0.370 and 0.485, respectively. Also, a moderate positive correlation was found on transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style of the head nurses against the organizational commitment of the staff nurses, rcoefficient of 0.606 and 0.609, respectively. It suggested that the staff nurses should be more responsive to the duty inseparable from the rights and obligations as an employee while the head nurse needs to pay attention to physical readiness, mental and psychological of subordinates.

This research aims to determine how the influence of, transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction,both of transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation to job satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research, research variables are transformational leadership style (X1), extrinsic motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). The population in this research were all permanent employees from PT. Andi Dwi Haryanto Tunas Merapi Wonogiri totaling 41 people and also used as theresearch sample. Data sources used in this research are primary data. Data collection methods in this researchwere using form of questionnaires. Using multiple regression analysis techniques. Which is supported by hypothesis testing, F test and by passing the classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.Based on the results of the research there is a significant positive effect between transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. In this research, transformational leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y). And extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership style , extrinsic motivation , job satisfaction

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

An organization can achieve its objectives in accordance with what has been planned if there is coordination from various parties within the organization, one of which there is an organizational committee that is built individually in it. Based on this the researcher wants to find out whether there is an influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The location of this research is State Vocational School in Rejang Lebong Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the transformational leadership of school principals and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of vocational school teachers in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research is expected to be useful for principals and teachers in order to know the critical determinants of the success of the principal's transformational leadership style and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This method explains the results of calculations with regression techniques as an analysis tool. The population in this study was 106 teachers with a sample of 84. School and Job Satisfaction affect the Commitment of the Organization of Teachers of State Vocational Schools Rejang Lebong with a coefficient value of 0.706 and an effect of 0.498 or 49.8% in the form of positive linear. Based on the results of the study, suggestions are given to teachers to increase organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, as well as the role of job satisfaction in mediating transformational leadership on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency . The number of samples taken was 63 goverment employees. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. based on the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction can mediate transformational leadership towards organizational commitment. Suggestions that can be given to the Agency of Bali's provincial Revenue Agency to apply transformational leadership style well to be able to increase employee job satisfaction. For further research it is recommended to use other variables that can be mediated between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.   Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership styles on organizational commitment to student regiments. This study used a quantitative approach to the method of multiple regression and sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that based on hypothesis testing using multiple regression, R square values (R2) of all research variables tested were 0.410 or 41.0% with a significant value of 0,000 or p 0.05 while F calculated was 7,422 from F table 4.4. This showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture and transfomational leadership style so that the higher the awareness of members of the organizational culture and transformational leadership style that was applied, would increase commitment to the organization. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi pada resimen mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode multipel regression dan pengambilan sampel mengunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan multipel regression, didapatkan nilai R square (R2) dari semua variabel penelitian yang diujikan yaitu 0,410 atau 41,0% dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 atau p0,05 sementara F hitung didapat sebesar 7.422dari F tabel 4.4. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transfomasional sehingga semakin tinggi kesadaran anggota terhadap budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan maka akan meningkatkan komitmen terhadap organisasi.

This study aimed to identify whether transformational leadership and organizational culture could be an appropriate basis for increasing organizational commitment through job satisfaction. This study was conducted through a survey of 320 employees in the mining industry in Jakarta, Indonesia by distributing questionnaires. The structural Equation Model is used to analyze data. The results indicate that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction, between organizational culture and job satisfaction, between organizational culture and organizational commitment, between organizational commitment and transformational leadership, and also between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the mining industry employees. This study is expected to be a reference for further research on the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment through job satisfaction and can provide information for consideration in implementing effective human resource management.
