The long-term use of sensors while guaranteeing good performance is a major challenge for sensor networks. To address this issue, it’s important to have a good resources management policy. So it is necessary to find the main factors which affected the behaviour of each sensors inside the networks to. In this paper we proposed an enhanced analytical model of CSMA/CA 802.15.4 standard and we study the performance of the proposed model under the MAC parameters and the density of network to find the keys parameters that impacted the quality of services (QoS) of the network.

Aims: This article aims to analyze the main factors that influence the performance of the governance of Producers' Organizations in the context of the Uniform Act of OHADA devoted to the Law on cooperative societies. Study Design: The case study is based on Village Cotton Producers Cooperatives (CVPCs). Governance performance of CVPCs referred to and has been measured through respectively quality of internal governance (administrative) and quality of services provided to members. Place and Duration of Study: The study has been carried out in the Department of Alibori, northern Benin Republic. Data collection period run from July to October 2019. Methodology: We included 242 CVPCs selected in the six municipalities in the Department of Alibori. Primary data relating to socio-economic characteristics (the size of the CVPC, the age, the proportion of women in group, profile of leaders), and governance parameters related to internal governance and the quality of services provided to members. Results: The results revealed that internal governance is generally poor and the quality of services provided to members is good. The proportion of women and the profile of leaders determine (bad) internal governance compared to good governance. The low profile of the leaders, the small size and the low proportion of women determine the quality of the services provided to members. The more the profile of leaders improves, the more likely it is to have good governance. On the other hand, the more the proportion of women in CVPCs increases, the more there is a chance of having bad internal governance rather than good governance. Conclusion: These results suggest that the lower or medium the profile of leaders, the poorer or average internal governance and services provided to members will be. A better combination of all these determinants will improve both the quality of internal governance and the services provided to members in a CVPC.

After-sales services are based on consumer needs, desires and requests. By paying attention to the quality of services provided to consumers, it is expected that companies can provide value, satisfaction, and quality that is in accordance with what consumers want. Thus companies can create long-term relationships with consumers or create customer loyalty.The results of the study concluded that the quality of after-sales service has an effect on customer loyalty on the Soekarno Hatta Bandung Auto 2000 with a linear regression equation Y = -3,051 + 0,735 X which means that every increase in the quality of after-sales service value will increase customer loyalty by 0,736 units. The correlation coefficient (r) = 0.952 means that there is a very strong (positive) relationship between the quality of after-sales service and customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (Kd) = 90.7% means that the quality of after-sales service affects customer loyalty by 90.7%. The value of tcount (16,482)> t table (2,048) states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the quality of after-sales service has an effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract In this paper, we are interested in the problem of radio resources management in order to optimize energy consumption in a D2D communication. This aims being able to meet the needs of all users and therefore the establishment a Quality of Services (QoS). We will propose an approach whose objective is to manage not only overcoming interference situations in order to guarantee QoS but also optimizing the energy consumption of various devices in the D2D communication.

Customer Loyalty indirectly help companies to promote products or services to the people closest to them. This is will be greatly help the company to get new customers. To increase Customer Loyalty, the company is expected to improve the quality of services provided. Quality is closely related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Engagement, quality encourages customers to establish long-term bonds of mutual benefit in the company and Customer Engagement can increase Customer Loyalty because of the high level of Customer Engagement is the result of Customer Satisfaction of the product or service provided by the company.

The article is aimed at examining the peculiarities of implementation of public-private partnership concession projects in various sectors of the economy in both Ukraine and the world. The main approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of «concession» are considered and its characteristic features are defined. The procedure of operation of the concession mechanism is disclosed. Risks of public-private partnership participants in the process of implementation of concession projects in Ukraine are determined. The need to provide the State support to stimulate the participation of a private partner in long-term projects is substantiated. It is specified that such support should be provided in order to implement the most necessary public-private partnership projects to significantly improve the living conditions of the population in a particular region. It is determined that, unlike Ukraine, the concession mechanism is actively used in various sectors of the world economy, in particular, successfully implemented projects in the transport sector (roads, railways, ports, airports, pipeline transport), housing and communal services (water supply, water purification, electricity supply). At that, the transport industry dominates, while heat supply and waste treatment are the least popular. Prospects for further research in this direction are the search for ways to improve the domestic concession mechanism in the process of implementing public-private partnership projects, taking into account the best achievements of world experience. This will allow to attract financial resources of business in various forms of cooperation in terms of public-private partnerships, and, consequently, to improve the quality of services provided to the population.

Security personnel are one of the air personnel who are responsible for the security in the flight activities. The quality of the security personnel’s performance certainly affects the quality of the security in the airports. Hang Nadim Airport Batam is one of the airports located in Indonesian borderlines. This condition encourages the airport authorities to improve the quality of the security personnel’s performance. This study is aimed at recognizing the factors that affect the security personnel’s performance in Hang Nadim Airport. The formed factors can be used as reference in creating policies to improve the security personnel’s performance. The method used in this study is factor analysis. This study uses security personnel’s perception data on factors that affect the employees’ performance in general. Based on the result of the study, there are 5 (five) main factors that affect the security personnel’s performance as follows: (1) management policy in protecting the security personnel; (2) cooperation and solidarity within the security personnel; (3) education, income and reward; (4) work regulations and disciplinary sanctions; (5) job difficulty level.Personel keamanan merupakan salah satu personel penerbangan yang bertugas untuk melakukan pengamanan dalam aktifitas penerbangan. Kualitas kinerja personel keamanan tentu mempengaruhi kualitas keamanan di bandar udara. Bandara Hang Nadim Batam merupakan salah satu bandara yang berada di perbatasan Negara Indonesia. Hal ini memacu pengelola bandar udara untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja personel keamanan yang baik. Pengkajian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja personel keamanan di Bandara Hang Nadim. Faktor-faktor yang terbentuk dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam merumuskan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja personel keamanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengkajian adalah analisis faktor. Pengkajian ini menggunakan data persepsi personel keamanan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara umum. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, ada 5 faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja personel keamanan yaitu : (1) kebijakan pimpinan dalam mengayomi personel keamanan, (2) kerjasama dan kekompakan antar personel keamanan, (3) pendidikan, penghasilan dan penghargaan, (4) peraturan kerja atau sanksi disiplin, dan (5) tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan.

An overview of domestic and foreign literature shows that the concept of quality of services at higher education institutions (HEIs) is the focus. Quality of service is one of the main factors of competitive advantage. Perceived quality of services in HEIs can be defined as the difference between what students expect to receive and their perceptions of what they really get. If HEIs get acquainted with students' expectations, they will have the opportunity to adjust their behavior to what is expected of them, and thus to positively influence on the students' perceived quality of services. Globalization has created a more competitive environment and opened market for HEIs. It affected on ensuring high quality in HEIs. The quality of HEIs is of key importance for a society because the students, employers, and society have the benefits of it, and quality education contributes to economic development of the country.
