At present, the global COVID-19 epidemic has not slowed down. To reduce the contact between people during the epidemic and prevent the epidemic from expanding, we have developed a robot to assist medical staff in patient guidance and communication services. The robot can provide an emergency contact so that users can immediately contact the counter for help. The user does not have face-face contact with the medical staff. When the robot encounters obstacles in the path of travel, the detected event and the time of occurrence are sent back to the back-end system. It also provides security personnel with real-time images and robot control rights to understand the situation and deal with it in real-time.

By introducing detailed regulations concerning the requirements to be met by a candidate for security personnel, the legislator determined the specificity of employment for this group of professionals. The basic and fundamental question in terms of rules of employment is whether access to this profession should be regulated, or whether deregulation would be the right solution? The Polish legislator decided on partial deregulation in terms of the aforementioned group of employees. This deregulation manifests itself in the fact that a person performing tasks and duties of a security guard is not required to possess a licence for that kind of professional activities, while maintaining the qualification requirements neccesary of certain activities named by the legislator. It appears that the main reason for limited deregulation was a desire to maintain the prestige of the profession, which could have been enhanced by provisions introducing the requirement to hold a license. However, it should be emphasized that another reason for restricting access to the profession is a matter of security. The dualism of regulations in this respect, however

This study aimed at identifying the legal nature of the activities of the employees of the Public Security Agency, as it is one of the official state departments in spreading security and maintaining public order, and reviewing the role of the public security personnel in administrative control, judicial seizure, preliminary investigation, dealing with juvenile cases, and investigation of new crimes such as human trafficking and electronic crimes. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used in addition to the legal method, as they are among the most appropriate scientific research methods for the purposes of this study. The study revealed a number of results, including that the Public Security Agency is an armed statutory body that the state bears the responsibility for establishing, organizing, spending on it and providing it with what is necessary to carry out its duties of maintaining security and order. To achieve this, the Public Security Agency follows a comprehensive security strategy whose dimensions are the preventive dimension, the social dimension, the human dimension, the ethical dimension, and the civilization dimension to achieve a set of goals. The study also revealed that one of the most important duties entrusted to the Jordanian public security personnel is consistent with the axes of the public security strategy, including the duties of the main force, administrative control, judicial control, and the original powers of public security personnel for the initial investigation, dealing with juvenile delinquent cases, and the initial investigation of crimes. New developments, such as human trafficking crimes, combating electronic crimes, and protecting intellectual property. In light of the results, a set of recommendations were set, including an emphasis on spreading legal awareness among public security personnel with regard to disciplinary responsibility, criminal responsibility, civil liability, the responsibility of the administrative apparatus entrusted to them during the performance of their duty, and the need to spread awareness among citizens and policemen as far as possible. Whether the role of the Public Security Agency is not limited to security performance, but also to provide service to citizens and society, and then the public interest requires concerted efforts from both parties together to achieve this interest.

Significance Andika is the son-in-law of AM Hendropriyono, a retired general and former head of the State Intelligence Agency who is an influential adviser to Jokowi. Andika's appointment will run to December 2022, when he will reach the mandatory retirement age of 58. Impacts Deployment of security personnel to Papua will increase. Jokowi will continue to rely heavily on Hendropriyono’s advice. As with Andika’s appointment, political calculations will be key in Jokowi’s next pick as TNI chief.

Significance Further deployments of security personnel to the main conflict hotspots are likely as the administration seeks to gain a symbolic advantage over major bandit groups ahead of an election year. Meanwhile, budget revenues may fall short of projections and the slow pace of structural reforms will be compounded by political manoeuvring in advance of the 2023 elections. All of this will make it difficult for the Buhari administration to cement a reform legacy in its final full year in office.

Background: Vaccination is a cost-effective public health intervention to prevent and or contain the spread of communicable diseases such as COVID-19. The level of uptake of vaccines across selected population such as security personnel is strategic towards attaining herd immunity. This study assessed the level of uptake of COVID-19 vaccination among security personnel in Edo State, Nigeria to aid planning for improved vaccine roll out among target population. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted to obtain quantitative data from 482 security personnel from selected Security Agencies in Benin City between 1st February 2021 and 31st May 2021. Data collected were analysed using IBM SPSS version 20.0 statistical software with statistical significance set at p ˂ 0.050 and 95% Confidence Interval. Results: The mean age of respondents was 41.5 (± 7.2) years. Three hundred and forty-four (71.4%) had positive attitude towards COVID 19 preventive measures. Furthermore, 242 (50.2%) had been vaccinated against Covid-19 respectively. The category of security agency was a significant determinant of COVID-19 vaccination with the odds of being vaccinated being higher among police officers (OR: 4.724; CI= 2.674- 8.344; p <0.001), Immigration Officers (OR: 3.401; CI=1.960 - 5.902; p < 0.001), FRSC (OR: 3.096; CI=1.785 - 5.374; p < 0.001) compared to EDSTMA Officers. Finally, the odds of being vaccinated was significantly lower among respondents with negative attitude (OR: 0.412; CI=0.270 - 0.629; p < 0.001) compared to respondents with positive attitude towards COVID-19 preventive measures. Conclusion: A gap was identified between the attitude of security personnel towards COVID-19 preventive measures and their vaccination uptake. Strategic stakeholder engagement and continuous sensitization meetings are essential to help dispel myths and clarify misconceptions on COVID-19 vaccine for improved vaccination uptake among target population.
