scholarly journals Aasthi – Asset Administration System

Web Development is skill that is used to develop the web application, web development is rapidly growing as the technologies are also. A web developer should develop an application based on the client requirement and must be friendly and easily understood by the client or the users. AASTHI-Asset Administration System is the web application that is relevance to the asset management system in which plays typical role in the organizations and enables to computerized system widely spread which is used for the private network, communication between the members of an application, sharing the information between different users or members, automatically estimating the depreciation amount per annum is very important thing that has been focused on. The main theme of our paper AASTHI-Asset Administration System is to focus on the asset, license and to maintain the company environment. The procedure to calculate the depreciation amount of the asset is difficult and been estimated through the category of asset, asset type, asset devices, etc. In this paper work is focused on staff, vendor and allows them to communicate through the application called AASTHI which is Asset Administration System.

Python provide number of frameworks for web development and other applications by Django, Flask, Bottle, Web2py, CherryPy and many more. Frameworks are efficient and versatile to build, test and optimize software. A web framework is a collection of package or module which allows us to develop web applications or services. It provides a foundation on which software developers can built a functional program for a specific platform. The main purpose of this study about python framework is to analyze which is better framework among Django or flask for web development. The study implement a practical approach on PyCharm. The result of this study is - “Django is better than flask”.

This chapter examines the critical task of governing the Web application environment with enterprise metadata methodologies. As organizations move to higher levels of maturity, the ability to manage and understand the entire environment is one of the most critical aspects of the architecture. Metadata can be defined as information pertaining to the Web application environment that the organization defines as critical to the business. Successful metadata management requires a comprehensive strategy and framework which will be presented through historical, current-state, and future perspectives The author expects that by understanding the role of metadata within the Web application environment, researchers will continue to expand the body of knowledge around asset management and overall architecture governance.

Forms are a common part of web applications. They provide a method for the user to interact with the web application. However, forms in traditional applications require entire web pages to be refreshed every time they are submitted. This model is inefficient and should be replaced with Ajax-enabled forms. Ajax is a set of web development technologies that enables web applications to behave more like desktop applications, thus allowing a richer, more interactive and more efficient model for interactions between the user and the web application. This paper presents a refactoring system called Form Transformation Tool (FTT) to assist web programmers refactor traditional forms into Ajax-enabled forms while ensuring that functionality before and after refactoring is preserved.

This paper is based on Web Application and it is host on the cloud web server. The main theme of that paper is study oriented material are bind to form the single website. It is mainly used for students to refer there department’s major paper oriented topic. This paper severs in the way of a video tutorial, presentation and relevant edition of book. It can be categories into a different part of languages C, C++, JAVA, database, computer networks etc. Whatever area the user wants they can be searched to use that material. There are three categories of user they are an admin, moderator and visitor. Admin having all permission to view the detail of the users. This will help to know what requirement the user needs. The visitor is a general user to visit the website to surf the study content and having some doubt about the subject they permit to post on that site. Moderator is the intermediate between the admin and the visitor, they have to upload the videos and presentation content and have to reply the posted questions also. The web framework was developed with the help of python-Django 1.11.1. It is one of the web frameworks that has inbuilt module and API. The user gets login with the help of Google authentication. In that way they detail can be stored in the database. Sqlite3 version database is used for fast retrieving and storing the data. The front end of this project is using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This will provide the good user-interface. The hijacker module is used to improvise the search content.

In recent time, the evolution of web applications have gained importance over the web development process and the factor of web evolution cannot be ignored by web developers. Web development has become complex and challengeable for web developers. The process of software evolution played an important role during the development of the software. Millions of web application have been developed every year around the world It has included various approaches, tools, and frameworks to reorganize the web applications with an improved version. Research has been shown that there are no proper and systematic techniques is available for evolving web applications. This special article has been written to make a comparative analysis of WordPress and Django web framework using Lehman’s laws of software evolution. It has been found that the six out of eight Lehman’s laws found valid during the evolution process for web frameworks.

Abstract: In an industry, to ensure smooth and reliable working of machines, calibration is an important phase to rectify the changes of devices. This solution is a new milestone in calibration and asset management industry. A web-based application provides portability to the application hence; share-holders/proprietors/industrialist can manage their assets any time, anywhere. To make any application reliable and Secure, testing is an important phase. The intent of a security testing is to identify the vulnerabilities, so that the developers can pull out these vulnerabilities from the application and make the web application and data safe from any unauthorized action. Tools such as Zenmap, OWSAP, and OpenSSL used to ensure unbreakable working of application. Keywords: Calibration, Asset Management, Security Testing, HTTP’s Conversion

The end to end encryption of connections over the internet have evolved from SSL to TLS 1.3 over the years. Attacks have exposed vulnerabilities on each upgraded version of the cryptographic protocols used to secure connections over the internet. Organisations have to keep updating their web based applications to use the latest cryptographic protocol to ensure users are protected and feel comfortable using their web applications. But, the problem is that, web applications are not always standalone systems, there is usually a maze of systems that are integrated to provide services to the end user. The interactions between these systems happens within the controlled internal private network environment of the organisation. While only the front ending web application is visible to the end user. It is not often feasible to upgrade all internal systems to use the latest cryptographic protocol for internal interfaces/integration due to prohibitive cost of redevelopment and upgrades to infra and systems. Here we define an algorithm to setup internal & external firewalls to downgrade to a lower version of the cryptographic protocol (SSL) within the internal network for the integration/interfacing connections of internal systems while mandating the latest cryptographic protocol (TLS 1.x) for end user connections to the web application.

This paper work presents results from the application of maintenance management system in a transformer station. In this area of asset management, it is necessary to use the asset management (AM) methods to build a single structure, taking into account the principle of best investment value. Thus, this paper presents the results obtained from a LabView simulation for such a structure. The research has been made on the base of economic aspects, technical characteristics of the equipment and the parameters characterizing their operation.

In web application development, developers and business owners usually work together in developing of the web application based on business process from the enterprise. The web development integrate business process into web applications usually limit developers to invent growing web technology into enterprise web application. Basically web development lifecycle is based on SDLC, which integrate business process into application development process. This paper discusses the new approach to develop a web application using new web application lifecycle by combining factors (usability, accessibility, Quality of Service, etc.) and actors (users, owners, developers) in web development and separate business process development with a goal to enable developers invent latest web technology into web application.
