There is more than enough material theorizing on how to improve entrepreneurial skills of the students. Learning it from the leaders of the Industry shall be more fructifying. A practical approach through available literature and real time experience shall go a long way. If we catch the students young and bring experiential learning in school curriculum it would bring good dividends. The lessons are not enough, in print. We should invest in weaving entrepreneurship into the culture of our society. With the Government and an established support system entrepreneurship will be imbibed into our DNA, if the culture prevails. Entrepreneurship not only creates opportunities for an individual to realize one’s own dreams. It also helps in employment generation. It boosts the economy and hereby the strength of the Nation as well. Hence it is of paramount importance to the society. Any society that is forward looking essentially has to delve deep into enhancing entrepreneurship skills. Another very attractive feature of entrepreneurship is that it is not related to any specific occupation, discipline or qualification. That paved the way for interdisciplinary people to study, contribute, indulge and revel in it even someone has not got a basic degree in Entrepreneurship or Management as well. The society needs to concentrate on building various skill sets across disciplines to etch out a successful path to create tomorrow’s entrepreneurs. Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Women are the dynamic segment and the most vibrant as well as potentially most valuable human resources. Women Empowerment has gained importance in india in the wake of economic liberalization, privatization and globalization.. The policy and institutional framework for developing entrepreneurial skills ,providing vocational training and education has widened the horizon for empowerment of women economically. In order to provide vocational training and education , skill training, entrepreneurship development to the emerging workforce, the Government of India has also introduced National Skill Development Policy and National skill Development Mission in 2009. This article explores the empowerment of women through skill development and vocational training programs. The results shows that skill development programs play a key role in empowering the rural women and the women also look positively towards income generating programs. Experiential Learning and Integrated Learning Environments in Architecture is a pedagogic project based on action learning (Revans, 1980) that challenges the traditional design studio teaching approach to Architectural/Urban Design and builds on Dewey (1939) and Kolb (1984) theories of experiential learning. An innovative model of teaching Urban Design to Master of Architecture students has been trailed for the first time in 2018, when the studio was set in the City of Bayswater, and has been refined over the course of 2019 in two separate study periods – Study Period 1 (Rome/Milan Study Tour) and Semester 2. This model provides students with an opportunity to collaboratively learn from and re-design the existing urban environments by immersing themselves in the very context they are studying. The proximity of the classroom to the urban setting presented an opportunity for students to draw comparisons and analysis between national and international examples and that of the surrounding urban milieu. Additionally, advanced technology supportive of distributed learning environment and intense collaboration with industry such as Hassell, Element and The Office of the Government Architect (OGA), coupled with opportunities to visit various practices, provided deeper insights and an all rounded approach to learning and engaging with architecture. This study aims at identifying the Effect of Using Technology and Modern Techniques (Ayat) that is based on the connectivism theory, in developing Quran recitation skills among curriculum's students of secondary school in Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve the study's objectives, the researcher uses the semi-experimental method. The study examines a sample of (71) students of secondary school curriculum system in the first semester of the academic year 1438H - 1439H in the government schools in Riyadh. They were divided into two equal groups (experimental and control). Students of the experimental group were taught according to the software program based on connectivism theory, and the others were taught in the traditional way. An oral test is used as a study tool to measure the existence of recitation skills (correct reading, smooth reading, recitation, and chanting), and to measure the Effect of Using Technology and Modern Technique in developing these skills. After analyzing the statistical data, the results of the study indicated the Effect of Using of the Modern Techniques, based on the connectivism theory, in the development of recitation skills (correct reading, smooth reading, recitation, and chanting) among curriculum's students of secondary school in Saudi Arabia. The study also showed a statistically significant difference of (0.05) between the average scores of the two groups in the post-measurement of the recitation test in the recitation skills such as (correct reading, smooth reading, recitation, and chanting) after adjusting the pre-measurement.

<p class="BodyA"><em>Our central objective in this paper is twofold: first, to examine the scholarly literature on the technological importance of soft skills in Business, and second, to review the major research studies on the views of employers and the industries they serve regarding the specific character and combination sets of key soft skills best suited for business professionals located in four distinct and economically vibrant major business regions of the world. The key findings have been distilled from the literature and analysed to identify patterns of congruence, with the aim of cataloguing reasonably discrete combinatory sets of soft skills ideally suited to the specific business priorities which characterise these four different regions. The concluding section of the paper will consider the extent to which these distinct skill sets can be pedagogically developed in such a way that they become deeply embedded as foundational in the creation of an international business school curriculum, featuring five discrete sets of soft skills, each of which is ideally constructed for one of the four different regions.</em><em></em></p>

In the last few years in the world of auctions, electronic auctions become a hot topic for discussion, especially in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the auction has been using online electronic system since 2007 with all its advantages and disadvantages. This system is one of a fairly successful program in a good governance. Until now, there are 620 government agencies in Indonesia have been using this electronic procurement systems[19]. The Government can perform a budget efficiency nearly 5% of the total budget by using today's electronic procurement system. The current system is good enough, but there are still some deficiencies found. Some of solutions to cover the deficiency offered in this paper. Starting from the classification of goods or services according to the UNSPSC, applying business classification with ISIC Indonesia in 2009, recording the activity of vendors for consideration decision, and implementing a decision support system using AHP to facilitate the auction committee to determine the winner. All of above matters are intended to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the current system.

Resumen: El año 2020 ha estado marcado por una pandemia global causante de una situación extraña e impredecible a nivel planetario. Todos los países del mundo se encuentran en procesos de prevención sanitaria contra la COVID-19, un virus que ataca agresivamente el sistema inmunológico de las personas. Intentar llevar a cabo cualquier actividad supone un riesgo de contagio, ya que el coronavirus se propaga sobre todo a través del aliento humano, lo cual ha supuesto la irrupción de nuevos hábitos cotidianos, como usar siempre la mascarilla, o no poder reunirse con otra gente para celebraciones y eventos, ni tampoco dar clase en el aula. Inmersos en esta tesitura, desfavorable para cualquier intento de normalidad educativa, en el caso de la educación artística padecemos doblemente esta penosa realidad. En la coyuntura española, iniciábamos el año presentando una serie de alegaciones a la nueva ley de educación que el gobierno quiere aprobar (LOMLOE), una ley que prácticamente elimina las artes visuales del currículum escolar. También en otros países se está evidenciando un retroceso constante en materia de educación artística. Si el coronavirus está impulsando la práctica de las artes mediante el uso de tecnologías digitales, y la sociedad reivindica más enseñanzas en materia de prevención, salud, inclusión, igualdad, diversidad y lenguajes tecnológicos emergentes, deberíamos atender a estas necesidades que requiere el nuevo escenario educativo y vital. Ante tales evidencias, apostamos por una muerte digna de nuestra especialidad, tal y como la entendíamos hasta ahora, valorando que este derecho a la eutanasia supone el nacimiento de un concepto renovado de la educación artística, algo que deberemos abordar como prioridad y de manera inmediata.  Palabras clave: arte, educación artística, pandemia, formación de profesorado, coronavirus.  Abstract: This year 2020 has marked by a global pandemic that causes a strange and unpredictable situation at the planetary level. All countries are in health prevention processes due to COVID-19, a virus that attacks the immune system. Trying to do any activity poses a risk of contagion, since the coronavirus spreads especially through human breath, which has led to the invasion of new daily habits, such as leaving the house with a mask, or not being able to meet other people for celebrations and events, or to teach in the classroom. Immersed in this unfavorable situation for any educational normality, in the case of artistic education we suffer doubly from this painful reality. In Spain, we started the year presenting a series of complaints to the new education law that the government wants to pass (LOMLOE), a law that practically eliminates the visual arts from the school curriculum. Also in other countries, there is a constant decline in Art Education as curricular teaching. If the coronavirus is promoting the use of digital technologies, and society claims the teachings on prevention, health, inclusion, equality, diversity and emerging technological languages, we should attend to the needs required by the new educational and vital scenario. Faced with such evidence, we are committed to a death worthy of our specialty, as we understood it until now, understanding that this right to euthanasia implies the birth of a renewed concept of artistic education, something that we must do immediately as a priority.  Keywords: Art, Art Education, Pandemic, Teacher Training, Coronavirus.

This article examines the adequacy of the current support systems in addressing the issue of teenage pregnancies in Malaysia. This study was conducted primarily through a doctrinal study of existing literature such as articles, journals and reports related to the current issues encountered by the pregnant teenagers. There is also a non-doctrinal method carried out whereby the researchers had conducted fieldwork interviews with the government department, non-government organisations (NGOs) and social activist on the efforts done in addressing the problem. Due to the lack of a specific policy on teenage pregnancies in Malaysia, there have been concerns on issues related to the rights of these teenagers to education during pregnancy; criminal issues on abortion, infanticide and child sexual grooming; child marriages and the lack of support from parents, family members and the society for care, motivation, healthcare and preparation for motherhood among these teenagers. The findings establish the current support system is inadequate to meet the contemporary needs of pregnant teenagers. It is suggested that a comprehensive legal framework for teenage pregnancies in Malaysia needs to be put in place. These can include legislating necessary laws and policies, which can be more effective through integrated services and proper monitoring and enforcement in order to meet the current needs of the targeted group.

The world has witnessed recently a global outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). This pandemic has affected many countries and has resulted in worldwide health concerns, thus governments are attempting to reduce its spread and impact on different aspects of life such as health, economics, education, and politics by making emergent decisions and policies (e.g., lockdown and social distancing). These new regulations influenced people’s daily life and cast significant burdens, concerns, and disparities on various population groups. Taking the wrong actions and enforcing bad decisions by some countries result in increasing the contagion rate and more catastrophic results. People start to post their opinions and feelings about their government’s decisions on different social media networks, and the data received through these platforms present a very useful source of information that affects how governments perceive and cope with the current the pandemic. Jordan was one of the top affected countries. In this paper, we proposed a decision support system based on the sentiment analysis mechanism by combining support vector machines with a whale optimization algorithm for automatically tuning the hyperparameters and performing feature weighting. The work is based on a hybrid evolutionary approach that aims to perform sentiment analysis combined with a decision support system to study people’s posts on Facebook to investigate their attitudes and feelings toward the government’s decisions during the pandemic. The government regulations were divided into two periods: the first and latter regulations. Studying public sentiments during these periods allows decision-makers in the government to sense people’s feelings, alert them in case of possible threats, and help in making proactive actions if needed to better handle the current pandemic situation. Five different versions were generated for each of the two collected datasets. The results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed Whale Optimization Algorithm & Support Vector Machines (WOA-SVM) against other metaheuristic algorithms and standard classification models as WOA-SVM has achieved 78.78% in terms of accuracy and 84.64% in term of f-measure, while other standard classification models such as NB, k-NN, J84, and SVM achieved an accuracy of 69.25%, 69.78%, 70.17%, and 69.29%, respectively, with 64.15%, 62.90%, 60.51%, and 59.09% F-measure. Moreover, when comparing our proposed WOA-SVM approach with other metaheuristic algorithms, which are GA-SVM, PSO-SVM, and MVO-SVM, WOA-SVM proved to outperform the other approaches with results of 78.78% in terms of accuracy and 84.64% in terms of F-measure. Further, we investigate and analyze the most relevant features and their effect to improve the decision support system of government decisions.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to explore a support system for beginners in drawing in a networked environment. Learners can receive advice and assessments from art experts without time and/or place constraints by using the proposed system. The authors investigate the possibilities of online supporting drawing learning. Two key factors are introduced: a digital pen as a drawing tool and a drawing process model (DPM). Design/methodology/approach – The major difference between an offline drawing class and an online drawing class is the availability of instruction during learners' drawing. The instruction for the learners' drawing process is more important than instructional comments for his/her work. Therefore, quick and personalized feedback from a tutor is an indispensable function for a networked learning environment. In this study, the learner's drawing process that is recorded by a digital pen is reused in order to replay and refer his/her drawing process. To generate an evaluation for the drawing process automatically, these data are also reused in the system the authors propose. Findings – The paper provides three findings. One is the DPM to capture learner's drawing features. Second is a drawing learning support system based on the DPM. And third is a feasibility study of the support system in a real art school. In this study, the learner's drawing process is reused in two evaluations. One is the tutors' evaluation, and the other is the system's evaluation. For the latter, the authors implemented the automated evaluation function based on the DPM. This model consists of three types of parameters. They are the drawing step, the drawing phase and the features of the drawing strokes. Research limitations/implications – Because of the art school curriculum, the authors cannot examine the learning effectiveness deeply. So the research results in this paper may lack generality. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to test the proposed approach further. Practical implications – The paper includes implication for the skill learning support based on the ICT. Originality/value – This paper fulfils an identified need to capture and support how drawing behaviour can be done.
