Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi instruktur terhadap kinerja pegawai balai latihan kerja kabupaten pangkep. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan model uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Indikator Kebutuhan pelatihan, Sasaran pelatihan, Kurikulum pelatihan, Peserta pelatihan, dan Pelatih (trainer), mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai telah menjadi bukti empirik sebagai syarat peningkatkan kinerja pegawai.. Pengeloaan data regresi berganda yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa pelatihan, kompetensi instruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Krja Kabupaten Pangkep. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari nilai standar. Nilai F hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel menjadi tolak ukur hasil dari penelitian ini tentang pengaruh setiap variable. This study was to determine the relationship between training and competence on the performance of the Pangkep district job training center employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test models. It is known from the results of multiple linear regression testing that training and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indicators of training needs, training targets, training curriculum, training, and trainers, affect employee performance as a condition for improving employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Job Training Center. This can be seen from the probability value which is smaller than the standard. The calculated F value which is greater than the F table value becomes the benchmark for the results of this study regarding the effect of each variable

<p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Majene Regency with the title The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem used by researchers is How the influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, How the influence of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency, which variables have more influence on Employee Performance at the Education and Youth Office Majene District Sports. The research method, namely the population and sample used in this study were all employees of the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, which amounted to about 50 people, while the analysis method used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis This analysis was used to determine how much influence it had. independent variables, namely: compensation (X1), and work environment (X2) on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Multiple linear regression equations, Partial Significance Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test). The results obtained from this study are the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sports of Majene Regency, compensation has an effect on employee performance at the Education and Youth Sports Office of Majene Regency. and the work environment has a more dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Education and Youth Sport, Majene Regency.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance</em></p>

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. AbstrakJenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di.  Pegadaian (Persero)  syariah  cabang syariah  hasanuddin makassar Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui PT. Pegadaian syariah terhadap peningkatan kinerja sudah sesuai dengan aturan islam atau tidak di Pegadaian (persero) syariah cabang syariah hasanuddin makassar Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel, yaitu X1 pegadaian syariah, X2 peningkatan kinerja, dan X3 pendapatanPengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner atau angket.  Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah para karyawan pegadaian syariah cabang hasanuddin Makassar sebanyak 75 orang, dengan menggunakan rumus Sloving maka menghasilkan  sampel  sebanyak  75  sampel.  Selanjutnya,  data  yang diperoleh  melalui  instrument  tersebut  kemudian  diolah  melalui  analisis regresi  linear  berganda  dengan  bantuan  aplikasi  Partial  Least  Square (PLS Smart Least ).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa margin pegadaian syariah, peningkatan kinerja, pendapatan  berpegaruh  positif  dan  signifikan  dari hasil analisis inferensial yang menggunakan uji t dengan rumus regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel.Kata Kunci: Pegadaian syariah, Kinerja karyawan, pendapatan. AbstractThis type of research is a quantitative research conducted in. Pegadaian (Persero) syariah sharia branch hasanuddin makassar This research includes quantitative research that aims to find out PT. Sharia pawnshops on performance improvement is in accordance with Islamic rules or not in Pegadaian (persero) syariah sharia branch hasanuddin makassar In this study consists of three variables, namely X1 pawnshare, X2 performance improvement, and X3 revenueData collection is done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. As for the population in this study is the number of employees pawnshare Makassar branch hasanuddin as many as 75 people, using the formula of Sloving then produce a sample of 75 samples. Furthermore, the data obtained through the instrument is then processed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS Smart Least) application.The results showed that margin pawnshare, performance improvement, earnings positively and significantly from the results of inferential analysis using t test with multiple linear regression formula shows that the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table.Keywords: Sharia pawnshops, Employee performance, income.

This research is to get information about leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline and four factors to employee performance in Non-Production Department PT. Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. Based on SPSS data analysis, the researcher got the result Multiple Linear Regression analysis to leadership (X1) is 2.071 with significant 0.041, organization behavior (X2) is 0.817 with significant 0.416, compensation (X3) is -0.726  with significant 0.470 and work discipline (X4) is 2.985 with significant number 0.004. Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. Conclusion for this research are first hypothesis leadership has influence to employee performance, second hypothesis organization behavior has influence on employee performance but not significant, third hypothesis compensation has influence to employee performance but not significant, fourth hypothesis work discipline has partial influence to employee performance and last hypothesis that these four variables (leadership, organization behavior, compensation, and work discipline) have simultaneous influence on employee performance

This research aims to determine the effect of training, work dicipline and organization communication toward employee performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 158 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of managing data using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that training, organization communication partially have a significant effect on the employee performance, and work dicipline partially haven’t a significant effect on the employee performances. And training, work dicipline, organization communication a simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees Performances.
