The article is concerned with the anthropology of a city. As an instrument of conceptualization, we used a three-dimensional scheme: organization — communication — information, which allows giving the urban interpre-tation for each of the coordinates, and then, using the two-dimensional projections (organization-information, or-ganization-communication, information-communication), to develop a concept of the three-dimensional image of city. It has been proposed to distinguish three types of organizational structures when considering the city as an organization: hierarchical, algorithmic, and relational. The necessity of curbing the growth of the city and solidat-ing it in the context of communication has produced a number of projections. One of them, "A compact city or city of short distances" has been considered. The concept of a compact city is based on the cost-effective public transport system, and it encourages pedestrian traffic and cycling. When considering the city as an organization, the main focus lies on its structure. From a topological point of view, it has been proposed to distinguish between three types of such structures: hierarchical, algorithmic, and relational. A hierarchical structure represents a tree of power hierarchy, but its content is not necessarily associated with consistent delegation of authority power (from top to bottom) or gradual accumulation of information (from the bottom up). Thus, a library catalogue, as well as other classification means, is arranged on the principle of hierarchy. An algorithmic structure is a scheme of production process which consists of a set of sequential operations. Its mathematical model appears as a net-work diagram. Typical examples of such structures include an algorithm of construction of a building, from founda-tion to roof, a conveyed assembly of complex technical devices, etc. In relation to a city, this structure can be filled with different content. Thus, carrying out of repair and maintenance in one of the city networks often requires not only formal coordination, but also a network schedule of joint work with other community services (water, electric-ity grid, heating, communication lines, etc.). A relational structure is a group of objects of arbitrary nature, usually of the same type, singled out from the total quantity of objects on the basis of any common feature. A complex of educational or medical institutions, trade companies, domestic services, etc. could be an example of such group within the organizational structure of a city.

This research aims to determine the effect of training, work dicipline and organization communication toward employee performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 158 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of managing data using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that training, organization communication partially have a significant effect on the employee performance, and work dicipline partially haven’t a significant effect on the employee performances. And training, work dicipline, organization communication a simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees Performances.

This research is studying the process of organization communication in an advertising agency at ADA Indonesia and ADA Singapore. This research is done using a qualitative descriptive approach with ethnography method. The data that has been used was prim and secondary data. Prim’s data was one that contains interviews with the resource of information. Hence secondary data was one that contains data that resource from books and other resources. The Theories that have been used were Organizational theory, Organizational Culture theory, Climate of Organization, and Organization Communication. To gather the data, interviews, observation, bibliography study and online searching technique was used. The outcome from this research shows that the communication process that was used now is right and comfortable to apply on company’s daily organizational life. It also shows that even though the company is organizational, it didn’t imply any seniority concept or cultures that could corrupt the communication flow that has been functioning up until now on the company. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai proses komunikasi organisasi di dalam biro iklan di ADA Indonesia dan ADA Singapura. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian etnografi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil wawancara penulis dengan para narasumber, sedangkan data sekunder berupa data yang diperoleh dari buku dan sumber lain. Teori yang digunakan terdiri dari organisasi, budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi, dan komunikasi organisasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran data online. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses komunikasi yang berjalan sekarang dinilai tepat dan nyaman untuk dijalankan. Bahwa walaupun perusahaan bersifat organisasional tetapi tidak memiliki kesenioritasan maupun budaya yang dapat mengacaukan komunikasi di dalam organisasi perusahaan tersebut.


In the techno-connected business world, communication is utilized to preserve a thing or organizations. Exchange communication is characterized as an arrangement of transmitting information and considerations between distinctive parts of an organization conjointly to the people of an outside organization. For any successful organization, communication plays a vital role. Inevitably, business communication in English improves the success rates of any business, and both internal and external communication in English of the organization enhances the profitability. This aim of the paper is to portray the importance of business communication in English, and it is considered to be the soul of success in business.

Introduction. The paper examines organizational communication capacities that are studies as a signifi cant component of organization strategic potential. The purpose of the paper is to define the structure and content of organizational communication capacities and identify methods for assessing them. The author combines three research areas: assessment and analysis of organization communication capacities, organization communication strategy development, and organization willingness to change. Results. Two groups of organization communication capacities are revealed, that represent different approaches to strategic development of organization communication capacities. The fi rst group relies on the long-term planning of using external resources, the second promotes changes in the organization. The author presents criteria for assessing organization communication capacities skills that ensure fl ow of resources to the organization. Using the modern concept of information transparency the author highlights universal (common to different legal and business entities and partners) communications that shape business image of a transparent enterprise. Basic and additional components of the customer-oriented communication impact are studied, organization communication capacities that promote organizational change are described. Conclusion. Organizational capabilities are the actual article of research both from the point view of dynamics scientific publications and from the point of view the confession of importance of this aspect of strategic management.

It is no longer a public secret if in Indonesia from the beginning until now it always faces serious obstacles from the bureaucracy. The attitude and behavior of bureaucrats also greatly affect the implementation of tasks following the existing situation. In many cases, the attitude of the bureaucrat will influence its behavior. There are three types of bureaucrats: operator, manager, and executive. Executive behavior in the local public bureaucracy in Indonesia has experienced significant changes, especially in recruiting new employees, which is also very much influenced by family law. This means that employee recruitment is intended to accommodate family, relatives or friends with a certain amount of reward. Executive behavior that always wants to add subordinates. Organizational communication becomes important when the behavior of bureaucrats adopts and spreads new values in the organization, especially the organization in providing services to the public.Keywords: Organization Communication, Publik Bureaucracy, Bureaucratic Behavior.

Nghiên cứu kiểm định các yếu tố Văn hóa tổ chức ảnh hưởng đến sự gắn bó của nhân viên Công ty Cổ phần CMC Telecom tại TPHCM, bằng việc khảo sát 199 nhân viên. Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phần mềm SPSS.Kết quả cho thấy có 6 các yếu tố- theo tầm quan trọng giảm dần- ảnh hưởng đến Sự gắn bó nhân viên gồm: Sự sáng tạo trong công việc, Làm việc nhóm, Đào tạo và phát triển, Phần thưởng và sự công nhận, Giao tiếp trong tổ chức. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số hàm ý quản trị đến các nhà quản lý Công ty Cổ phần CMC Telecom tại TPHCM nhằm tăng cường sự gắn bó của nhân viên.The research investigates how the factors of organizational culture effect on organizational commitment at CMC Telecom HCMC, by interviewing 199 employees. The method of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, EFA analysis, and multiple regression analyses were used with the SPSS program.The result showed that there were six factors of organizational culture impact on organizational commitment decreasingly: Innovativeness, Teamwork, Training and Development, Reward and Record, Organization Communication. The research also suggested some solutions to corporate management to enhance the commitment of the staff.

Abstrak: Pentingnya Kepuasan Kerja. Upaya meraih kepuasan kerja penting baik bagi individu maupun organisasi. Ditinjau dari individu, kepuasan kerja tidak hanya berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang menyenangkan, namun juga berhubungan dengan kebahagiaan dan kesehatan. Ditinjau dari organisasi, kepuasan kerja pegawai berhubungan dengan produktivitas, perilaku kerja positif, mengendalikan turn over dan kinerja. Kerja baik dalam pendekatan transaksional maupun relasional melibatkan dua pihak yaitu pegawai dan organisasi, sehingga kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor dari sisi pegawai dan organisasi. Upaya saling memahami menjadi penting untuk meraih kepuasan kerja yaitu bagaimana organisasi memahami kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan pegawainya, serta bagaimana pegawai memahami tujuan bersama antara dirinya dengan organisasi. Komunikasi diperlukan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pemahaman antara pegawai dan organisasi. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, pegawai, organisasi dan produktivitas Abstract: The Importance of Job Satisfaction. Efforts to achieve job satisfaction are important for both individuals and organizations. In terms of individuals, job satisfaction is not only related to pleasant work, but also related to happiness and health. In terms of organization, employee job satisfaction is related to productivity, positive work behavior, controlling turnover and performance. Work in both the transactional and relational approaches involves two parties, namely employees and the organization, so job satisfaction is influenced by factors in terms of employees and the organization. Efforts to understand each other are important for achieving job satisfaction, namely how the organization understands the needs, desires and expectations of its employees, and how employees understand the shared goals between themselves and the organization.
