This PPM (community service) program aimed to: 1) give knowledge for elementary school teachers for designing IT based mathematics tools for primary school, 2) trainee elementary school teachers to design the IT based mathematics tools for primary school, and 3) trainee the elementary school teachers for using IT based mathematics tools. The methods used in the training included lectures, question and answer methods, lab-work activities (practicum),and giving assignment or exercises The training was conducted in the class of SD Negeri 147 Gandus on 12 - 13 September 2017. There were fiveteen elementary school teachers in subdistrict Gandus, Palembang who participated in this activity.  The evaluation of PPM implementation was done by spreading the questionnaires to the participants. The results of questionnaires indicated that the training on designing and making mathematical tools in learning went smoothly and as expected. It was known from the participant's response to the questions which were categorized as good. Participants showed great enthusiasm in following the training and lecturing. In addition, they actively involved in practical activities.The results: 1) trainee have knowledge about  IT-based mathematics tools, 2) trainee have skills to design the IT based mathematical tools , and 3) trainee have skills using the mathematical tools of learning.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

The purpose of this community service is to provide an effective teaching training based on TSAC (Teaching Skill Assessment Checklists) for elementary school teachers in Central Java. The strategic and appropriate target audience involved in this activity were elementary school teachers in Central Java as many as 20 person (Surakarta, Klaten, Karanganyar, Demak, Sragen, Brebes). The service materials are as follows: (1) Creating a supportive and warm classroom climate (2) Using waiting time during questions (3) Arranging content for effective presentations (4) Assessing, commenting, and discussing homework (5) Multitasking. A question and answer session was held and a discussion on the problems encountered in the field. After that, to determine the success of the implementation of this activity, an evaluation is carried out at the end of the implementation of the activity. The results of the implementation showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating the training. From the results of the question and answer, there are also many problems that exist in the elementary school in Central Java.

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

The purpose of this community service program is to provide training on the use of the Lecture Maker application as an alternative for elementary school teachers in making learning media. The Target Group in this training activity is elementary school teachers in Blitar City with a total of 20 participants. The activity was carried out at the PP3 Computer Laboratory, Universitas Negeri Malang in Blitar City. The method used in this training is lecture, discussion, peer teaching and peer review. The results of community service activities improve the ability of elementary school teachers in making IT-based learning media, which is indicated by an increase in post test results by 26%.Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Lecture Maker sebagai alternatif bagi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam membuat media pembelajaran.  Kelompok Sasaran dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Blitar dengan jumlah 20 peserta. Kegiatan dilakukan di Laboratorium Komputer PP3 Universitas Negeri Malang di Kota Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini ceramah, diskusi, peer teaching dan peer review. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian meningkatkan kemampuan guru Sekolah Dasar dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis IT, yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan hasil post test sebesar 26%.

ABSTRAKTujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini melalui tiga kegiatan: pra kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan pasca kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah berupa jasa berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dan artikel pengabdian masyarakat yang dipulikasikan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis daring bagi guru di tengah pandemi covid 19 di MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro berjalan dengan sukses karena dukungan dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dengan pengabdian mansyaraat. Guru sangat antusias dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan secara daring, guru juga sudah memahami caramerencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi siswa secara daring. Rencana tindak lanjut pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai saran adalah mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi digital bagi guru sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: manajemen; pembelajaran; daring; covid 19 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to give training and mentoring online learning management for teachers in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro. The method of this community service program through training and mentoring is through three activities are: Pre-activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. The result of this community activity is in the form of services in the form of  training and mentoring, published articles of community service. The results of the community service carried out show that online-based learning management training and assistance activities for teachers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic at MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Bojonegoro are running successfully because of the support of various parties involved with community service. The teacher is very enthusiastic about online training and mentoring activities, the teacher also understands how to plan, implement and evaluate students online. The follow-up plan for implementing community service as a suggestion is to hold training and assistance in implementing online learning using digital applications for elementary school teachers. Keywords: learning; management; online; covid 19

[Bahasa]: Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Banyaknya perangkat lunak (software) yang tersedia dapat dimanfaatkan guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik minat belajar siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 2 Palembang dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dan multimedia sehingga lebih meningkatkan efisiensi waktu penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, praktek/pelatihan, dan tanya jawab. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan guru-guru SDN 2 Palembang dapat mengikuti pelatihan ini dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan ini guru dapat membuat presentasi berbasis media dan mampu menambahkan animasi pada media tersebut sehingga menjadi lebih menarik. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia ini efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, multimedia, profesionalisme guru [English]: The development of information technology is one of the opportunities that can be utilized by teachers to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. A large amount of available software can be used by teachers to develop interactive learning media and attract students' interest in learning. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ professionalism in Palembang Elementary School (SDN) 2 in making computer-based and multimedia-based learning media so as to increase the efficiency of time delivery of learning materials and teaching and learning processes become more interesting. The method used in this program was the lecture, practice/training, and question and answer. The results showed that the teachers of SDN 2 Palembang take part in this training well. Through this activity, the teachers are able to make a media-based presentation and add animation to the media so that it becomes more interesting. Thus, the training of developing multimedia-based learning media is effective in increasing the professionalism of elementary school teachers. AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

<em>The purpose of this service is to train primary school teachers in Surakarta city to have the ability to optimize the role of a teacher to involve parents and the community in the implementation of learning so that specifically this activity aims to train teachers to have the ability to compile contact books and worksheets. The method used in this service begins the Workshop, Practices, and Implementation. In conducting this training, subjects were asked to work on tests related to the preparation of connection books and worksheets for elementary school teachers. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The results of this activity were an increase in teacher's knowledge and understanding of the preparation of connection books and worksheets</em>

The purpose of this article is to find out the perceptions of primary school teachers on the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media. Teachers' perceptions of the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media are closely related to student learning achievement. Learning media generated with Swishmax applications that match the students' wishes will keep them motivated in learning. This article analyzes the data done descriptively. The data obtained in this article comes from questionnaire data and unstructured interview data. The result of this article is the perception of Swishmax's use for the development of instructional media by elementary school teachers in positive category. The purpose of the desired activity is to introduce ways of using and making reading media and the application of lead reading strategies for elementary school teachers in Kabupaten Bantaeng because most primary school teachers have difficulty in making media read and implementing appropriate strategies for students regarding reading. This is due to the lack of media availability and how to use it is not equipped. The method used in the service is the delivery of material in lectures and demonstrations, the practice of making teaching aids by the participants, and the practice of using the teaching aids by groups of participants. The product produced during service is read media.
