The latest changes made by the state to the content of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher and Secondary Education reflect the increased attention paid to the educational component of the unified educational and training process implemented by all educational organizations in the territory of the Russian Federation. Planning and implementation of educational impact on students has now become an independent element of the educational process. We believe that a purposeful process of educational activity is unthinkable without such a basic element as patriotic education. This study is devoted to the peculiarities of the processes of organization and practical implementation of patriotic education of persons studying at universities and educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The article deals with one of the directions of educational practice — practice-oriented training. In the implementation of practice-oriented training in modern education can help institutions of additional education, because they have a high adaptation to changes in society, quickly respond to individual educational and other needs of children, and most importantly, unlike regulated school education, offer the freedom to choose programs, directions of training, education and development. New requirements for the organization of the educational process in the system of additional education was a prerequisite for the development of a model of formation of universal educational actions on the basis of Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. When creating the model, we took into account that the educational activity of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center is based on a system-activity approach, which will ensure: the formation of readiness for self-development and continuous education, design and construction of the social environment of students in the education system, active educational and cognitive activity of students, construction of the educational process taking into account the individual age, psychological and physiological characteristics of students. The proposed model can be implemented in all institutions of additional education of natural Sciences.

Article is based on the description of the author’s vision of designing a network of educational interaction in the context of socio-pedagogical partnership between the general and further education in line with the realization of extracurricular activities in the conditions of the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES). The paper describes the stages of a network between educational institutions and supplementary education in the fi eld of extracurricular activities teaching, the content of which need a good idea of planning to become a party to the educational network. Performance criteria of socio-pedagogical partnership in the interaction of the general and supplementary education in the introduction of the FSES is the availability of functioning network interaction of educational institutions for the implementation of extracurricular activities in the framework of the FSES, involving teaching, psychological and pedagogical, professional, material and technical resources of educational institutions of diff erent levels; development and implementation of educational programs extracurricular activities FSES-based schools; positive dynamics of development of students involved in extracurricular activities; enhance the professional competence of teachers involved in networking through the organization of extracurricular activities in the context of the FSESSocio-pedagogical collaboration between the general and further education, the diff erent models of networking between educational institutions in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES helps to provide opportunities for the development of each child on a variety of activities taking into account the orientation of the individual; eff ective organization of extracurricular activities of students in the development of the FSES; empowerment to improve the professional competence of school teachers; meet the requests of professional participants in the educational process. Perspective and practical importance of this activity, which can be called innovative in the light of the modernization of education is the ability to design and realization of diff erent models of network of educational interaction in the framework of the extracurricular activities of students in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES in the educational space of city, region.

Communicative technologies in professional educational institutions form the basis for the activation of the educational process, contribute to the improvement of the level of formation of competencies of graduates. The purpose of the article is the consideration the effective experience of the implementation of communication technologies in professional educational institutions to identify the main functional aspects with subsequent usage in the educational process. The paper describes the experience of formation of professional competencies with usage communication technologies to students of higher education institutions enrolled in the master's program in the direction of training 44.04.04 "Vocational training (by industry)", profile – "Management of educational systems". The authors rely on the included competence of the Federal state educational standard "the ability to use modern communication technologies", which is proposed to form through the usage of various communication technologies in the training of graduates. The authors reveal the most frequently used in the educational process types: discussion, case, project, electronic and other types of technologies. Features of application and realization of each type are allocated. Presented the criteria for assessing the performance of students’ tasks (on the complex module "Theory and methodology of vocational education") in the framework of the implementation of these technologies. The aspects identified in the process of analyzing the experience of usage communication technologies can be taken into account in the further improvement of the process of implementing communication technologies in higher education and better formation of competencies.

The article examines the problems of approaches to teaching humanitarian subjects at school. We also consider the history of creating a systematic approach to learning and activity. In connection with the social introduction of the new Federal State Educational Standard (GEF), the system-activity approach aimed at the development of the individual, on the formation of a particular identity, philosophically based on the provision of correspondence of the educational activity of students of their age category. The need for basic training in toxicology of students of pharmaceutical universities and departments of toxicology is justified. The experience of teaching toxicology and medical protection to students of the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy was analyzed. Academic teaching staff were trained in the methodology of teaching toxicology, and a participated in the preparation of the all-Russian textbook «Toxicology and Medical Protection» (2016) and three tutorials for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities. It is shown that in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation, toxicology issues are included in the curriculum of a complex discipline «Life Safety. Emergency Medicine» as a stand-alone module. Students study toxicology in the fifth year having received a good basic training in medical, biological, and professional disciplines in previous years. For realization of cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used which make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and to use school time more efficiently. The potential of using algorithmic workbooks, interactive forms of training, test control, case-method for facilitating the perception of theoretical knowledge and improving the quality of practical skills development is demonstrated. Results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, in which 153 of 198 students who studied toxicology and medical protection in the autumn semester of the 2017/2018 academic year participated, are reported. It was shown that more than 80% of the students surveyed are convinced of the need to study toxicology during the undergraduate training of specialists of pharmaceutical profile and positively assessed the methodology of teaching toxicology that is performed at the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of functional literacy of primary schoolchildren as the main learning outcome that meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The article reveals the characteristics of the concept of “functional literacy”, which includes two groups of achievements of a younger student - subject and metasubject. The reader gets acquainted with the widespread pedagogical “mistakes” of the teacher, as well as the difficulties that children face in the learning process. The main types of educational activity are determined, which to the greatest extent contribute to the formation of functional literacy of primary schoolchildren, which primarily include search and research activities.
