This study aims to determine the effect of Back-Effleurage Massage Technique on Reduction of First-Stage Labor Pain in Kurnia Maternity Clinic, Delitua District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a Quantitative Analytical Method with a Quasy-Experimental research design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Data collection techniques using observation sheets. This Back-Effleurage Massage Technique is carried out for 20 minutes/hour during a contraction. The population in this study were 25 pregnant women entering Trimester III. The sampling technique used is the Total Sampling Method. Data analysis using Paired Sample T Test. The results of this study were obtained that the administration of Back-Effleurage Massage Technique on the abdomen at the Kurnia Maternity Clinic can reduce labor pain from mothers who experience moderate pain to mild pain and mothers who experience severe pain to moderate pain. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect with the giving of the Back-Effleurage Massage Technique on the reduction of Stage I labor pain.

The level of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia in the last five years is quite alarming, taxpayer compliance has not reached the point expected by the government and is verysmallpercentageoftaxpayerswhofulfilltheirobligationstopaytaxes.Toincrease participation in tax payments, the government launched a tax amnesty program. This studyaimstodeterminethedifferencesinperiodI,periodII,andperiodIIItaxamnesty in Malang City. This research includes quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire method. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer in the Malang Tax Service Office. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method is a taxpayer registered at the Malang Tax Office. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and independent T Test. The results of this study indicate that the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period II tax amnesty and the period I tax amnesty is more influential on taxpayer compliance than the period III tax amnesty. Based on the results of this study, it is recommendedtoexaminethedifferencesinperiodI,IIandIIItaxamnestyinotherTax Service Offices as a basis for knowing the effectiveness of inter-office tax amnesty in the same region.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. The purpose of this study is to explain product innovation plays a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This research was conducted at the fashion industry UKM in Denpasar City. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires in the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. Data analysis in this study used path analysis and sobel test. The results of path analysis and sobel test show that product innovation variables play a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. The results of this study indicate that the better the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City make product innovations, the greater the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. This research is motivated by the high participation of participants in participating in BKB activities, as seen from the number of participants who attend each month. This is allegedly due to good cadre service in providing each service to BKB participants. The purpose of this research is first to describe cadre work discipline in BKB program, secondly to describe cadre communication in BKB program, third to describe service facilities in BKB program in Kolok Mudik Village Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 87 BKB participants. The sample was taken 50% of the population totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that cadre service was very good according to BKB participants, this was seen from three aspects, including work discipline, communication, facilities. It is recommended to all those involved in the activities of the BKB Permata Bunda in Kolok Mudik Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City, to maintain the quality that has been carried out well. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of implementing the SICANTIK application in the One Stop Services Investment Office, Industry and Labor in the City of Bukittinggi. The SICANTIK application is an application that aims to provide services regarding licensing that are directly related to the community, and this is one of the government's efforts to provide quality public services to the community. This research is descriptive using qualitative methods. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. In data collection, research instruments were used in the form of field observations and interviews with several informants, then documentation study was used for documents in the study. The technique of testing the validity of the data used the triangulation method. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions from the research that has been carried out. The results of this study indicate that knowing the effectiveness of implementing the SICANTIK application in the One Stop Services Investment Office, Industry and Labor of the City of Bukittinggi is not effective enough.

This study aims to detect the financial distress on banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017 by using altman score, grover score, zmijewski score.The object of this study is all banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publishes audited financial statements for fiscal year 2013 - 2017, which amounted to 20 (twenty) companies. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling method where the sample is determined based on certain criteria determined by the researcher and has limitations in terms of generalization. This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.

The objectives of the research are to know the responses about promotion, distribution, customer satisfaction, and customer trust, also to analyze the influence of promotion and distribution to customer satisfaction and its implication on customer trust. The population in this study is PT. Tiga Serangkai International in the reater Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research method with a sample size of 90 respondents, data collection by interview using a questionnaire, observation and literature. Sampling technique using the "Disproportionate Starfied Random Sampling" method. Data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that promotion and distribution simultaneously influence customer satisfaction, partially promotion and distribution have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion gives an influence on customer satisfaction by 16%, while distribution gives an effect of 75.9%. The contribution of promotion and distribution variables to customer satisfaction is 73.7%, the remaining 26.3% is the contribution of the variables not included in the study

One of the complaints that is often felt by mothers is pain during contractions and effleurage  massage is one technique that can cause the effects of distraction and relaxion, thus helping the mother become more relaxed, creating a feeling of comfort, and pain response will decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of effleurage massage on labor pain in the first stage in the practice of Midwife Nuriman Rafida and Latifah Midwife Practice in 2019. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique that was as many as 30 women who had labor pain. The level of pain during the active phase I before the massage effleurage: 16 (53.0%) respondents experienced moderate pain levels and 14 (47.0%) respondents experienced severe pain levels, and none experienced mild pain. The level of pain during the first active phase after effleurage massage: most (57.0%) respondents felt mild pain, still some (33%) respondents who felt moderate pain, and only a small percentage (10%) of respondents felt severe pain. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that giving effleurage massage had a significant effect on pain when I was active phase P value was 0.001 (p<0.05).
