The Parsi theatre was the dominant form of dramatic entertainment in urban India from the 1860s to the 1930s. Named for its Bombay-based pioneers, the Parsi theatre blended certain European practices of stagecraft and commercial organization with Indic, Persian, and English stories, music, and poetry. Through the impact of its touring companies, it had a catalytic effect on the development of modern drama and regional theatre throughout South and Southeast Asia. Moreover, Parsi theatre is widely credited with contributing to popular Indian cinema its genres, aesthetic, and economic base. With Hindi films now the major cultural signifier for the middle classes and the ‘masses’ in South Asia and its diaspora, documentation and evaluation of the Parsi theatre is much needed, especially to connect it convincingly to the cinematic medium that followed.

The article is devoted to the relevant topic which is assessment of the insolvency (bankruptcy) of enterprises. The instability of a complex socioeconomic system is intensifying in the market economy, which is difficult to fully study and understand. Modern business is being run in a highly competitive environment. Adequate decision-making requires a deep, comprehensive assessment of the situation and a reliable forecast of events. A firm that has managed to correctly forecast the situation receives more profit than a firm that abstained from forecasting. The firm that made the wrong forecast loses the most. The main types of models for assessment of the bankruptcy probability for enterprises and the factors influencing them in the course of making decisions have been considered in this article, and the bankruptcy probability for Megafon PJSC based on various models has been studied. A comparative analysis of the models for assessment of the bankruptcy probability for enterprises has been conducted. The paper, based on the analysis of data from sociological surveys, deals with problems of interaction between local self-government bodies and non-commercial organization (NCO). The article states that the process of forming partnerships between local governments and NCOs is in the process of being institutionalized. The collaboration initiative is more in the hands of the non-profit sector. Despite the generally favorable NCO-climate in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the attitude of local governments towards the non-profit sector as an equal partner in solving social problems and working with the population is developing at a rather slow pace. An important direction is to increase public confidence in the NCO through the development of civil sector information system to provide the best information to society.

In the article, which continues the presentation of the methodology for analyzing the financial stability of a commercial organization within the framework of a new paradigm of analysis, the possibilities of deductive and axiomatic justification of algorithms for constructing criterion functions of financial equilibrium, which are a necessary element of this methodology, are considered. The proposed concept of financial equilibrium is based on general scientific ideas about the equilibrium state of the system. As important examples, the criteria of the financial equilibrium functions arising from the rules of law governing the conditions of insolvency (bankruptcy) and liquidation of commercial organizations are presented. A general algorithm for classifying financial situations is proposed, which is based on the distribution of risks of insolvency and liquidation of commercial organizations by possible situations and reflects this distribution using the values of criteria functions.
