The study was conducted with the aim to determine the level of learning anxiety of students who have low academic ability in class X Palembang N 4 SMK. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students who had low academic ability with a number of 85 and a sample or respondent of this study that was 85 students using purposive sampling. Date collection techniques use a percentage count. Aspects measured by learning anxiety in students who have low academic ability in class X of SMK N 4 Palembang, namely, physical, emotional, and mental or cognitive. The results of date analysis showed that the level of learning anxiety in students who had low academic ability in class X junior high school 4 Palembang, 35% in the very low category (SR), 49% in the low category (R), 16% in the high category (T), and 0% in the very high category (ST).

This study aims to describe the inferiority that exists in junior high school students in Ternate Island. Inferiority is due to feeling that there is a deficiency in yourself or an imperfection in an individual's life. This feeling will encourage someone to be insecure and tend to feel fail. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The sample that will be involved in this research is around 648 students of SMP / MTs at Ternate city. This sample size was obtained by dividing the sample size of 24 students per school, 8 students per batch (grades 1-3), consisting of 4 boys and 4 girls. The variables will be measured using an inferiority scale instrument compiled by researchers based on the inferiority dimensions proposed by Adler, namely, Feeling of being below, Feeling of feminity, and Feeling of insecurity (feeling insecure). This scale consists of 48 items, with 24 favorable items and 24 unfavorable items. The results showed that there were 36 respondents (8%) who had an inferiority score in the very high category, 98 respondents (22%) were in the high category, 161 respondents (37%) were in the medium category, 123 respondents (28%) were in the low category, and 24 respondents (5%) are in the very low category. These results indicate that inferiority is a situation faced by students but can still be overcome with various approaches

The influence of Madrasah principals' leadership and teacher discipline on the professionalism of teachers in the Public Islamic Junior High School or Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi City has been carried out in this research using a quantitative approach. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher discipline on the professionalism of teachers and the influence of the combination of both. Data was collected using a survey method with 63 respondents who were distributed to Sijenjeng Madrasah as many as 24 people, while in Talang Bakung Madrasah there were 39 people. Based on the results of this study, it is found that the better the headmaster's leadership accompanied by the discipline of a teacher will affect the better formation of teacher professionalism with value of the influence of the headmaster's leadership (83.72%), teacher discipline (22.15%), and combination of leadership of the madrasah-discipline teacher (17.2%).

The research aims to determine whether there is the correlation between the principal’s supervision competence with the teacher’s performances. the research had been held in September to November 2009 at State Islamic Junior High School 2 Pamulang. the research method which has been used is survey by quantitative approach. the technique for finding samples is purposive sampling. the research instruments which have been used are questionnaire instruments by using a likert scale. the result found in the research that there is the correlation between the principal’s supervision competence with the teacher’s performances.

ABSTRACT RENTABILITY ANALYSIS OF LAYING DUCK FARM AT   THE WOLAANG VILLAGE LANGOWAN TIMUR DISTRICT OF MINAHASA REGENCY. Study was conducted at Wolaang village, East Lagowan district of Minahasa regency on August 8 to September 5, 2015. The objective of this study was to evaluate the rentability laying duck farm  at the Wolaang village. Survey method was applied in this study. Wolaang village was defined as study location and chosen the purposive sampling based on consideration of the highest duck population (5924 heads), widest wet rise areas of 161.35 ha, and more than 20 animal farmers. Data of primary and secondary bases were used in this study. Rentability  analysis model was applied using formula, R= L/M x 100%. Results showed that animal farmer education was 60 percents passed the elementary school, 25 percents passed junior high school and 15 percents passed senior high school. The period of raising animals of the 1- to 10-year experience was 25 percents, the period of the 11- to 20 year experience was 20 percents, that of the 21- to 30 year experience was 25 percents, that of the 31- to 40-year experience was 15 percents, that of the 41- to 50-year experience was 10 percents, and that of more than 50-year experience was 5 percents. The rentability analysis found the value of 69 percents indicating that the use of infestation financial capital of IDR 100,000.- was able to gain the benefit of the IDR 60,000.-. The reach of the values of R was more than the deposit rent of the BRI bank of 6.5 percents. Therefore, it can be concluded that farm rentability of laying duck was more than the BRI bank deposit rent.   Key word: Laying duck, rentability.

This presents research explore on the use of gestures to improve students’ vocabulary mastery at the second grade students of Indonesian junior high school. This quantitative research involved 60 students as its sample. The data obtained from the pretest, treatments, and posttest were were analysed to find its mean score and the score of t-test. The result of the study showed that there was a significant improvement of the students’ achievement after giving the treatment. The data shows that the t-test obtained by the students (16.28) is greater than t-table (2.045). This is means that H0 is rejected and H1 is acceptable. The data of students’ interest which were taken by using questionnaire shows that 25 students (83.33%) are in the very high category and left only five students (16.67%) in the high category. It means that the students were interested and this technique is suitable in teaching English vocabulary.

The introduction of law for community is held with aim to sharing knowledge and understanding of law. The target of the law introduction activities are junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) with based on data and fact about violence between students in schools. With sharing knowledge activities is hoped to through law introduction will be able to increase the sense of tudents responsibility and avoid the violent behaviour  among the students. The method of implementing activities uses the participatory learning and action model by interactive discussions with students. From a series activities carried out gives the result with a very high about acts of violence by students. With a purposive sampling method give the result of questionnaire showed 55% of students had been victims of violence and 77% of students has seen violent behaviour in others. Therefore, the introduction of law will continue to be carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of law among the students.

PARENTS’ EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND FAMILY PARENTING AFFECTED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN SPIRITUAL MORAL. The level of education possessed by parents is one of the factors that influenced parenting provided by parents to children which in turn will affect the development of child’s spiritual moral, but that we need to know is the extent to which the role of these factors could influenced their spiritual moral development. Based on the research statement, the aimed of this research was to know the significant of parents’ educational background and family parenting on the development of children spiritual moral in Islamic Junior High School of Al-khairiyah Pabuaran – Cilegon. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. From the result of the research known that parents’ educational background effected on the development of children spiritual moral shown that tcount > ttable (5.030 > 2.0280), and family parenting affected on the development of children spiritual moral it’s shown that tcount > ttable (14.743 > 2.0280), and between X1 and X2  variable appeared that rcount was 0,51 all of which were greater than r table 0,329, so it concluded that there was a significance influence of parents’ educational background and family parenting on the development of children spiritual moral.

This study aims to determine the environmental care of students in SMA Negeri 13 Medan. Population of the research is student of X MIA SMA Negeri 13, and the samples used is X MIA 1, X MIA 2, X MIA 3 and X MIA 4, which taken by purposive sampling. The data was conducted via Google forms. This research is a descriptive type through a survey using questionnaire instruments. The results of this study are students with the very high category was 35%, the students in the high category were 63%, the students in the medium category had the percentage of 2%, and the students in the low and very low category were 0%. The conclusion of this study is environmental care attitude of X MIA SMA 13 Medan students on Ecosystem topic was in the high category.

This study aims to know the quality of Grain Analysis of Odd Semester Test Questions Of Mathematics Subjects Grade VIII at State Junior High School 1 Kediri In The Academic Year 2018/2019 which is reviewed in terms of Validity, Reliability, Difficulty Level, Differentiating Power, and Effectiveness of Phishing. This is a descriptive research. The result of this research shows that: in terms of Validity, the amount of valid questions up to 14  points of the question (70%) and invalid question are up to 6 points of question (30%); in terms of Reliability, including questions that have high reliability is with a coefficient 0.79; in terms of Difficulty Level, the number of questions that are include in the difficult categorythere are 2 points (10%), which belongs to the moderate category there are 17 items (85%), and include in easy category there is 1 item(5%); in terms of  Differentiating power, the number of problems categorized as very bad as 1 item (5%), bad category as much as 1 item (5%), categorized enough as many as 9 points (45%), good category as much as 6 items (30%) and very high category 3 items (15%); reviewed in terms of Effectiveness of phishing, there are 15 points of question (75%) with excellent outwits, 5 points of question (25%) with a good phishing, 0 point problem (0%) with a less bad phishing and with a bad phishing 0 point problem (0%).

The aim of this research is to improve students’ learning motivation in their learning process by using biocard media on the topic of taxonomy at Junior High School 10 Pontianak. This is a  classroom action research for the seventh grade students in which 10 male students and 20 female students participated. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, the first and second cycle research instruments were questionnaires, each consisted of 20 statements. Based on the results of the first cycle research, students' learning motivation which included in the low category was 6.67%, while the high category was 73.33% and 20% was very high. In cycle 2 there is an increase in students’ learning motivation that there are no students (0%) who are categorized as low, 10% are in the high category and 90% are categorized very high. It can be concluded that by using biocard media, it can increase students' learning motivation in the taxonomy material.
