AbstractCommunity empowerment is an important thing to do because through empowerment,people's lives become better. Conceptual empowerment in essence discusses how individuals,groups or communities try to control their own lives and seek to shape the future accordingto their wishes. The purpose of this study was to find out how to empower youth groups inrealizing an independent village in Manding Daya village, Manding sub-district. The focus inthis research uses the Chabib Sholeh theory (2014: 81) which suggests three scopes ofcommunity empowerment activities, namely; a) Increasing Role in Each Activity, b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness, c) Increasing Self Competence Automatically. Themethod in this study uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques usedwere observation at the research site, interviews with relevant informants anddocumentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion drawing/data verification. The results of the research that havebeen carried out include a) Increasing the Role in Each of these Activities in the YouthOrganization's empowerment program in the field of catfish cultivation is quite maximal. b)Increasing Efficiency and Effectiveness is a program carried out by Karang Taruna, one ofwhich is socialization of catfish farm waste managed by Karang Taruna which is disposed ofto TPS (Waste Processing Sites) with the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) method. c) AutomaticSelf Competence Improvement supported by the facilities provided by the Manding DayaVillage Government. In this case, it is proven by a comparative study which was attended byyouth of Karang Taruna in Manding Daya Village.Keywords: Empowerment, Youth OrganizationAbstrakPemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan karena melaluipemberdayaan, kehidupan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Pemberdayaan secara konseptualpada intinya membahas bagaimana individu, kelompok atau komunitas berusaha mengontrolkehidupan mereka sendiri dan mengusahakan untuk membentuk masa depan sesuai dengankeinginan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Pemberdayaankelompok karang taruna dalam mewujudkan desa mandiri di desa manding daya kecamatanmanding. Fokus dalam penelitian menggunakan Teori Chabib Sholeh (2014:81) yangmengemukakan tiga lingkup kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu; a) Peningkatan PeranDalam Setiap Kegiatan, b) Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Efektifitas, c) Peningkatan KompetensiDiri Secara Otomatis. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi di lokasi penelitian,wawancara terhadap informan-informan yang terkait dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data danpenarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, yakni meliputi a)Peningkatan Peran Dalam Setiap Kegiatan ini dalam program pemberdayaan Karang Tarunadi bidang budidaya lele sudah cukup maksimal. b) Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Efektifitas iniyaitu program yang dilakukan oleh Karang Taruna salah satunya sosialisasi dari limbahpeternakan ikan lele yang dikelola oleh Karang Taruna yaitu di buang ke TPS (TempatPengolahan Sampah) dengan metode 3R (Reduce,Reuse, Recycle). c) PeningkatanKompetensi Diri Secara Otomatis yang didukung oleh fasilitas yang telah disediakan olehPemerintah Desa Manding Daya.Dalam hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya studi banding yangdiikuti oleh remaja Karang Taruna Desa Manding Daya.Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan, Karang Taruna

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

Healthy, intelligent, attractive, and good moral children is the desire of every parent. There are many children undergo growth delays that can be caused by a lack of parents caring in stimulating growth, early detection or early intervention. The method used in this study was exploratory qualitative research design presented in descriptive analytic. Data analysis technique used were data collection and categorization of data reduction, draw conclusions verification and presentation of data. The results showed that stimulation of the parents to their children was 51.1% or 23 respondents. Early detection of children development irregularities with the greatest frequency was the respondents who did early detection with the result of 55.6 % as 25 respondents. Early intervention against deviations growth of children with the greatest frequency was the respondents who did not intervene early in children under five against irregularities with results of 71.1% or 32 respondents

<p><em>This study is a qualitative research that aims to describe and explain the customary marriage of the Islamic Society of Samin and the analysis of da'wah fardiyah to the Islamic marriage of Samin (Sedulur Sikep) community in Bombong Village Baturejo Village Sukolilo District Pati Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research. The source of research data is the marriage perpetrators of Islam between the Samin community and Muslims, the head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and the wife of one of the Samin community elders. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, display data, conclusion. The results showed that Islamic marriage Samin society consists of several stages of application, pengislaman / shahada, marriage ceremony and prayer. Da'wah fardiyah on the Samin community has a tendency of the Islamic party to be da'i in his family which is shown by his advice in daily activities to carry out the command of Allah in accordance with Islamic Shari'a.</em></p>

Exploration of Matthematical Symbol and Word Mastery on Mathematics Teacher. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explore the mastery of symbols and mathematical words in teachers. The subjects in this study were five mathematics teachers ini Lambitu District, Bima. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Observations were made to observe the mastery of symbols and mathematical words when the teacher carried out the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain data on the factors that influence the mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers. Data analysis technique used are data reduction, data presentation, and make conclusions. The results showed that the overall mastery of symbols and mathematical words for teachers were good. There are only a few mistakes or errors that teachers make in the use of symbols and mathematical words. These mistakes or errors are caused by misconceptions and inaccuracies.

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study is to describe the velues of character education in Tere Liye’s novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin. The type of this study is qualitative research with descriptive method and using triangulation technique to validate the data. The research data is in the form of words, phrases, sentences, and discourses that show the actions of the characters, the words of the characters and the narrator, which indicate the values of character education found in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin. The data collection technique of this study is to read and understand Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin then recording the data related to character education values in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin in the form of units of events from character’s behavior. The data analysis technique of this research is describing the values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin which is seen in a unit of character events, classifying, analyzing data, interpreting, and compiling reports.As the results of the research founded 72 values of character education, namely 5 values of religious character education, 17 values of hard work character education, 4 values of independent character education, 6 values of curiosity character education, 5 values of education value achievement, 9 values of friendly character education, 3 values of character education are fond of reading, 15 values of moral value character education, and 8 values of education responsibility. The most dominant valueof character education in Tere Liye's novel Daun yang Jatuh ismoral value character education as much as 15 data. Kata kunci: Nilai, Pendidikan Karakter, Novel Daun yang Jatuh Tak Pernah Membenci Angin

This study aims to discuss the creativity of teachers in teaching the Koran to students who have limited speech. It can be seen that students with speech impairment are students who have lives with special needs. Nothing else in the process of studying a religious science, namely learning the Koran, both in terms of reading and memorizing. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data with several parts, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that the methods applied by the Tahfidz teacher in teaching the Koran to students with speech impairment had a good influence. Like the Yanbu’a method and the Talaqqi method.

This research aimed to find outthe mechanism of hamisbatar local wisdom of ManehituFafiur Tribe, in Belu Regency, NTT. This study was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that hamisbatarrite was organized in six stages: preparing land rite, planting rite, hamisbatarrite held in Manehitufafiur tribal house, corn harvest rite, corn collection in customary house, and corn binding rite still continue to be implemented until today.

Analysis of Expressive Speech Actsin Whatsapp Group Spoonerism Sticker DiscourseABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ekspresif dalam wacana stiker plesetan grup whatsapp TBI 6B. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pustaka dan alat pengumpul data adalah peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen kunci. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode simak. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu anggota grup whatsapp kelas TBI 6B IAIN Surakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat jenis-jenis tindak tutur dan fungsi tuturan ekspresifnya yang terdiri dari tuturan ekspresif mengucapkan selamat, terima kasih, megkritik, mengeluh, pengungkapan perasaan, memuji, meminta maaf, serta menyindir.Kata kunci: Tuturan, wacana stiker, tindak tutur ekspresifABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the expressive speech acts in spoonerism discourse on TBI 6B whatsapp group stickers. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study are library techniques and data collection tools are the researchers themselves as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used is observation method. The object used in this study is the members of the TBI 6B IAIN Surakarta class whatsapp group. The results of this study state that there are expressive speech acts in the discourse of whatsapp TBI 6B group play stickers namely the expression of satirizing, complaining, and expressing feelings. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be shown that there are types of speech acts and the functions of expressive speech which consist of expressive expressive speech, gratitude, criticism, complaints, expression of feelings, based on apologies, and insinuations.Keywords: Speech, sticker discourse, expressive speech acts
