Dalam pendidikan Islam, keteladanan  merupakan metode yang paling banyak terlihat hasilnya dan terbukti bersifat influentif di dalam membentuk moral, spiritual maupun sosial seorang anak. Qashidah Burdah melalui sya’ir-sya’ir nya yang begitu indah, yang menceritakan kisah Rasulullah yang terpilih, ditulis oleh seorang penyair yang alim. Merujuk pada  teori social learning, perilaku dibentuk oleh hubungan interaksi klien dengan lingkungannya. Teknik modeling adalah salah satu teknik yang disusun oleh Albert Bandura. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan keteladanan dalam syair-syair qasidah burdah dan relevansinya terhadap teori belajar sosial Albert Bandura. Harapan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat dijadikan sebagai gagasan pendekatan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kapasitas belajar dengan metode keteladanan. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan prosedur penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Di dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa di dalam qasidah burdah terdapat kisah-kisah Rasulullah yang dapat kita jadikan sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran, yaitu metode keteladanan.

We note, with sadness, the passing of Dr Albert Bandura, pioneer of the theories of social learning and of self-efficacy, and of the concept of moral disengagement, whose research contributions informed current understanding of human behavior. Since 1992, Dr Bandura was a member of the Board of Consulting Editors of Social Behavior and Personality: an international journal.

This research aims to reveal Albert Bandura's theory of behaviorism and its implications in learning Arabic. An in-depth study is needed to dissect Bandura's theory of behaviorism, which is a new figure in the development of learning theories that have been long held by these teachers. This research is a library research, relying on bibliographic sources in the form of books and scientific journals from related research, using descriptive analysis methods to read data and analyze the thinking of Bandura theory. The results of this study indicate that observational learning (modeling), better known as social learning theory and personality psychology, and programs that are based on the concept of stimulus-response, proposed by Bandura, have implications in learning Arabic. The implementations that can be used include: the material presentation of many with ḥiwār, imitation of idioms, habituation, by not teaching qawā'id separately. Then, all learning objectives can be achieved by optimizing the environment of the language (bī'ah).

Behavioristic learning theory states that student learning outcomes are determined by the content of learning and environmental influences. One factor is the classroom environment, the comfortable classroom environment allows students to concentrate. Students spend more time in class than in other school environments. Education in economic subjects is a lifelong learning process, which is beneficial to life. Economic subjects discuss the basic economic concepts that are directly related to everyday life. The main objective of economic subjects is to prepare students with the knowledge necessary to understand the world and make better choices and prepare them to serve as economic actors in the future. The classroom environment on economic subjects will be connected to the teaching and learning process, including the physical and non-physical environments. Learning theory from Albert Bandura known as Social Learning Theory (social learning theory) with the main concept of reciprocal determination, states that there is a constant interaction between environment, behavior and people that influence the learning process that will ultimately affect the learning outcomes obtained. So it can be said that human behavior is the result of continuous interaction between internal factors (behavior, people) and external (environment).

Recent phenomenon of television is often shows a variety of Korean products and one of them was Korean drama (K-Drama). K-Drama is one of the television drama series that is famous until today and very popular among public. The objective of this research was to find out is there a relationship between K-Drama shows in television with behavior of the teenager to imitate Korean fashion at Bhinneka highschool Karawang. This research used quantitative with correlational analysis data by using social learning theory from Albert Bandura. The Theory was discovered by Albert Bandura to discuss the learning process through media massa as opposite to traditional learning process. The starting point of learning process is a phenimenon that can be observed, directly or indirectly. That phenomenon may occur in the person's daily activities, and also be presented directly by television, books, films and other media massa. The results of this study found there was a significant relationship between the intensity of K-Drama show with low but definite relationship (rs = 0.375), K-Drama message content with medium relationship (rs = 0,517) and K-Drama show attractiveness with strong relationship (rs = 0.641) with behavior of teenager to imitate Korean fashion. Fenomena belakangan ini televisi sering menyajikan berbagai produkproduk Korea salah satunya K-Drama (Drama Korea). Drama Korea sebagai salah satu serial drama televisi yang saat ini sedang booming dan diminati khalayak khsususnya remaja. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tayangan drama Korea dengan perilaku pada anak remaja dalam mengimitasi Korean fashion dengan mengambil sampel penelitian di SMK Bhinneka Kabupaten Karawang. Metode riset ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasional dan teori yang digunakan adalah teori social learning Albert Bandura. Social Learning Theory berasumsi bahwa belajar bisa dilakukan melalui media massa dan tidak harus dilakukan dengan cara yang konvensional. Awal mula proses belajar adalah mengamati sebuah fenomena yang sedang terjadi, yang bisa dilakukan secara langsung ataupun melalui sebuah fasilitas oleh seseorang. Sebuah fenomena di sekeliling kita bisa terjadi pada siapapun yang dapat diamati secara langsung dari televisi, buku, film dan media massa lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada hubungan intensitas tayangan drama Korea dengan hubungan yang signifikan (rs = 0,375), isi pesan tayangan drama Korea dengan hubungan yang signifikan (rs = 0,517) dan daya tarik tayangan drama Korea dengan yang signifikan (rs = 0,641) dengan perilaku pada anak remaja dalam mengimitasi Korean fashion.

Aggression in a psychological and philosophical perspectives: Review of selected theories: The article focuses on the phenomenon of aggression. From the philosophical perspective, the views of Jean‐Jacques Rousseau and Thomas Hobbes are presented. From the psychological perspective, the definitions of aggression, with particular emphasis on the findings of Erich Fromm, and the main psychological theories: the instinct (Sigmund Freud, Konrad Lorenz), libido (John Dollard, Neal Miller, Leonard Doob, Ovral Mowrer, Robert Sears, Leonard Berkowitz) and social learning (Albert Bandura) are presented.

<strong><em></em></strong><span>This article mainly describes the changes of hijab and fashion shown females students regarding to their motives and Islamic ideology. This study used a qualitative method applying a social learning theory of Albert Bandura. In-depth interviews and documentation used to collect the data. The results showed that the students had a process of imitation in terms of hijab and fashion worn by others. They observed hijab and fashion (attention). The styles of hijab and fashion they noticed is then stored (retention). Then, they began to wear the hijab and clothing with new models (reproduction). Their new appearance is a form of motivation. Some of them argued that Islamic values </span><span>and faith are the affairs of every person with God and a fashionable style is a woman's choice. Meanwhile, other students thought that both fashionable style and essential functions aspects of hijab should be integrated well.</span>

Kecerdasan sosial saat ini dipandang sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan seorang anak dalam pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  menguraikan terkait kecerdasan sosial anak dan  metode untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang secara langsung dilakukan pada obyek yang diteliti guna menghasilkan data-data yang diperlukan dan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yaitu: bagaimana pemahaman pembimbing tentang kecerdasan sosial pada anak dan metode pembimbing dalam mengarahkan anak untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial di TK Pembina I Putussibau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap sumber data penelitian yang meliputi: guru pembimbing di TK Pembina I Putussibau, siswa, brosur dan kurikulum. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan sebagai analisis data dengan cara data yang tersedia diolah selama penelitian selanjutnya secara sistematis diinterpretasikan ke dalam laporan. Diketahui hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Pemahaman pembimbing tentang kecerdasan sosial pada anak adalah bahwa  kecerdasan sosial merupakan kemampuan yang ditunjukkan anak saat berinteraksi dengan orang lain atau lingkungan sosial. 2) Metode yang digunakan pembimbing dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial anak secara praktis adalah dengan bimbingan  individu dan kelompok, sedangkan secara teoritis pendekatan yang digunakan pembimbing adalah pendekatan kognitif dan social learning dari  Albert Bandura.

One of many ways of conceiving individual personality is by observing and analyzing his or her behavior. Bandura said that we need to know how people interact with the world around them. Sometimes any actions and his or her interaction with environment can be contrary to values that holds by their society. However—Bandura was also point out and human behavior can be predicted and modified by altering their behavior through learning. This learning processes must also considering the capacity of each person according to each own ability to think and how they interact with their surrounding environment. Based on social learning theory, behavior can be altered and modified through modeling, which is used to shape and molding a new behavior that can be approved by society and eliminating any unwanted behavior. Basic principle from this modeling is a goal that client can create, shape and mold new behavior through imitation or copying someone else’s behavior or people that become a model figure for them.
