Types of jobs today vary widely in scope and size and may even have some practices that are unique to the job. Practices such as mentorship and internships also characterize most institutions in higher education. It is that the essence of working life is found in its culture. Work culture includes emotional and psychological climate or atmosphere. This may include employee morale, attitudes, and productivity levels. The work culture of each individual will determine the formation of the culture of the institution where he works. This article discusses the Work Culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business in Palembang. This article uses quantitative research, namely analyzing the theory of work culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business, Palembang. The results of this study are the importance of a productive work environment, open and honest communication, a fun atmosphere, as well as appreciation and motivation because with this a work culture can run well and the results carried out by employees are also better.

This research is motivated by the importance of ensuring the safety and health of employees of palm oil companies in an effort to comply with Government Regulations and to meet the principles and criteria of ISPO and RSPO. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment and work discipline on work safety, and culture, environment and work discipline together affect work safety. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from employee respondents' answers. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work culture, work environment and work discipline on the health and safety of employees at the palm oil plantation company PT. XYZ in East Kalimantan.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Stress, Conflict, and Work Environment on Work Morale at PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama in Sidoarjo. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 60 employees at PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama in sidoarjo. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows . Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Stress, Conflict, and the Work Environment on Work Spirit. Stress has a partial effect on morale, conflict has a partial effect on morale, work environment has a partial effect on morale and for variables that have the most significant effect on morale at PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama in Sidoarjo. is the Work Environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was 63 employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Palu. The results of regression analysis show that the work environment, work culture, job satisfaction, and job stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work discipline do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The results can be used as a source of information in determining company policies to improve employee performance. In addition, these findings can be used as a reference for further research interested in discussing employee performance.

This aims of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership, employee relations, and work environment on employee morale on employees of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Magelang Regency. The type and design of research used in this study is quantitative research. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique and obtained a sample size that must be used is 130 employees. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the application of SPSS 22. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that three hypotheses were accepted. So it can be seen that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Employee relations have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale. Transformational leadership, employee relation, and work environment together has a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

This study was conducted due to differences in the study results, Julianto,Romi Haryo dan Hendriani, Susi (2014) and Afifah et al., (2017) show thatsatisfaction effect to the motivation, in other hand Faysica et al., (2016) putforward different results. This study aims to re-examine satisfaction withadding variable: work environment and job satisfaction with two Y variable (motivating and promotion) at PT. Altrak 1978 Balikpapan.The sampling technique used a questionnaire that is a sample of 93respondents, random sampling and The data were analyzed using usedmultiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.The results of multiple regression test 1, that work culture, work environmentand job satisfaction significantly influence employee work motivation. Theresults of multiple regression test 2, the organizational culture, workenvironment and job satisfaction are significant to the promotion of positionand job satisfaction is significant to the promotion of position.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment on morale which has an impact on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service staff. The research approach is quantitative research with associative research type. The population of this study were 96 employees of the Palembang City Social Service. The sample of this research is calculated by using the Slovin formula, the error rate of 5%, the sample size is 77 employees as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential and path analysis. This study aims to answer all problem formulations in the research object. The first conclusion, that leadership has a significant effect on employee morale. Second, the work environment, has a significant effect on employee morale. Third, leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees. Fourth, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Sixth, leadership through morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Seventh, the environment through morale has a significant effect on the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees. A more effective path is the path between leadership and employee performance through employee morale. Researchers provide recommendations, first, it must be maintained that employee morale has the greatest contribution to employee performance and employee work environment. Monitoring and evaluation must be carried out, because leadership towards employee morale is still of low value. Leaders should set a good example so that the performance of the Palembang City Social Service Employees needs to be improved. There needs to be supervision and evaluation from the leadership.

Employee performance affects how much employees contribute to the organization. Performance affects the results or goals of the organization if performance is poor then organizational goals cannot be achieved. Many things that greatly affect an employee's performance include internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture, work environment and performance benefits on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.This type of research uses quantitative research, which was carried out within the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Hypothesis testing using t test. The analysis technique used to test and prove hypotheses is structural equation modeling analysis with Smart PLS statistical tools.The results showed that work culture and performance benefits were statistically proven to have an influence on employee satisfaction. While the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Work culture, work environment and performance benefits are statistically proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is statistically proven to have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.

The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of work culture, work motivation and competency on employee's performance. The Objects are employees of  BJB bank at Ciamis, Garut and Tasikmalaya). The method used is descriptive. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique with total of the samples 89 people. By path analysis, the research found that work motivation with indicators internal and external motivation; work culture with indicators of Service excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Intelligence, Trust included in the high category. Work motivation with indicators of internal motivation and external motivation is included in the sufficient category. Competencies with indicators of Work Quality, Cooperation, Responsibility and Quantity of work are included in the sufficient category. Employee performance with indicators of Work Quality, Discipline Behavior, Use of work time and Attendance are included in the sufficient category. There is a partial positive effect and simultaneous work culture, work motivation and competence on employee performance so that the hypothesis is verified. This means that if the strategy which includes work culture, work motivation and competence is increased, the performance of bank employees to Tasikmalaya, Garut and Ciamis will be better.

This paper describes the Employee incentives strategies adopted by Standalone restaurants (existing more than 3 years) in Pune. Rewards & Incentives have benefits for both employees and employers. It is believed that when recognized for performance and productivity, employees have increased morale, job satisfaction and involvement in organizational functions. As a result, employers experience greater efficiency and an increase in sales and productivity. Through workplace rewards and incentives, employers and employees enjoy a positive and productive work environment. This study emphasizes on whether Standalone restaurants in Pune do make use of Incentive strategies and its benefits to the restaurant owner.
