Writing and research, including the type of causal research comparative quantitative approach performed on Civil Service Police Unit of East Kalimantan Province, aims to validate the hypothesis posed, or the relationship of influence between the variables of leadership, work environment, work culture, communication, supervision employment, compensation and placement on morale of civil servants at the municipal police Prov. Kaltim and to know which one is more dominant variable, using quantitative methods of correlation. Based on the results of research conducted by a few conclusions that there is a relationship of influence between the variables of leadership, work environment, work culture, communication, supervision of work, compensation, and placement on morale in a real and proven to significantly that, the variables that influence significantly to increase employee morale is monitoring the work.Keyword: leadership, work environment, work culture, communication, supervision of work, compensation, placement

This research aims at investigating the relationship between Mawasangka language (ML) and Wakatobi language (WL) in Southeast Sulawesi. This research was conducted based on qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods). The qualitative analysis shows that both languages have similar vowel and consonants sounds, and phonetic long vocoid sounds.  Besides, both languages have unique bilabial implosive consonant /ɓ/, alveolar implosive /ɗ/, velar fricative /ĝ/; and clusters of /ns/, /nt/, /nd/, /mb/, /ŋk/, /ŋg/, and /mp/; and all syllables are opened or categorized as vocalist languages. Both languages also have perfected phoneme correspondences. In addition, the result of the quantitative approach using the lexicostastics technique shows that the relationship of ML-WL is 43,43%. Based on the percentage, ML and WL show closed relationship which is categorized as different languages from the same language family.

The return time of medical record documents is one of the performance indicators medical record document submission officer, according to the Medical Record Manual Book, standard of the time to return of medical record document in inpatient is 2 x 24 hours after the patients out of the hospital. Result of preliminary studies found there were medical record documents late, average of medical record documents late were 45,28 % at Inpatient Instalation I. This research designed to analyze the relation of work environment with performance of medical record document submission officer. The type of this research was analytical with cross sectional approach. The result of this research was work culture of officer was very good (64%). Leadership effect to officer was effective enough (56%). Relationship between employee and boss was very good (68%), and Compensation of officer was very good (88%). The result of analysis showed that there was a correlation between work culture with officer performance (p=0,019), there was correlation between leadership with officer performance (p=0,018), there was no correlation between aspect of relationship of employee and boss with officer performance (p=0,688), and there was no correlation between compensation with officer performance (p=0,263). The conclusion of this research is the work culture and leadership is work environment that correlation with officer performance in Instalation of inpatient I RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang Keywords: Work environment, performance, medical record document

<p>This research is based on the results of early observation in elementary school in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. Based on data obtained by the condition of elementary school teachers in Hulu Sungai sub-district indicated there is a decrease in teachers’ spirit at work. The Purpose of this research was to find: the effect of compensation and work motivation of elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables to be studied using dual paradigm with two independent variables, that is to find the relationship of compensation (X1) with the spirit at work (Y), work motivation (X2) with spirit at work (Y), compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) jointly on the spirit at work (Y). This research uses quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables and calculation using simple linear analytical technique and technique of doubled linear analysis. Result of the research based on 71 respondents showed that (1) There is significant effect of compensation to teachers’ spirit at work, 2) There is significant effect between work motivation to teacher’s spirit at work, (3) There is significant effect of compensation and work motivation against elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency.</p>

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial marketing mix on the purchase decision of prospective consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing.This research uses quantitative methods, and is a survey research from the types of explanatory research whose focus is placed on relational research: studying the relationship of variables. The object of research is the residents of Pasuruan City and the sample in this study is the Prospective Consumer of Grand Cempaka Housing. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results of the analysis show that Products, Prices, Places and Promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. This shows that the marketing mix is one of the marketing strategies that should be considered so that the implementation of the marketing strategy can run successfully because the elements in the marketing mix influence each other. Variables in the marketing mix which include Products, Prices, Places and Promotions partially have a significant effect on the Decision of Purchasing Prospective Consumers of Grand Cempaka Housing. Transformational leadership, organizational culture and commitment in the Ministry of HealthPurposeThis study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational culture on organizational commitment and transformational leadership that would affect performance. MethodsThis study was conducted using a survey including 137 civil servants, from four units which were finance; programs and information; law, organization and public relations; and public and staffing. ResultsThere was a correlation between the variables of transformational leadership and organizational culture and organizational commitment of 26%. Organizational culture variables had the a stronger influence on changes in the value of organizational commitment than transformational leadership. Interviews showed leadership and organizational culture had been influential and running but not all went well mostly because of routine.ConclusionTransformational leadership and organizational culture were inseparable and mutually supportive in influencing the level of commitment of the organization's employees within the organization.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING LEVEL OF ANIMAL MORPHOLOGY CHARACTERISTICS WITH THE ABILITY TO MEMORIZE ANIMAL LATIN NAMES IN GRADE 10 IPAAbstractAnimal taxonomy subjects often use animal's Latin names. Many students think that this subject is annoying because it is dominated by memorizing animal's Latin names, even though memorizing becomes a prerequisite for understanding. Meanwhile, most of the language materials memorized need an understanding before the memorizing process. This study aimed to find a relationship between the level of students' understanding of an animal's morphological characteristics and the ability to memorize animal's Latin names at the Xth grade of IPA students in SMAN 3 Jember. This study used a quantitative approach with a type of ex post facto. The test obtained the data. Then it was descriptively and inferentially analyzed by Kendall correlation. This research indicated that 56 students who answered test of the level of understanding animal's morphological characteristics and the ability to memorize animal's Latin names resulted in a correlation coefficient of score 0.673, and significance 0,000 < 0.05. Therefore, if the level of students’ understanding of an animal's morphological characteristics increased, the ability to memorize animal's Latin names at the Xth grade of IPA students in SMAN 3 Jember also increased, conversely. AbstrakNama latin hewan sering digunakan dalam materi taksonomi hewan. Banyak siswa beranggapan bahwa materi tersebut membosankan karena didominasi oleh menghafal nama latin hewan, padahal menghafal menjadi prasyarat pemahaman. Sementara itu, sebagian besar materi bahasa yang dihafal membutuhkan pemahaman sebelum proses menghafal berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui hubungan tingkat pemahaman karakteristik morfologi hewan dengan kemampuan menghafal nama latin hewan pada siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 3 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eks post facto. Data didapatkan menggunakan instrumen tes. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan korelasi Kendall. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 56 siswa yang menjawab tes tingkat pemahaman karakteristik morfologi hewan dan kemampuan menghafal nama latin hewan menghasilkan koefisien korelasi 0,673 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, jika tingkat pemahaman karakteristik morfologi hewan meningkat, kemampuan menghafal nama latin hewan pada siswa kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 3 Jember juga meningkat, begitupula sebaliknya.

This research aims to find out the relationship of strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment with service quality. This research is carried on at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara using quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this study is the employees at PT Sillo Bahari Nusantara Jakarta 2015. The samples used in this study are 50 respondents which are selected randomly. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistic technic and parametric inferential. Based on data analysis it can be concluded that all the independent variables like strategic management, organizational culture, and employees’ empowerment have a positive and strong relation towards service quality, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, the service quality can be increased by improving strategic management, organizational culture and employees’ empowerment.

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the relationship 1) work culture towards organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 2) Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 3) Work culture and Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of survey approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are 1) Work culture (X1) has an influence on organizational performance because the significance value is 0.041 <0.05 and t count> t table (2.064> 1.66), meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2) Coordination (X2) does not have an influence on organizational performance because the value of Significance is 0.109> 0.05 and seen from the value of t count <t table (1.615 <1.66), means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected or coordination does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. 3) Based on F count 3.091> F table (2.92) and significance 0.049 <0.05% means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or work culture and coordination simultaneously have an influence on organizational performance. So the conclusion is that if the work culture and coordination are carried out together well, then the organization's performance will also increase and vice versa.

Types of jobs today vary widely in scope and size and may even have some practices that are unique to the job. Practices such as mentorship and internships also characterize most institutions in higher education. It is that the essence of working life is found in its culture. Work culture includes emotional and psychological climate or atmosphere. This may include employee morale, attitudes, and productivity levels. The work culture of each individual will determine the formation of the culture of the institution where he works. This article discusses the Work Culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business in Palembang. This article uses quantitative research, namely analyzing the theory of work culture at Syriah Indo Global Mandiri School of Economics and Business, Palembang. The results of this study are the importance of a productive work environment, open and honest communication, a fun atmosphere, as well as appreciation and motivation because with this a work culture can run well and the results carried out by employees are also better.
