The payroll information system in Aldomaru still uses Microsoft Excel, so there are often difficulties in finding payroll data if at any time the data is needed and it takes a long time to make data reports. This causes inefficient processing of payroll data. So we need a computerized system for processing payroll data in Aldomaru. So that it can be used as a fast, precise and accurate information in the form of an application. The research methods used are analytical methods and fact-finding methods: interviews, observations, and literature studies. Design method through database design and database application. The result achieved is the introduction of a payroll database system that facilitates the performance of the payroll department of PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara. The conclusion of this study is that the design of a new database can facilitate the payment of salaries. The objectives of this study include: finding the obstacles faced by the employee payroll department at PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara, designing an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses Visual Basic.NET programming language with database format using Microsoft Access 2010. The result to be achieved is the design of a payroll information system for management to make it more efficient and effective in making decisions on matters relating to payroll. The conclusion of this paper is that with the Payroll Application, the payroll administration section can easily make reports.

Abstract – Sejahtera Bersama Credit Unions is one of the co-operative in Bandung, which is engaged in the savings and loan. Organization should be a place for the growth of community's economic still has some drawbacks so that performance is not optimal. Kind of Information systems in here is still not effective because it is used combination with a manual process for the loan process, it takes a long time for any transactions, but along with the rapid development of technology, then it should be the cooperative problem given a touch of technology as a solution for example as built system information to enable any existing operational. Design method loan information system created using ancillary equipment such as methodology of waterfall, HIPO diagram and three kind of UML diagrams which is usecase diagram, activity diagram and class digram, and then design of database relationships using Microsoft Access 2007 and programming language using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Loan information system is expected to improve the performance of the cooperative itself, because the system is designed with the aim to shorten the time of the transaction so that the cooperative operations can run more effectively Keywords : information systems, Credit Unions, Technology Abstrak – Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Bandung merupakan salah satu koperasi di Kota Bandung yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam. Organisasi yang seharusnya menjadi wadah untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan sehingga kinerjanya belum optimal. Sistem informasi yang berjalan disini masih belum efektif karena masih di kombinasikan dengan proses manual untuk proses pinjamannya, hal tersebut memakan waktu lama untuk setiap transakasinya, namun seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, maka sudah seharusnya masalah perkoperasian tersebut diberi sentuhan teknologi sebagai solusi contohnya seperti dibangun sistem informasi untuk memudahkan setiap operasional yang ada. Metode perancangan sistem informasi simpan pinjam yang dibuat menggunakan metodologi waterfall, diagram HIPO, serta tiga diagram UML yang terdiri dari usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class digram, kemudian perancangan relasi database menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007 dan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja koperasi itu sendiri, karena sistem ini dirancang dengan tujuan mempersingkat waktu transaksi agar operasional koperasi bisa berjalan lebih efektif. Building supply store is a business entity engaged in the sale of construction materials for the building. Where there are still use the transaction data were administrative in bookkeeping way , so it takes a long time to figure out the sale and purchase transactions. Therefore, the author here takes issue in the sale and purchase itself. Transaction processing systems created using PHP programming language and MySQL database. System where this information can help in recording the transaction in the building supply store . In addition to recording can also be used for the preparation of monthly reports. The expected result from design of this transaction processing systems is to build a computerized information system to facilitate the operator in the transaction. With this expected to improve customer service so well that the presentation of information in a relatively quick and accurate transactions. Moreover, it can accelerate the collection of goods to see inventory and preparing reports.

SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang is one of the elementary schools located in Tanjung Dalam Village. In line with the rapid development of technology, there are demands on educational institutions or others to provide fast, precise, and accurate information. In processing the data, SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang has not used a computerized system, therefore the research conducted by the author aims to create an Academic Information System so that it can help and facilitate data processing.

The main problems of current system in agriculture ministry is sub-optimal information retrieval of realization and development of agriculture capital and production facilities subvention. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design information system for monitoring and evaluation of subvention of agriculture capital and production facilities. This information system is developed based on internet technology to help the main team (agriculture minister and technical team of directorate agriculture department), coach team of provincial agriculture office, and technical team of district/city agriculture office to access the accurate information related realization and development of agriculture business any where and any time. It is designed with OOAD (object oriented analysis and design) method by using UML notation (use case diagram, class diagram, component architecture and user interface design). This research produces a design of information system for subvention monitoring and evaluation of agriculture capital and production facilities for the ministry of agriculture RI.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, the need for fast and accurate information is needed by every company. To manage information requires good and sophisticated technology. The technology needed is not only in the form of hardware (Hardware) and also in the form of software (Software), but has great value for those who use it. One of the support to make it happen is to process company data using a computerized system. In this research method, the method used is the waterfall method as a pattern of system development. until now has not been computerized, while the information system is very supportive and provides satisfying services for customers. For this reason the author discusses the design of a sales information system at the Sono Snack Shop with a program that facilitates the shop. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this store, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this store.

Abstract : Quality control of production is an important thing that must be done by manufacturing companies to be able to produce products in accordance with customer orders. Quality Control (QC) is the department that is responsible for maintaining the quality of the products produced in accordance with predetermined standards. This research was conducted at PT Megah Mas Prima, currently the company still uses conventional methods in the process of creating reports on the results of printing and embossed production. The process of entering the recapitulation data of QC results using Microsoft Excel application, this is very difficult for QC staff because there are many criteria and material codes that must be entered so that the process of making reports requires quite a long time and the level of human error is also high. This research has produced an information system that can assist quality control staff in entering QC data, create QC reporting and accelerate the process of delivering data to QC managers and to other parties who need it.

The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At  Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative

Research conducted at Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPMPTSP) Padang City aims to analyze the process of making a trading business license and design a new system capable of overcoming the existing obstacles. Making SIUP in BPMPTSP still done manually, which means not yet using an application program. For example, in creating reports, employees still use Microsoft Excel and archiving in document form. In addition, there is often difficulty in data search due to the absence of databases for data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system using Visual BasicNet 2010 programming language for monitoring the creation of trading business license containing and empty on BPMPTSP, so that information can be presented quickly and accurately. The advantages of this proposed system are in the recording and stored in a database making it easier to generate reports. Thus making SIUP becomes more clear and precise.

The object of research is PT. ABC. The company was founded in 2003, running a business as a distributor of sales products, such as multivitamins and supplements. Currently, PT. ABC is still not yet used a computerized sales information system between one process with another process. PT. ABC has difficulty data costumer archiving, finding data and the process of report presenting takes a relatively long time. The purpose of research is to analyzing the current information system and make an sales information system based application with adding sales return system which has complements fit up the product database. This application is expected to provide accurate information about the process of sales product health. The method used is qualitative research method through the study of literature, interview and observation. Analysis of current systems using the entity-relationship model (ERM). The design of system using the PHP language programming with a MySQL database. The results obtained from this study is a making a computerized database as of can make report with quickly, accurately and informative.
