This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, growth opportunities, profitability and company size on the leverage of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this research is 5 years, starting from 2014 to 2018. The population in this study is 126 manufacturing companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sample selection technique was purposive sampling method and obtained 40 manufacturing companies that were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, liquidity and profitability partially have a negative and significant effect on Leverage, Growth Opportunity has no effect on Leverage, Firm Size has no effect on Leverage. Based on the Anova test, it is known that the F statistical value is (107.502) with a significance of (0.000). The adjusted R Square value is (0.682 or 68.2%), this is, if the independent variable is statistically significant in influencing the dependent variable, there is an indication of heteroscedasticity. We recommend that if the independent variable is not statistically significant in affecting the dependent variable, there is no indication of heteroscedasticity. This is observed from the significance of the profitability above the 5% confidence level. Keywords: Leverage, Liquidity, Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Company Size

Financial distress is the stage of decreasing the company's financial condition that occurs before the company goes bankrupt. This research is conducted to see the effect of liquidity, leverage, sales growth and company size on financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample selection is determined by purposive sampling. This research uses logistic regression as the data analysis technique. The results of the this research state that (1) liquidity has a negative and no significant effect on financial distress of manufacturing companies, (2) leverage has a positive and significant effect on  financial distress of manufacturing companies, (3) sales growth has a negative and significant effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies, (4) company size has a negative and no significant effect on financial distress of manufacturing companies. The suggestion of this research are, (1) for the next researcher, it is recommended to be able to add the period of research and to use other indicators related to the factors that influence financial distress. (2) for the management, it is better to be aware of the company's financial condition. (3) for investors and creditors to be able to seek information in advance about the company's financial condition before deciding to invest and provide loans to a company.Keywords: financial distress, likuiditas, leverage, sales growth, firm size

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.

Company is going public in Indonesia are required to publish their financial reporting that have been audited by an external auditor in accordance with the specified time. However  in practice there are still companies that are late in submitting financial reporting. This research  aims to examine the effect  of tenur audite, audit opinion and size company to audit delay in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2015-2017. The population in this reserch is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with total number of 152 companies. The sample selected by random sampling with the number of samples calculated by the Solvin Formula, and obtained the result of 60 of minimum samples.  The data analysis technique used  F and t examined. . The results of the study show that simultaneously tenur audite, audit opinion and company size have a significant effect on audit delay. While partially tenur audite and audit opinion have a  significant effect on audit delay, and company size does not significantly effect on audit delay.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

The purpose of this research is aim to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of growth opportunity and leverage on earning response coefficient (ERC). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample are selected with purposive sampling method. The number of selected sample are 65 companies. The analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression. The result showed that growth opportunity had positive effect on ERC. Whereas leverage had negative effect on ERC. The higher the company's growth rate will increase ERC. While the higher the leverage the company will reduce ERC. This research aims to examine the influence of company size, company age, ownership structure and profitability on mandatory disclosures of mining company annual reports. The population in this research were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, which were 41 companies. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method and 14 selected companies were selected. The data used in this research was secondary data by collecting company annual reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, www.idx.co.id. While the analytical method used are classical assumption and hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable company size, company age, and profitability had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports, while the ownership structure had not influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. All of independent variable in this research had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. This study aims to analyze the effect of  Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset on Stock Price in manufacturing companies listed in BEI. The variables tested in this study are independent variabels consisting of Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset and dependent variable is the Stock Price. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies that registered in BEI 2016-2018, as many as 19 companies. The number of samples in this study are 10 companies, the data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression of a significance level of 5%. The conclusion of this study is that the Price Earning Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a partial effect on Stock Price, while  Return On Asset have a partial effect on Stock Price. Based on simultaneous tests show that the Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset affect the Stock Price.

The problem in this study is the company's profit which is very important for the company because it is the company's main goal.  The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of sales growth , cash turnover and liquidity on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The population in this study amounted to 180 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a research sample of 27 companies for 2017-2019, so the research sample data is 81. The data collection technique is to download financial reports from the www.idx.co.id site. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that sales growth variable has no significant effect on profitability, but the cash turnover and liquidity variables have a partial and significant effect on the company's profitability. Simultaneously sales growth, cash turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability and company size on earnings management. The population in this study is companies with manufacturing types listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 to 2017. Samples were obtained using a purposive random sampling method. Data analysis uses fixed effects. The results showed that the capital structure, profitability and size of the company affect earnings management
