В статье рассматривается возможность автоматизации подготовки производства по ремонту судов. Указывается, что высокая трудоемкость работ по подготовке ремонтной документации (под которой, в статье понимаются такие организационно-технические документы, как ремонтные ведомости, акты дефектации, заказы-наряды и т.п.) требует больших временных затрат, которые, в условиях ограниченности ремонтного периода, целесообразно снижать. Одним из способов сокращения времени может послужить внедрение автоматизированных систем подготовки ремонтной документации, как на предварительных этапах ремонта, так и непосредственно на «кильблоках». В статье представлена структура необходимых работ, с учетом возможной автоматизации большинства процессов и особенностей работ на различных предприятиях. Подробно выделен один из наиболее трудоемких этапов – дефектация, с подробным описанием его внутренней структуры и потоков информации, характерных как для традиционного подхода в его организации, так и с применением средств автоматизации. Уделено особое внимание подготовительным работам при дефектации, а именно формированию растяжек наружной обшивки, палуб, переборок, второго дна, вторых бортов и т.п., которые для судов возрастом более 25 лет, по опыту работ авторов с грузовыми судами внутреннего и смешанного (река-море) плавания, как правило, уже или потеряны, или находятся в непригодном для работы состоянии. The article considers the possibility of automating the preparation of production for ship repair. It is indicated that the high labor intensity of repair documentation requires large time expenditures, which, in the limited repair period, it is advisable to reduce. One of the ways to reduce the time can be the introduction of automated systems for preparing repair documentation, both at the preliminary stages of repair, and directly on the "keelblocks". The article presents the structure of the necessary work, taking into account the possible automation of most processes and the features of work at various enterprises. One of the most time – consuming stages-defecation-is highlighted in detail, with a detailed description of its internal structure and information flows, which are typical both for the traditional approach in its organization and with the use of automation tools. Special attention is paid to the accompanying works in case of defects, namely, the formation of the stretch of the outer hull covering, which for vessels older than 25 years, as a rule, has already been lost or is in an unusable condition.

An automatic measurement system used on deviation measurement of the cable crane tower has been designed, and the development ideas and the key codes have also been given. Then by experiment, it has been improved that the system has overcame the shortcomings of low efficiency and high labor intensity existed in the previous manual targeting, and measurement errors have also been reduced by the automatic measurement system. Based on the above advantages, the system has a high application value and promotion prospects.

Traditional coating shell marking process is complex, has long production period, high labor intensity, and endangers health. In order to solve these problems, this paper studied and designed a kind of automatic production line of precision molding in coating shell making process. The production line was controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to automatically achieve the process of dipping, sanding, hardening and drying. It not only improved work efficiency and saved labor, but also reduced the body harm of workers.

At present the hole digging pile is excavated in artificial by digging the hole .This method usually works in low efficiency, high labor intensity of workers and poor security situations. So through the analysis of the artificial excavating pile 's requirement, there is necessary to create a new structural of a machine with the help of pneumatic conveying system to dump soil. In this paper the authors introduce a hand-held excavator which has the above structure in excavating. This machine adopted a motor as a power device, used secondary gear reducer to achieve speed-down, and drill bit was driven by the transmission shaft to complete the excavation. The machine has the digging ability of 240mm excavation pit diameter, simple structure design. It can meet one man operation requirements, and can be carried easily.

Picking and placing products manually on the production line has flaws of inefficient, it takes a long time, slow, unsafe, Non-flexible, high labor intensity. A gantry robot system is designed, which includes the gantry robot, conveyor belts and its control system base on PLC. The development of this system is to show the application through PLC, and then the efficiency of the system improved effectively. It provides an effective design for improving the system.

Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in manual handling of cloth rolls in domestic weaving workshops, this paper designs an automatic cloth drop car device. The device mainly includes a transmission device and a cloth dropping structure. The transmission device includes shafts and other related parts. The cloth dropping mechanism is composed of a frame, rollers and connecting rods. The cooperation between the mechanisms is used to complete a series of movements such as cloth dropping and transfer. And the finite element analysis of the cloth roller hook shows that the cloth drop mechanism is safe and reliable.

Construction is one of the oldest branches of the national economy. With the development of mankind, construction technologies, instruments of labor, machinery and mechanisms were developing as well. A large number of technological processes and operations performed in the design and construction of real estate, were carried out manually. Modern pace of economic development increase requirements on the speed of construction, its quality, as well as on reduction of the works labor intensity. The aim of the research was to determine the areas of construction in which it is advisable to replace manual labor, and also to develop recommendations for construction companies on the implementation of mechanization and automation in their production. During the research it was found that the area of design, calculation and logistics was automated almost 100%. At the same time, specifically when erecting buildings on Russian construction sites, up to 70% of the total labor volume is manual. Even in excavation and installation works, the level of manual operations of the machinists and accompanying workers is quite large. In the course of the analysis of the existing market of technologies and software products in the field of construction, there were determined the ways to reduce labor intensity and to increase the profitability of production.

This paper is to solve the problems existed in the traditional tenoning, such as the poor flexibility, low accuracy, low efficiency, high labor intensity and so on. The HUST controller can provide multiple interfaces to connect various peripheral devices, and it is with the embedded PLC, multiple execution mode and control function, self-diagnosis and error prompt. So, the NC Tenoning Machines Control system based on the HUST H2 controller can automatically machine multiple tenons, including cross waist round tenon, vertical waist round tenon, round tenon, square tenon.

The paper describes the model of the centrifugal pump head curve obtaining process which helps in consideration of the implementation of automated systems in liquid-propellant rocket engine manufacturing. The work contains the simulation of automated and non-automated head curve obtaining. The developed model shows that the automated process exceeds the non-automated analog in terms of error values and labor intensity

The digital probe instrument is used for measure the microwave impedance of electronic circuit, which request both the precision and resolution of 3d displacement of the probe at the level of 1~2μm.As there are a lot of the points to be measured, it is a high labor intensity and low efficient work when person moving and positioning the right position through high magnification microscopy only by eyes, as well as some points that should be measured are easily ignored. A double-3d displacement sliding table consists of grating digital system is proposed in the paper, which could solve the problems successfully.
