At present, in domestic the three-way valve production handling most is to rely on artificial to complete, leading to high labor intensity of workers, low production efficiency, handling dangerous. In view of this situation, this paper according to the shape characteristics of the three-way valve provides a special imagine about carrying three-way valve gripper, introduces the grippers main structure, characteristics and working principle, and the force condition is analyzed and calculated.

Household electric blankets are widely used in China, but the problem of quality and safety is also more prominent, which is a serious threat to the health and safety of consumers. The structure characteristics and working principle of household electric blanket are analyzed. The hazards in the each stage of full life cycle are identified, including the stages of designing, manufacturing, packaging, transporting, utilizing and recycling. Hazard identification of each stage is made with methods of scenario analysis, safety check list, fault hypothesis analysis, hazard and operability analysis, failure mode and effect analysis and fault tree analysis, respectively.

According to the technology requirement and existing problems of the key working parts (punching device) of the peanut mulching film and punching planter, the punching device of the peanut mulching film and punching planter was designed adapt to first mulching film and then sowing. It was introduced the structure and working principle of the punching device, and the punching mechanism are studied. The trajectory of the punching parts was analyzed in the punching process, and the parameter equation of the punching profile was established. On the basis, the main structure parameters of the punching device were analyzed and optimized. The study provides reference and basis for the design and development of the peanut mulching film and punching planter.

The research and development of LNG coil-wound heat exchanger (LCWHE) were discussed in view of the heat exchange in LNG field in petrochemical industry. The basic designing methods and the multi-stream heat exchange processes were illustrated by the cryogenic and high pressure crossing heat exchange equipments of LCWHE with multi-stream and multiphase flow, including Four-stream LCWHE in first stage, Three-stream LCWHE in second stage, Two-stream LCWHE in third stage, Multi-stream main LCWHE etc. A series of LCWHE with different mixed refrigerant and different applications were described. The winding structure characteristics and the working principle of the spiral pipe bundles were elaborated to give a reference for the scientific design and calculation of LCWHE in cryogenic field. The major researched directions and the critical scientific problems were forecasted.

In stamping production the traditional manual feeding and pick-up manner can lead to potential safety problem. The automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device can ensure the production safety and ease workers’ labor intensity. A kind of automatic feeding and automatic pick-up device and its control system are designed. The configuration, function and working principle of the mechanism were described. Hydraulic system was taken as power supply. Siemens S7-200 was adapted as the center of control system, Hall-effect switch sensor CS1020 was used to detect the position of components. Control theory was studied and programmed. The device described in this paper can realize stamping automatic. Adjusting the position and number of sensors can realize the feeding and pick-up automation of all kind of workpiece, make the system has flexibility and suit the change of production.

According to the conception of symmetric beauty in the aesthetics, a new kind of numerical control press with double operating positions based on lever-toggle force amplifying mechanism driven by linear servo motor is introduced here. Its working principle, characteristic features and mechanical calculating formulas are given also. Compared with traditional mechanical press based on the crank-linkage-slider mechanism driven by common AC motor, the system has following advantages: two operating positions, higher energy transmission and production efficiency, no environmental pollution; lower cost of machine tool. Through rationally designing the acceleration curve of the pressure head, the impacting noise of the system can be reduced greatly. This press is especially suitable for blanking and low-stretching process.

Direct metal sintering rapid prototyping mechanism is complex, including many kinds of transmission systems. Spreading powder device is important to direct metal sintering rapid prototyping mechanism. Based on grasping the working principle of the device, through the study of spreading powder device of direct metal rapid prototyping machine, grasp the process of spreading powder and the main structure of the device, and fabricate the simple model of the transmission system. In order to determine the necessary condition of how the spreading powder device functions, the dynamic parameters of the transmission system must be calculated, and the operation performance of the stepper motor must be checked. Then the precision and the processing quality of the finished part can be improved.

An automatic measurement system used on deviation measurement of the cable crane tower has been designed, and the development ideas and the key codes have also been given. Then by experiment, it has been improved that the system has overcame the shortcomings of low efficiency and high labor intensity existed in the previous manual targeting, and measurement errors have also been reduced by the automatic measurement system. Based on the above advantages, the system has a high application value and promotion prospects.

With the development of high voltage technology ,the inverter power is becoming higher and higher . The traditional two-level inverter capacity has been difficult to achieve high power requirements due to the limitation of the power electronic devices. Therefore, different new kinds of multilevel inverter topologies with high-performance are proposed by the scientist all over the world. This paper introduces the topology structure, characteristics and working principle of threelevel inverter, and makes a detailed description of space vector pulse width modulation principle. Finally, the simulation waveforms are presented with Matlab/Simulink, the results verifies the validity of the theoretical analysis.

Design a mini-type machine to be broadly used for the handling of the heavier crops aiming at the problem of labor shortage in the countryside. This facility is composed of elevator mechanism, rotation mechanism, capture mechanism, traveling car etc. The general structure design to this mini-type handling machine is given and the stress analysis and calculation to the major structure is conducted; it can greatly reduce labor intensity, raise production efficiency and working quality.
