Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sekolah rujukan pada SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan dengan teknik: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) implementasi sekolah rujukan meliputi: penyiapan sekolah rujukan dengan mengembangkan/melengkapi 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) seperti adanya program penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal, pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang kondusif, melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PKK) dan literasi sekolah, pengembangan sekolah menjadi pusat keunggulan, pelaksanaan pengimbasan, melakukan koordinasi manajemen dengan direktorat; dan (2) faktor pendukung dalam implementasi sekolah rujukan adalah kelengkapan guru, sarana prasarana, instrumen pembelajaran, dan sebagainya; sedangkan faktor penghambat terkait dana untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan/program sekolah rujukan dan terbenturnya pelaksanaan kunjungan pihak sekolah rujukan ke sekolah imbas dengan kegiatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the referral school at SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was done by using triangulation and member check. The results of this study indicate that: (1) implementation of referral schools includes: preparation of reference schools by developing / completing 8 (eight) National Education Standards (SNP) such as the implementation of an internal quality assurance system, developing a conducive educational ecosystem, strengthening character education (PKK) and school literacy, developing schools into centers of excellence, implementing pengimbasan, coordinating management with the directorate; and (2) supporting factors in the implementation of reference schools are the completeness of teachers, infrastructure, learning instruments, and so on; while the inhibiting factors related to funds for carrying out activities/programs for referral schools and collisions with the implementation of visits by the referral schools to schools were impacted by the learning process activities at schools.

This study aims to provide assistance to improve quality in accordance with national education standards or to exceed national education standards so that the formation of a quality culture in SMK Negeri 1 Pujut. This research was conducted using descriptive methods. The stages in the implementation of quality supervision, namely; (1) Mapping and validating school conditions, (2) Formulating future recommendations for solutions, (3) Assisting in implementing solutions, and (4) Evaluating their impacts and changes. The data analysis technique of this research is using descriptive analysis. The results of this study include; (1) The understanding of the quality standards at SMKN 1 Pujut is already good, indicated by the quality report cards that have reached SNP 4 with an achievement value of 5.74; (2) Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been carried out well, starting from quality mapping, planning, implementation, evaluation and standard setting; (3) Implementation of K13 at SMKN 1 Pujut is in accordance with the provisions; (4) Strengthening Character Education (PPK) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been running well, indicated by the results of PPK report cards reaching 6.48 towards SNP 4; (5) The School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SMKN 1 Pujut has achieved SNP with a score of 6.69; and (6) Implementation of UKS at SMKN 1 Pujut reaches 5.8 towards SNP 4.

Implementation of an internal quality assurance system, schools are encouraged to make improvements internally by involving various related parties so that there are participation and responsibility of each party. Improving the quality of schools is carried out systemically, planned, measured, and sustainable. Quality is everyone's business, not only the responsibility of the principal or a certain group. All parties work together to realize the vision and mission of the school through their respective roles. In addition, school activities to strengthen character education through heart training (ethics), fitness (aesthetics), mind thinking (literacy), and sports (kinesthetic) with public support and collaboration between schools, families, communities that become government programs of the National Movement Mental Revolution.

This research is motivated by the demoralization of most of the students who still behave badly due suboptimal character education. This research describes and analyzes the character values according to the Ministry of National Education which are instilled in students in the process of Arabic learning, and the inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of these character values. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The results showed that the application of character values in the process of Arabic learning is included in the planning, implementation, and assessment. The teacher integrated character education in the process of Arabic learning by using various approaches, methods, and strategies. Character values that are applied in the process of Arabic learning consist of 21 values. Integrating character values in the process of Arabic learning is inseparable from the inhibiting factors and supporting factors which include nurture and nature factors. Thus, Arabic teachers always try to instill character values to students effectively so that students not only understand the subject matter but also gain positive characters. This research suggests follow-up research studies by comparing two or more educational institutions.

Abstract: There are many higher education executives in Indonesia that still carry out fewer learning activities under the quality standars, so ultimately the credibility of higher education is still not satisfying the stakeholders. A college should be able to make internal quality standards beyond the minimum quality standards made by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). Currently, quality assurance in the form of systems development and the astablishment of the agency has not been done much in the college. The role of internal quality assurance for higher education is also still inadequate to boost quality improvement. This is where the need for internal quality assurance agency in college that aims to repair and improve the quality of higher education on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study is to know 1) the values of religious character education developed, 2) the process of internalizing the values of religious character education, and 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process of internalizing the values of religious character education in RA Persis 39 Jamanis Tasikmalaya Regency . This research uses descriptive analytic method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation The research subjects are the Principal, Teachers, and students. Data analysis is done by selecting and sorting the answers of the data obtained then collected for analysis and conclusions drawn. This study found that 1) The values of religious characters developed were divine values and insyaniyah 2) The process of internalizing religious character education values was first, the stage of giving knowledge and understanding both inside the classroom and outside, Second, the habituation stage. Third, the stage of trans-internalization, and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the internalization process of religious character education values, namely factors that support and inhibit the role and policies of the principal, the cooperation of the school and parents. As for the inhibiting factor, the environment outside the school is so rapid with the presence of sophisticated technology and does not get a good example from parents in his home

Muslim-oriented tourism has raised international interest, leading to the need to deepen and expand current research into the long-defeated relationship between Islam and geographic tourism. Indonesia was among Muslim-dominated countries encouraging tourism and improving its capacity to host mainly Western visitors. This study explores the feasibility of developing ecological tourism in rural areas – one of Indonesia's leading destinations – about the possibility of building a tourism industry closer to the needs of Muslim customers and more compatible with Islamic beliefs. The study employed qualitative approach. Data analysis performed using an interactive approach which consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. This study shows four potentialities for religious education visits: pilgrimage simulation route, Muslim swimming pools, prayer building, and archery venue. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include accessibility, distance, alliances, and formal structures.  SWOT analysis resulted into four strategies that might be useful guideline for the local government in promoting the halal eco-tourism in the rural areas.

The existence of a school library is a must. Based on the National Education Standards, eachschool is required to have a library. In its management, the library must be managed byappropriate management personnel and competent in their fields. In line with thedevelopment of science and technology that continues to develop school libraries need to bemanaged and utilized for the benefit of education through an appropriate forum, namely theschool library. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Collecting datathrough observation, interviews and document analysis. Subjects in this study were schoolprincipals, library heads, library staff, visitors, events, facts, documents and various forms ofefforts, school library programs or activities. The object in this study is the development of aschool library based on information technology carried out in SMAN 2 and SMA 3 KotaPadang. The results showed that the factors influencing the development of information technology-based school libraries in State High School 2 and State 3 High School in PadangCity could be identified into four, namely human resources, information resources, funding,and infrastructure in the school library.
