This study aims to provide assistance to improve quality in accordance with national education standards or to exceed national education standards so that the formation of a quality culture in SMK Negeri 1 Pujut. This research was conducted using descriptive methods. The stages in the implementation of quality supervision, namely; (1) Mapping and validating school conditions, (2) Formulating future recommendations for solutions, (3) Assisting in implementing solutions, and (4) Evaluating their impacts and changes. The data analysis technique of this research is using descriptive analysis. The results of this study include; (1) The understanding of the quality standards at SMKN 1 Pujut is already good, indicated by the quality report cards that have reached SNP 4 with an achievement value of 5.74; (2) Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been carried out well, starting from quality mapping, planning, implementation, evaluation and standard setting; (3) Implementation of K13 at SMKN 1 Pujut is in accordance with the provisions; (4) Strengthening Character Education (PPK) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been running well, indicated by the results of PPK report cards reaching 6.48 towards SNP 4; (5) The School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SMKN 1 Pujut has achieved SNP with a score of 6.69; and (6) Implementation of UKS at SMKN 1 Pujut reaches 5.8 towards SNP 4.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sekolah rujukan pada SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan dengan teknik: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) implementasi sekolah rujukan meliputi: penyiapan sekolah rujukan dengan mengembangkan/melengkapi 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) seperti adanya program penerapan sistem penjaminan mutu internal, pengembangan ekosistem pendidikan yang kondusif, melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PKK) dan literasi sekolah, pengembangan sekolah menjadi pusat keunggulan, pelaksanaan pengimbasan, melakukan koordinasi manajemen dengan direktorat; dan (2) faktor pendukung dalam implementasi sekolah rujukan adalah kelengkapan guru, sarana prasarana, instrumen pembelajaran, dan sebagainya; sedangkan faktor penghambat terkait dana untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan/program sekolah rujukan dan terbenturnya pelaksanaan kunjungan pihak sekolah rujukan ke sekolah imbas dengan kegiatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of the referral school at SMPN 1 Dusun Selatan, Buntok. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using techniques: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was done by using triangulation and member check. The results of this study indicate that: (1) implementation of referral schools includes: preparation of reference schools by developing / completing 8 (eight) National Education Standards (SNP) such as the implementation of an internal quality assurance system, developing a conducive educational ecosystem, strengthening character education (PKK) and school literacy, developing schools into centers of excellence, implementing pengimbasan, coordinating management with the directorate; and (2) supporting factors in the implementation of reference schools are the completeness of teachers, infrastructure, learning instruments, and so on; while the inhibiting factors related to funds for carrying out activities/programs for referral schools and collisions with the implementation of visits by the referral schools to schools were impacted by the learning process activities at schools.

Pemetaan mutu dilaksanakan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang capaian atau pemenuhan SNP. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus permasalahan: 1) bagaimana pemetaan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan instrumen pemetaan mutu di SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? 2) bagaimana cara meningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rapor mutu sebagai hasil pemetaan mutu menunjukkan ada peningkatan nilai dari tahun sebelumnya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya penambahan guru serta kualifikasi guru yang hampir mencapai SNP (Standar Nasional Pendidikan). Kemajuan juga terjadi pada kepala sekolah yang sudah memenuhi kualifikasi sebagai kepala sekolah profesional, ada juga standar tenaga administrasi yang harus memiliki tenaga administrasi yang berkualifikasi sesuai namun masih banyak data yang tidak terbaca oleh aplikasi dapodik yang menjadikan nilai rapor standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tidak memiliki nilai. Setelah menganalisis pencapaian mutu dilanjutkan dengan upaya kepala sekolah dalam membina tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan lewat program pendidikan dan pelatihan, MGMP dan IHT.Quality mapping is carried out to provide an overview of the achievement or fulfillment of the National Education Standards (SNP). This research focuses on the problems: 1) how is the quality mapping of educators and education staff based on the quality mapping instrument at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? 2) how to improve the quality of educators and education staffs based on the standards of educators and education personnels or staffs at SMPN 1 Keling Jepara? This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the quality report card as a result of quality mapping showed an increase in grades from the previous year, this was evidenced by the addition of teachers and teacher qualifications that almost reached the National Education Standards (SNP). Progress has also occurred in school principals who have met the qualifications as professional school principals, there are also administrative staff standards who must have appropriate qualified administrative personnel but there is still a lot of data that is not legible by the dapodik application which makes the standard report cards of educators and education personnels have no grade. After analyzing the quality achievement, it is continued with the principal's efforts in fostering educators and education staffs through education and training programs, MGMP and IHT.

In order to improve the quality of education in accordance with the National Education Standards, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the achievement of the process standards carried out in elementary schools in Cirebon City in order to obtain an accurate picture of the need for or lack of training in process standards. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the analysis of the requirements for the Standard Process training at the Elementary School in Cirebon City. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive analysis based on quality report cards in 2019. The results show that from 135 elementary schools in the city of Cirebon for school indicators planning the learning process according to the provisions with the average category of achievement towards SNP 4, for indicators the learning process is implemented with the average achievement category towards SNP 4, while for indicators of supervision and authentic assessment carried out in the learning process with an average category of achievement towards SNP 4. The conclusion of this study is that the fulfillment of educational process standards for Elementary Schools in Cirebon City is still is in the category towards SNP 4 so that it still requires an increase in the achievement of the National Education Standards through training.

ABSTRACTCharacter education is very necessary for the realization of national education goals. Over time, it is necessary to instill social caring character education since early age is a very important period of development in human life. Thus it is necessary to develop socially caring character education through learning role playing methods. The purpose of this study is to; Developing a character education model through the role playing method in TK Tunas Mekar Indonesia (TMI) Bandar Lampung. This study uses research and development methods with the following steps; (a) needs analysis, (b) planning includes compiling RPPM and RPPH (c) determining elements of character education; (d) collect learning material; (e) compile a model draft, (f) validation, (g) model revision, (h) model trial; and (i) product improvement. Data collection instruments used are; (1) questionnaire, (2) discussion, (3) interview. The data analysis technique that is carried out is quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Abstract: There are many higher education executives in Indonesia that still carry out fewer learning activities under the quality standars, so ultimately the credibility of higher education is still not satisfying the stakeholders. A college should be able to make internal quality standards beyond the minimum quality standards made by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). Currently, quality assurance in the form of systems development and the astablishment of the agency has not been done much in the college. The role of internal quality assurance for higher education is also still inadequate to boost quality improvement. This is where the need for internal quality assurance agency in college that aims to repair and improve the quality of higher education on an ongoing basis. This article focuses on the discussion of global policy convergence through the implementation of “distributed governance” within the education policy sector. Here, the focus is directed at the emergence of national education standards (NES) as a simultaneous instrument of fair school control and performance increase. Both the US and Germany show a high traditional resistance to nationally centralised educational control, but experienced a massive transformation in this direction by the recent implementation of a national core curriculum initiative (National Education Standardsin Germany andCommon Core State Standardsin the US). This article will rely on global governance and distributed governance research, focusing on the concept of “heterarchies”, to analyse the interplay of global and national contexts in the case of the rise of NES in the US and Germany, ultimately showing the concepts' contributions (and limits) to explain policy convergence.

Educators and education personnel are one of the National Education Standards which require special attention from the government and the community. An important view of educators is as follows. (1) Teachers who are expected to be present; (2) The teacher's duty as a vocation; (3) Democratic teachers; (4) Professional teachers; (5) Improving teacher quality. Regarding education personnel, enlightenment is needed, enlightenment can be implemented through a human resource approach, which includes: (1) competence, (2) certification, (3) qualifications, (4) recruitment and selection, (5) career development, ( 6) performance appraisals, (7) rewards and protections, and (8) dismissals. Furthermore, this paper also highlights educators and education personnel in terms of the POLEKSOSBUD.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.

Improving the quality, relevance and standardization in education through ISO 9001: 2008 certification must comply with national education standards. This article aims to analyze the relevance of the implementation lesson plan in the ISO 9001: 2008 standard with the implementation plan of learning in the Constitution Number 20 years 2003 about National Education System, Government Regulation Number 19 years 2005 about National Education Standards, and Government Regulation Number 32 about amendment of Government Regulation Number 19 Year 2005 about National Education Standards. The results of the analysis show that there is no significant difference in lesson plan. So the ISO 9001: 2008 standard is relevant applied in vocational high School.
