This research is an explanatory research, because it explaining about the relationship among the hypnotized variables. This research aims to knowing about the relationship and the influence between the accounts, location to the other bank, and loans to the net margin in Bank Jatim Madiun. The results are between accounts to net margin has positive relationship, between location to another bank to net margin has negative relationship, and between loans to net margin has positive relationship. Together, the variables have strong enough relationship to net margin, it showing by coefficient of determination value is 0,956, it means that the value close to 1. So, 4,4% of Profitability Net Margin influenced by the others variables. The method of research was by using field research that including observation, interview and library research. The analyzing data method was by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

This research aims to examine about organizational commitment in relation to the job satisfaction factors. Research is conducted on the production employees of PT Jaya Readymix Concrete (JYC) which amounted to 47 people. Data is collected from the questionnaire that was given directly to the respondent. Analysis techniques used in research is regression analysis between factors of employees’ job satisfaction as independent variables, which consists of the ability utilization, compensation, relationship with co-workers, working conditions, recognition and achievement with organizational commitment as dependent variables. Based on the results of the regression analysis of linear regression model equations, we derived  a formulation as follows: Y = -1.012 + 0.184X1 + 0.581X2 + 0.080X3 + 0.118X4 + 0.136X5 + 0.165X6 + e.  Results show that the job satisfaction factors simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment in JYC with the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.967, and that compensation is the dominant variables influencing employee's organizational commitment in the production department at JYC.

This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and job stress at PT. Padang Broad Bay. The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires. The sample was 144 respondents and the analytical method used was regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 21.790 + 0.256X1 + 0.615X2 - 0.482X3 is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 3.697 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 8.426 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a negative and significant effect between work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y), with t -3,697 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0,000> 0.05). Finally there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and work stress (X3) together on employee performance (Y) there is also a strong relationship between each of these variables with a fcount of 75,486 or a significantly smaller level from alpha (0,000 <0.05).

This study aims to determine the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction with Commitment to the Organization. The sample chosen was 240 teachers, with the criteria of Private Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency. This study uses a Mixed Method Sequential Explanatory. The results of this study conclude that: a. There is a very significant positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to the Organization as indicated by the correlation coefficient (ry1) = 0.505 and the coefficient of determination worth (ry1)2 = 0.255 which means Transformational Leadership contributes to 25.5% commitment to the organization. b. There is a very significant positive relationship between Job Satisfaction and Commitment to the Organization as indicated by the correlation coefficient (ry2) = 0.618 and the determination coefficient of (ry2)2 = 0.381 which means Job Satisfaction contributes to the Commitment to the Organization of 38.1%. c. There is a very significant positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction with Commitment to the Organization as indicated by the correlation coefficient (ry12) = 0.622 and the coefficient of determination (ry12)2 = 0.387 which means Transformational Leadership and Job Satisfaction contribute to the Commitment to the Organization as big as 38.7%.

This study focused on how job satisfaction factors affects components of organizational commitment among the basic employees of star hotels in Eritrea. Besides, the impact of control variables on the relationship between job satisfaction factors and components of organizational commitment were assessed. Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) by Spector and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) by Mayer and Allen were used to measure the respondents’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Pearson Correlation analysis was done to identify the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variable. The results indicates that there is significant relationship between pay satisfaction, satisfaction with promotion, satisfaction with nature of work and satisfaction with communication in the organization  and employees’ organizational commitment, in which each variables is significant at p=.000. Nevertheless, satisfaction with supervision and co-workers found to be insignificant to contribute to basic employees’ commitment with p>0.05. With regard to the degree and direction of relationship, satisfaction with pay has strong and positive relationship, satisfaction with promotion, nature of work and communication possesses a moderate positive relationship with organizational commitment. To identify whether control variables have impact on the relationship b/n job satisfaction factors and components of organizational commitment, a hierarchical stepwise multiple regressions was examined. Though the correlation analysis illustrated that pay, promotion, nature of work and communication can contributes to the basic employees’ affective, continuance and normative commitment, but with the presence of the control variables the result appeared differently. On the presence of control variables, pay, promotion, supervision and communication can contributes to the employees’ affective commitment; pay and promotion can contributes to the employees’ continuance commitment and only pay can contributes to the employees’ normative commitment.

The present study aimed at exploring the predictors of academicmotivation of adolescents by analyzing the academic efficacy andacademic hope. The sample was consisted of 1581 students from ninetowns of Lahore. Sampling was done through area probability samplingstrategy. The data was collected by using translated and adaptedAcademic Efficacy Scale (Arooj & Ijaz, 2017), Academic Hope Scale(Arooj & Ijaz, 2017), and Academic Motivation Scale (Arooj & Ijaz,2017). Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis showed theexistence of positive relationship between academic efficacy, academichope and intrinsic and extrinsic academic motivation. StepwiseRegression Analysis displayed two models. In these models, academicefficacy and academic hope predicted intrinsic academic motivation andcontributed variance of 24% and 13%, respectively. Furthermore, theStepwise Regression Analysis for extrinsic academic motivation showedtwo models in which academic efficacy and academic hope contributedvariance of 22% and 12% respectively.
