This research is an explanatory research, because it explaining about the relationship among the hypnotized variables. This research aims to knowing about the relationship and the influence between the accounts, location to the other bank, and loans to the net margin in Bank Jatim Madiun. The results are between accounts to net margin has positive relationship, between location to another bank to net margin has negative relationship, and between loans to net margin has positive relationship. Together, the variables have strong enough relationship to net margin, it showing by coefficient of determination value is 0,956, it means that the value close to 1. So, 4,4% of Profitability Net Margin influenced by the others variables.The method of research was by using field research that including observation, interview and library research.The analyzing data method was by using Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis.

The relationship between Big Five personality (measured by the NEO‐PI) and prejudice was examined using a variable‐ and a person‐centred approach. Big Five scores were related to a generalized prejudice factor based on seven different prejudice scales (racial prejudice, sexism, etc). A correlation analysis disclosed that Openness to Experience and Agreeableness were significantly related to prejudice, and a multiple regression analysis showed that a variable‐centred approach displayed a substantial cross‐validated relationship between the five personality factors and prejudice. A cluster analysis of the Big Five profiles yielded, in line with previous research, three personality types, but this person‐centred approach showed a low cross‐validated relationship between personality and prejudice, where the overcontrolled type showed the highest prejudice and the undercontrolled the lowest, with the resilient falling in between. A head‐to‐head comparison sustained the conclusion that, based on people's Big Five personalities, their generalized prejudice could be predicted more accurately by the variable‐ than the person‐centred approach. This study aimed to determine the Correlation and the regression equation between body measurements and body weight of Brahman Cross (BX) Cow in KPT Maju Sejahtera Trimulyo village, Tanjung Bintang District, Lampung Selatan Regency. This research was conducted in July 2020. The data obtained were analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis using the help of the Excel program. The material used in this study were 32 Brahman Cross (BX) Cow aged 2-3 years. The results of this study indicated that the average of Body Weight (BW), Chest Circumference (CC), Body Length (BL), and Shoulder height (SH) were 472.66 � 53.59 kg, 179.95 � 7, 95 cm, 132.49 � 6.39 cm, 127.95 � 3.08 cm, respectively. The correlation value between CC, BL, SH with BB were 0.764, 0.448, and 0.551, respectively. These results indicated that CC, BL, SH, have a positive relationship with BW. The regression equation resulting from the relationship between body weight and body size CC, BL, SH to BW with the value of determination (R2) and significance (P?0.05) was 0.607 (60.7%) with the regression equation BW = -674.003 + 4.314 CC + 1.247 BL + 1.602 SH. The relationship between leadership behavior of principal and the organizational culture with teachers work discipline of Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. A field research is aimed to find out the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture with teacher’s work discipline of Public Vocational School of South Tangerang. The result of the research shows that: First, there is a positive relationship between the behavior leadership of principal with teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between two research variables is gained that the relationship between behavior leadership of principal and teacher’s work discipline which is calculated by Pearson correlation is gained correlation coefficient value was 0.533. The value of determination coefficient in this analysis is gained 0.284, its means 28.4%. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained from behavior leadership variable. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,735 + 0,670 X1. Second, there is a positive relationship between organizational cultures to teacher’s work discipline. The result of correlation analysis between to research variables is gained that the value of the relationship between organizational culture and teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation, and it is gained coefficient of correlation value 0.487 as many. The coefficient of determination’s value in this analysis is gained 0.238 which means 23.8 %. The variable of teacher’s work discipline can be explained by the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 75,792 + 0,592 X2. Third, there is a positive relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture simultaneously to teacher’s work discipline is calculated by Pearson correlation and its gained coefficient correlation value 0.624 as many, then it is gained the determination of coefficient’s value 0.390 as many, which means 39 % the variable of organizational culture. The regression line is Ŷ = 47,812 + 0,522 X1 + 0,402 X2. Based on the result of the research we may say that behavior leadership of principal (X1), organizational culture (X2) have the relationship with teacher’s work discipline (Y). According to general criteria there is a relationship between behavior leadership of principal and organizational culture towards teacher’s work discipline at Public Vocational High School of South Tangerang. Hubungan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Sebuah penelitian lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru dari SMK Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru. Hasil analisis korelasi antara dua variabel penelitian diperoleh bahwa hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru yang dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi adalah 0,533. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh 0,284, yang berarti 28,4%. Variabel disiplin kerja guru dapat dijelaskan dari variabel perilaku kepemimpinan. Garis regresi Ŷ = 75.735 + 0.670 X1. Kedua, ada hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan disiplin kerja guru. Hasil analisis korelasi antara variabel penelitian diperoleh bahwa nilai hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja guru dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson, dan itu diperoleh koefisien nilai korelasi sebanyak 0,487. Koefisien determinasi dalam analisis ini diperoleh 0,238 yang berarti 23,8%. Variabel disiplin kerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi. Garis regresi Ŷ = 75.792 + 0.592 X2. Ketiga, ada hubungan positif antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersamaan dengan disiplin kerja guru dihitung dengan korelasi Pearson dan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebanyak 0,624, maka diperoleh penentuan nilai koefisien ini sebanyak 0.390, yang berarti 39% variabel budaya organisasi. Garis regresi Ŷ = 47.812 + 0.522 X1 + 0.402 X2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kita dapat dikatakan bahwa prinsip perilaku kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) memiliki hubungan dengan disiplin kerja guru (Y). Menurut kriteria umum ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan perilaku kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMK Tangerang Selatan.

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between Brand quality, brand prestige and brand purchase intention of mobile phone brands in Kenya. A survey was used to collect data from a sample of 322 respondents. Data were analyzed by employing correlation, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that brand quality and brand prestige are positively associated with consumer brand purchase intention. The generalizability of the findings is limited as the study focuses only on Kenya. Based on the findings, companies involved in branding of mobile phones should focus on improving the usefulness of the brand quality and prestige. The study made a contribution in terms of allowing us to understand the factors that can contribute to the adoption of mobile phone brands.

<p class="apa">This paper aimed to examine whistleblowing in point of individual level. Three sets of hypotheses were developed concerning the relationships between (1) religiosity and ethical ideology, (2) ethical ideology and intentions to different modes of whistleblowing, and (3) religiosity and intentions to different modes of whistleblowing. Descriptive statistics, Correlation matrix, and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The sample includes 323 teachers in Turkey. The results confirmed that religiosity was negatively associated with relativism, and positively associated with idealism while they rejected any relation between the ethical ideology and intention to whistleblowing modes. The results confirmed only the positive relationship between religiosity and internal whistleblowing, while rejecting the other hypotheses. Few studies have investigated the relationship between whistleblowing modes and ethical ideology. Therefore, examining religiosity, ethical ideology, and whistleblowing in an education context in Turkey, this paper believed to contribute the literature with regard to Islamic perspective.</p>

Cash conversion cycle is considered one of the most important measures of management effectiveness, especially the cash flow and liquidity management. This study examines the relationship between cash conversion cycle and corporate profitability for the non-financial companies, from several industries, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange for a period of fifteen years from 2002 to 2016. The findings from a cross sectional multiple regression analysis pointed out a negative relationship between cash conversion cycle and the performance of firms. Based on the results from this paper it has been concluded that managers can improve the profitability of their firms by decreasing the number of days in cash conversion cycle.

Using panel data analysis, this study investigates the relationship among Islamic bonds (Sukuk) and the performance of IB’s of Pakistan for the period of 2008-2017. The study has used two stages approach. At the first stage, the profitability and liquidity of banks have been measured by calculating financial ratios. These ratios were than further used in regression analysis to examine whether a relationship exists between Sukuk and the bank’s profitability and liquidity. Our study found a significant positive relationship among Sukuk and the liquidity of IB’s. While, the results show significant but negative relationship between Sukuk and profitability of IB’s. Based on the findings of the study, we concluded that Sukuk has an important role in enhancing the liquidity of IB’s but it has adverse impact on the profitability of IB’s of Pakistan. Thus, the emergence of Sukuk market may pose threats to the profitability of the IB’s of Pakistan.

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of competency, work performance and promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar. 2) To find out the effect of competency and work performance on promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.             The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Competence, work performance and promotion are good. 2) The results of the regression analysis are Ŷ = 3.943 + 0.770X1 + 0.345X2 meaning that competency and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilair = 0.787, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between competence and work performance with promotion. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R = 0.619 means that the high and low of promotion can be explained by competence and work performance by 39.0%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that competence and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Competence, Job Performance, and Job Promotion

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion. The data was collected from 60 participants who had experienced with religious conversion (muallaf) in Chinese Community. The participants were between 40 and 55 years of age. Data of this study was analysed by using a multiple regression analysisThe results of multiple regression analysis showed F = 20,060 with p = 0, 00 (p < 0, 01), it was revealed that religiosity and social support were found to be highly significant with happiness. Therefore, the result of this study indicated that hypothesis that there is any relationship between religiosity and social support with happiness was accepted. The results of partial correlation analysis were; (1) there was positive correlation between religiosity and happiness (r partial = 0,473, t = 4,056, with p = 0,000 (p<0,01)). It means,by increasing the religiosity, the happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion also will increase and (2) there was no any correlation between social support and happiness among perpetrators of religious conversion(r partial = 0,221 t = 1,715,with p = . 0,092 (p>0, 05)).
