The object of this research focuses on executive compensation, which is a form of appreciation for the agent’s contribution as the party responsible for the company performance and the improvement of the walfare of the principals. The aims of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on executive compensation in non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2019. Population of this study is non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2019 with a sample by non financial listed in Kompas100 index to represent the existing population. Independent variables used in this study are profitability which is measured by return on assets (ROA) and leverage which is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER). Dependent variable used in this study is executive compensation which is measured by total remuneration of president director. This study also used control variables such as executive age, executive gender and executive tenure. The sampling method of this study is a purposive sampling. The research model used is panel data with fixed effect model approach. The findings have shown that profitability has a negative significant effect on executive compensation. It is also noted that the lower level of the company’s debt, the larger the amount of executive compensation. These findings shed the light on research on agency theory that compensation on performance is not valid in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of accrual earnings management on the company performance measured with Return On Assets (ROA), (2) to analyze the effect of accrual earnings management on the company performance measured with Tobins Q. This study uses the data of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The researcher uses Khotari Model to calculate discretionary accruals as the proxy of earn-ing management, while the company performance in this study is proxied by the indi-cators of Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobins Q. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results of this study prove that accrual earnings management affects ROA and Tobins Q. This study also proves that there is a decline in market value when the earnings management is performed.

This study aims to prove empirically the factors that affect the Timeliness of Financial Reporting. These factors are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Company Size and Auditor Opinion as Independent Variables and Timeliness of Financial Statements as Dependent Variables.The population of this study is the Manufacturing Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and 66 companies were obtained. The data used are obtained from the published company financial report. The method of analysis used is logistic regression at 5% significance level.Empirical study shows that ROA has significant effect on Timeliness of Financial Reporting.  This study aimed to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure of financial performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 as many as 34 companies. However, by using purposive sampling method then selected 10 companies that serve as the research sample. Financial performance as the dependent variable that is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning per Share (EPS). With this type of associative research, seen the effect of CSR on DER, ROA  and EPS. Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an independent variable, measured by the index of CSR in all aspects of CSR. Testing is done with descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and simple linear regression. The results of this study illustrate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility does not show positive and significant impact on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and the but positive and significant effect on the Earning per Share (EPS), the mining company listed on the Stock Securities Indonesia Year 2012-2014.Keywords: DER, EPS,CSR disclosures, ROA.

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price. The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. The research aims to examine the Institutional Ownership, influence of the size of audit committees, and Independent Commissioner on corporate performance of a company and impact on Executive Compensation. This study uses purposive sampling method. The research sample is 77 of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The data used are secondary data based on Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results showed that the Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioner have a effect on company performance. However,size of audit committeeshave a no effect on performance of the company. Furthermore, company performance have a effect on executive compensation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemilikan institusional, ukuran komite audit, dan komisaris independen terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan berdampak pada kompensasi eksekutif. Studi ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 77 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2016 sampai 2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berdasarkan Smart PLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Namun, ukuran komite audit tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, kinerja perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi eksekutif.

The aims of study to determine the effect of rentability of own capital, solvability, Profitability and Liquidity on dividend policy. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 as many as 18 companies. While the sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. Companies that meet the criteria are only 7 companies. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression methods. The results of research, own capital rentability and current partial ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. The results of the F-test show that the variable profitability of own capital rentability, solvency, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence dividend policy. The purpose of this study to investigate the effect of financial ratio on the stock price of plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used the associative method in a casual relationship form. The study used an annual report from 14 plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014 to 2018 as the study sample. Data method analysis in the study used regression data panel analysis with the fixed-effect model. The result shows that the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock price, whereas the current ratio, return on asset, and the price-earnings ratio has an effect but not significant on stock price from plantation companies. The researcher suggested that investors pay attention to the debt to equity ratio before investing in plantation companies because this ratio can show the investment risk of the company. Keywords: Financial Ratio, Stock Price, Plantation   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham dari perusahaan perkebunan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode asosiatif dalam bentuk hubungan kausal. Penelitian menggunakan laporan tahunan dari 14 perusahaan perkebunan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2014-2018 sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa debt to equity ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan untuk current ratio, return on asset, dan price earning ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dari perusahaan perkebunan. Peneliti menganjurkan kepada investor agar memperhatikan debt to equity ratio sebelum berinvestasi di perusahaan perkebunan karena rasio tersebut dapat memperlihatkan risiko investasi dari perusahaan. Abstract Return On Equity (ROE), Deb to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) are some financial ratios that are used to analyze a company's performance effectively and efficiently. The positive company performance will encourage investors to be stimulated by placing funds through ownership of shares in its. The research sample uses purposive sampling method. The sample are 24 consumer goods sector companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013 – 2017 with secondary data of annual financial reports. This study discusses about effected these ratios to the price of sharia shares so that it will contribute to analysis and decision making of investors and improvements of company in the future. By using multiple linear analysis methods the results show that simultaneously ROE, DER and EPS have significant effect on stock prices. Partially, ROE and EPS have significant effect, while DER ratio has not significant effect on stock prices. Therefor, Islamic issuers should maintain their performance, especially in profitability. The achivement of company profits is the main indicators to interest investors. It will affect the price of islamic stocks to rise and have positive prospect. Kinerja perusahaan yang positif akan mendorong investor terstimulasi menempatkan dana melalui kepemilikan saham pada perusahaan tersebut. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 emiten syariah sektor industri barang konsumsi yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 hingga 2017 dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini membahas sejauh mana rasio-rasio keuangan dari emiten syariah tersebut mempengaruhi harga saham sehingga diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi bagi analisis dan pengambilan keputusan investor ke depannya dalam berinvestasi dan perbaikan kinerja perusahaan di masa akan datang. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan ROE, DER dan EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu, hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya ROE dan EPS yang berpengaruh signifkan, sedangkan rasio DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Oleh karena itu, emiten-emiten syariah harus mempertahankan kinerja perusahaan khususnya dalam menghasilkan laba. Pencapaian laba perusahaan menjadi indikator utama ketertarikan investor dalam berinvestasi yang akan mempengaruhi harga saham syariah menjadi naik dan memiliki prospek positif. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of Profitability variable by using Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage by using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Liquidity variabel by using Current Ratio (CR), to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufacturing sector company are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods. In this research the data used was obtained from the official IDX website. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used is regression analysis in panel data with the help of application E-Views8. Panel data regression estimatedr using Fixed Effect Model (FEM).The result showed that the profitability has a negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, Leverage has a negative and hasn’t significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, while Liquidity has a positive and hasn’t significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.Keywords: Dividend Payout Ratio,Profitability, Leverage, LiquidityTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Profitabilitas dengan menggunakan Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage dengan menggunakan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan variabel likuiditas dengan menggunakan Current Ratio (CR), terhadap Kebijakan Deviden ( DPR) pada perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013-2017. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi E-Views . Data panel regresi menggunakan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden.Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Likuiditas
