E-Learning adalah suatu sistem atau konsep pendidikan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga pengajar mengenai teknologi informasi membuat proses belajar mengajar di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang menjadi terhambat karena kurang mampu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan menjadi salah satu faktor penurunan minat belajar siswa, dari permasalah tersebut maka kami merencanakan program dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi digital sebagai media pembelajaran seperti pemanfaatan platform Blogger dan Youtube. Maka daripada itu, program kami "Pengunaan Blogger dan Youtube Sebagai Media E-Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang" diadakan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan suatu blog dan chanel youtube sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode action research. Langkah-langkah yang ditempuh antara lain observasi lokasi penelitian, sosialisasi mengenai blogger dan youtube, workshop pembuatan blogger dan youtube, evaluasi dan pendapingan. Program ini menghasilkan luaran berupa blogger dan channel youtube bagi masing-masing guru di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang dan siswa dapat mengakses blogger maupun channel youtube sebagai bahan belajarnya. Dengan adanya blogger dan chanel youtube ini, maka pembelajaran semakin optimal sehingga kualitas pendidikan meningkat.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak melalui e-learning flipped classroom. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester V Program Studi Dosenan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Dosenan Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara pada tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada matakuliah  Pengembangan Bahan Ajar dengan jumlah mahasiswa 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada  penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data kuantitatif ini menggunakan instrumen materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak dengan menggunakan pilihan berganda yang diberikan secara online, sementara pada data kualitatif menggunakan hasil observasi kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak di kelas e-learning. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mendesain materi pengembangan bahan ajar non cetak dengan menggunakan e-learning flipped classroom. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Mahasiswa, Bahan Ajar Non Cetak, E-Learning Classroom  Abstract: This study aims to improve students' abilities in designing non-print teaching materials through e-learning flipped classrooms. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) by following the research steps, namely: planning, implementing, observing, analyzing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students in the fifth semester of the Pancasila and Citizenship Lecturer Study Program, the Teaching and Lecturer Faculty of the Islamic University of North Sumatra in the 2020/2021 school year. The implementation of this classroom action research was carried out in the course of Teaching Material Development with a total of 17 students. Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative data. This quantitative data collection tool uses non-printed teaching material development materials instruments using multiple choices provided online, while the qualitative data uses observations of students' abilities in designing non-print teaching material development materials in e-learning classes. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the ability of students in designing non-print teaching materials development materials using e-learning flipped classrooms. Keywords: Student Activity, Non-Printed Teaching Materials, E-Learning Flipped Classroom

This chapter will highlight how practitioners use trans-disciplinary approaches to conduct Action Research (AR) in the context of e-schools, Community Engagement (CE) and Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D). The objectives provide details on how: AR is used to align e-education with life-enhancing values and in situations dealing with partnerships towards CE and/or ICT4D matters at local, national and international levels; to promote e-learning and development among those previously excluded from formal education; AR is contributing to transformation and equity in the context of e-schools, CE and ICT4D; AR CE is contributing to improving the quality of life for all; changes and/or growth in the way in which AR is utilized and interpreted can be explored when such questions are raised; AR can stay relevant in light of the ever-increasing speed of change in terms of technological innovations; and examples of ground-breaking AR work can thus be achieved.

Abstract Children’s social exclusion in the classroom is a threat to the sustainability of education. Teachers should be sensitised to this issue, which raises important implications for teacher education. This paper reports on an action research study in the context of pre-service teacher education aimed at enriching prospective early childhood educators’ perspectives on children’s social exclusion in the classroom and heightening their awareness of themselves as key figures in reducing it. A teacher capable of dealing with children’s social exclusion was the focus of investigation. The students engaged in envisioning through negotiation of meaning in written critical discourse with peers in an e-learning environment (google.docs spreadsheet). Qualitative content analysis of students’ writings suggests viewing pre-service teachers’ professional development towards readiness to address children’s social exclusion in the classroom as movement along a continuum. The study also implies that the performed action research was transformative in that it contributed to a heightened awareness of children’s social exclusion in the classroom among prospective early childhood educators and their awakened commitment to become teachers capable of addressing this problem.

The condition of the covid-19 pandemic that requires applying physical distancing so that face-to-face learning cannot be done and learning is forced to be done online (online) and students' motivation to learn biology is still low. This classroom action research aims to increase students' motivation to learn biology in class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik and describe the increase in motivation to learn biology at class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik through Google Classroom-based E-Learning. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles of 30 students. Data collection techniques through observation and motivation questionnaires. The implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom is stated in the very good, good, quite good, poor, and not good categories, while the motivation to learn mathematics is stated in the very high, high, medium, low and very low categories. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: 1) the implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom in the first cycle in the fairly good category and in the second cycle in the good category. 2) Biology learning motivation of students in class XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik in the first cycle is low, the second cycle is moderate, namely in the first cycle the average motivation to learn biology is 66.3% while in the second cycle it increases to 72.4%. Keywords: E-Learning, Google Classroom, Motivation to Study Biology Abstrak Kondisi pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan menerapkan Pysical distencing sehingga pembelajaran tatap muka tidak bisa dilakukan dan terpaksa pembelajaran dilakukan secara online (daring) dan masih rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar biologi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik melalui E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terhadap 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket motivasi. Keterlaksanaan E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat baik, baik, cukup baik, kurang baik, dan tidak baik, sedangkan motivasi belajar matematika dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) keterlaksanaan E-Learning bebasis Google Classroom pada siklus I pada kategori cukup baik dan pada siklus II pada kateori baik. 2) Motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik pada siklus I rendah, siklus dua sedang, yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata motivasi belajar biologi adalah 66,3% sedangkan pada siklus II naik menjadi 72,4%. This Classroom Action Research aims to increase learning motivation and mastery of E-learning by using the Zenius application in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kampar Utara in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 32 people. This research was conducted from the beginning of April 2020 until the end of April 2020. This research is a classroom action research conducted online using several questionnaires, the link of which is sent to students through their WhatsApp group. This online research was conducted because it did not allow the writer to conduct research directly to school because at this time the teaching and learning process was carried out online. This online learning is due to the spread of the COVID-19 corona virus in almost all countries including Indonesia.

This study is the use of English animation movie as a media in teaching speaking through e-learning process, and it is intended to improve the speaking ability of the students. The methodology used is classroom action research and SMA Keberbakatan Olahraga Negeri (SMAKON) Aceh as a research subject. The source of the data in this study is from the communication between teacher and students in teaching and learning process through e-learning. The instruments are used observation and test. The data observation is analyzed by using qualitative method and the data from the test is analyzed by using quantitative method. In the pre-test result, there are only 1 student who complete pre-test from the total 4 students who followed pre-test. The percentage is still under the predictive criteria, specifically ? 80% from the average score of students that is ? 65. Meanwhile, the post-test shown that all four students got exhaustive score with the percentage reached 50% and the score average reached 50. It means that X IPS-1 student’s improving speaking by using animation movie on e-Learning process at SMAKON is in good category. On the observation result of X IPS-1 students’ improving speaking on e-Learning process improves. Before the researcher implemented animation movie, the percentage only reached 25%, either student’s improving on e-Learning process or students’ activity during teaching and learning process. Then, the percentage increased to 100% for students’ improving speaking on e-Learning process and 83.75% for students’ activity during teaching and learning process after animation movie has implemented.

Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) di tahun 2024 akan menjadi Politeknik kelas Asia. Isu strategis pengembangan PNJ menuju Politeknik kelas Asia adalah melaksanakan “Digital Transformation” untuk pembelajaran dan pelayanan. Salah satu bentuk transformasi digital yang diimplementasikan adalah e-learning. Keberhasilan implementasi e-learning dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan perguruan tinggi memanfaatkan teknologi informasi tersebut dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian action research yang menggunakan instrumen kuesioner berdasarkan model yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kesiapan penelitian ini menggunakan model Aydin dan Tasci yang disesuaikan untuk institusi pendidikan. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan pada model tersebut adalah skala likert (1-5). Aydin dan Tasci kemudian membagi skala tersebut menjadi 4 interval penilaian, yaitu tidak siap, membutuhkan banyak peningkatan (indeks 1-2,59); tidak siap, membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan (indeks 2,6-3,39); siap, membutuhkan sedikit peningkatan (indeks 3,4-4,19); siap, penerapan e-learning dapat dilanjutkan (indeks 4,2-5). Skor hasil penilaian kesiapan implementasi e-learning di PNJ adalah sebesar 4,16 yang menunjukkan bahwa PNJ sudah siap mengimplementasikan ­e-learning dengan sedikit peningkatan yang harus dilakukan, yaitu terkait dengan faktor pengembangan diri (self-development) dan inovasi (innovation).
