This article provides considerations on the prevention of sexual offenses against minors. The article also covers the activities of the subjects of prevention of crimes against the sexual integrity of minors and provides relevant suggestions and recommendations. In addition, this article analyzes the normative legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, this article examines the importance of the family in the prevention of crimes against the sexual integrity and sexual freedom of minors, especially the high incidence of such crimes within the family, which means that important measures need to be developed in this area. This article discusses the registration of unhealthy families and the establishment of constant public control over them, the identification of morally unhealthy parents with various behavioral disorders, their upbringing through community influence, and the behavior of parents whose disorders may adversely affect their minor children. Opinions were expressed on the need for prevention and appropriate recommendations for its prevention.

This article discusses the issues of parents who involve their minor children in such types of antisocial behavior as begging. The author analyzes the terminology, the reasons for the occurrence of such a negative phenomenon, the existing legislative norms which provide for administrative and criminal liability, the ineffectiveness of these norms in resolving the issue of punishing such parents. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to study each specific case of parents involving their children in begging and providing appropriate assistance to the family.

Within the Active Living and Well-Being Project (RRP3), funded by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Regional Development Fund Investing in Your Future program, we aim to develop different approaches and prototype solutions to provide ICT solutions for the family in order to connect its members; communicate; promote quality family time, active life, a health-friendly lifestyle and well-being; and integrate various sensor and user-based data sources into a smart city ecosystem platform. A mixed methodology, combined qualitative and quantitative approaches, was selected to conduct the study. An online survey with a structured questionnaire as well as semi-structured interviews were performed. Through the analysis of the results, we tried to establish a family-centered design approach that would be inclusive as much as possible, creating benefits for all generations in order to develop an interactive prototype solution that would allow us to further test and verify different use-case scenarios.

ABSTRACT A kindred is presented in which 4 members in 3 generations showed absent or reduced serum concentrations of thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG). TBG was undetectable by radioimmunoassay in one male and decreased to varying extent in 3 female patients (4.0, 4.2 and 8.6 μg/ml; normal range 12.5–26.0 μg/ml). Total thyroxine serum concentrations in the affected subjects were well in the hypothyroid range without clinical evidence of hypothyroidism. The mode of transmission of the trait was consistent with X-chromosome linkage. A high incidence of non-toxic goitre was also present in most of the family members examined irrespective of TBG levels. The transmission of the goitre trait was compatible with autosomal dominant inheritance. Thus its association with transmission of TBG deficiency was interpreted as not causal but coincidental.

This paper deals with the practice of informing victims about the release of offenders who serve their prison sentences for crimes against sexual freedom, against life and limb or criminal acts with elements of violence in the Republic of Croatia. Tasks of informing victims about the offender?s release on the basis of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement of Prison Sentence perform the Ministry of Justice, the Independent Service for Victims and Witnesses Support. The Independent Service for Victims and Witnesses Support developed the system of informing victims based on the practice of other countries and improves it continuously. The aim of this paper is to present the procedure of informing victims about the release of offenders, as well as the survey findings about the extent to which victims take advantage of some form of psychosocial support that is available, reactions of victims upon receiving information of the offender?s release as well as about victims? needs for additional psychosocial support.

The article analyzes individual measures aimed at protecting and strengthening the institutions of marriage and family in the Republic of Belarus, in particular, the establishment of a differentiated rate of state duty charged for divorce in both judicial and administrative procedures, as well as the provision of basic and additional term for divorcing spouses to take reconciliation measures. The article is based both on the norms of international legal acts and their interpretation by the authorized bodies, as well as on the norms of the national legislation of the Republic of Belarus and current statistical data. The article draws a number of conclusions: on the non-uniform application of security terminology in relation to the institutions of marriage and family; on the irrational approach to setting the rates of state fees charged for divorce in an administrative procedure; on unnecessary administrative barriers in the form of a two-month term for registration of a divorce in administrative procedure.

Bullying seems to have become an integral part of the lives of children today. The high incidence of bullying behavior in primary school-aged children in the family, school, and surrounding environment indicates the need for immediate interventions to address the problem of school-aged children. Some efforts should be made in the form of prevention, treatment and rehabilitations for victims of bullying behavior. One form of intervention that can be developed as an effort to prevent bullying behavior in school-aged children is Social Skill Training and Family Psycho education therapy. Through Social Skill Training and Family Psychoeducation can improve cognitive, psychomotor and affective school-aged children to prevent bullying behavior. Social Skill Training and Family Psycho education can be developed as a model in the prevention of Bullying behavior in school-aged children.

The research aims to substantiate economic factors and legal regulation of alimony obligations for minors’ maintenance in Russia, referring to other countries’ experiences and applying a questionnaire, indicators of the parents’ well-being, the satisfaction of the child’s needs, and parents’ participation in raising a child after a divorce was determined as can be seen in Russia, the USA, Germany, and France. Regression models are built reflecting the influence of the number of alimony payments, the indicator of parent’s participation in raising a child, the opportunity costs associated with the choice made by each spouse in favor of the family and children, on the integral indicator of the effectiveness of alimony obligations and its particular indicators. The results obtained have determined the guidelines for forming legal regulation of alimony obligations in Russia, which will increase the legislative efficiency of the recovery of alimony payments

A checklist of the family Syrphidae (Diptera) of Serbia is provided in this paper. A total of 412 species and subspecies from 83 genera are reported. Moreover, three species are recorded for the first time from Serbia.
