Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship  between  the role of officers in  the success of measles rubella immunization  (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization

Discipline is a matter that becomes a benchmark to find out whether the overall role of the leader can be carried out properly or not. Discipline must be upheld in an organization, without the support of the discipline of health workers it is difficult to realize its goals, so discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This type of research uses analytic survey method with cross sectional design, to explain the relationship between the role of leadership and work discipline at UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan. With a total of 48 respondents, the total sampling technique is to make the entire population into the study sample. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.004 (p value <0.05), meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means there was a significant relationship between communication with the workforce health discipline at the Padang Bulan Health Center UPT 2019. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between Direction and Guidance with the discipline of health workforce at UPT Padang Bulan Health Center in 2019. It is hoped that leaders will improve communication, direction and guidance for health workers to create a condition of good work discipline.

Health education has an important role to change and strengthen behavioral factors, ranging from predisposing, supporting, to driving so that it can lead to positive behavior from the community. But there are still a few who organize youth Posyandu in Jambi City. Aurduri Health Center was the first to form a teen Posyandu. However, teenagers who visited trimester I reached 100 (5%) was 2,005 teeneger. The formation of adolescent Posyandu is expected to be a place to facilitate adolescents in understanding adolescent health problems, find alternative solutions to problems, but there are still adolescents who do not come to adolescent Posyandu so that many adolescents do not know about their health. Design of analytical research with cross sectional design. The object of the study was all teenagers at the public health center Aurduri Jambi city. This study was conducted on February to July 2019. The samples used random sampling as many as 92 respondents. The collecting of data used a questionnaire then analyzed as univariate and bivariate analysis. The findings indicated that (the factors of reinforcing) 71 (77.2%) the role of health personnel is good, 56 (60.9%) the role of teen Posyandu cadres is good, 63 (68.5%) good family support and as many as 75 (81.5%) respondents had good behavior. The results of chi-square test indicated that there is correlation of the role of health personnel, teen Posyandu cadres and family support toward teen behavior to Posyandu p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is expected that an increase in the budget, facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of health services for adolescents, always seek innovation and new breakthroughs so that the interest of adolescents to come to teen POSYANDU increases every month.

Aim: This research aims to identify the correlation between parity and premature rupture of membrane (PROM) incidence at KIA Sadewa Hospital in 2013. Methods: The research was observational analytic research with a cross-sectional design. The sampling employed total sampling. This research population was all women giving birth at KIA Sadewa Hospital from January to December 2013 who had complete data as many as 2,645 women. The samples used in this study were 2388 women with expected delivery and 257 women who experienced the PROM. The data were secondary data obtained from medical records and then analyzed in univariate and bivariate analysis using a chi-square test with p-value = 0.005. Results: Women giving birth at KIA Sadewa Hospital in 2013 were mostly multipara. The incidence of premature rupture of membrane at KIA Sadewa Hospital in 2013 indicated 9.7% of them experiencing the PROM and 90.3% not experiencing the PROM. Conclusion. There was a correlation between parity and the incidence of premature rupture of membrane at KIA Sadewa Hospital in 2013. Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Hiang Health Center Working Area in 2019 was 49.1%. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family and health worker support with exclusive breastfeeding at the Hiang Health Center, Kerinci Regency Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 165 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The samples taken were mothers who had children aged 6-23 months with the mother's condition physically healthy, able to read, write and speak Indonesian, did not suffer from serious diseases that harm the baby when breastfeeding, such as HIV, Active TB, and Hepatitis. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021 with the interview method using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. Results: The proportion of children who did not get exclusive breastfeeding was 45.5%. Bivariate analysis showed that family support (p=0.004 OR= 1.68 95%CI 1.2-2.3), and support from health workers (p=0.000 OR=2.42 95% CI 1.73 - 3.37) were associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Family and the health workers support were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.

The kind of research that was utilized in this study was an analytical questionnaire. In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support. The midwife program, on the other hand, had a moderate impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0,038 0.05 and a moderate effect of 11,1 times on the increase in exclusive breastfeeding.

Background :Stunting is called a cross-generation nutritional problem caused by multifactors including genetic factors (maternal height). Another factor causing stunting is lack of nutrition. ASI fulfills all of the baby's nutritional needs, so breastfeeding status also affects the incidence of stunting.Objective : to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Ulee Kareng Health Center in Banda Aceh.Methods : This research is descriptive analytical research with cross sectional design with a quantitative approach. It was held on May-June 2019. The population of this study was all children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Health Center Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The sample size was 81 children aged 6-36 months. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire to determine toddler identity and the identity of the respondent. Measurement of height using microtoice, and body length was measured using an infrantometer Analysis of data using the chi square test with a 0.05 degree of confidence.Result : Based on the results of the study, children who received exclusive breastfeeding were 51.9%. Short mother 58%. Normal child 51.9%. There is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months. With p-value 0.05. Namely exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children (p-value = 0.011). Maternal height with incidence of stunting in children (p-value = 0.028).Conclusion : Exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height have a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Health Center Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. So it is expected that mothers give exclusive breastfeeding for babies as an effort to prevent stunting.

Immunization is the government's efforts to reduce children mortality, because immunization is an effective primary prevention to reduce infectious diseases. But the sufficient immunization number is still far to achieve the targets specified. There are many factors influence such as parents and families. The purpose of this study was to analyze the connection of the mothers’ knowledge with family roles (nuclear family and non-core family) alongside of basic immunization status. This research was an observational analytic study using cross sectional design. The sampling used cluster random sampling. Sampling in this research were 46 mothers of infants aged 9-12 month in community health center of  Pucuk Lamongan. Analysis of the data used was the chi-square test with significance level α of 0.05. The results showed a connection between mothers’ knowledge (p = 0.027), the role of the nuclear family (p = 0.007), and the role of non-core family (p = 0.020) with basic  immunization status. There is no connection between family’s income with basic  immunization status. (p = 0.725). The  conclusions  of the results this study of the mother's knowledge, the role of the nuclear family and non-core family has an important part to increase basic immunization coverage . As to develop KIE complete for mothers about basic immunization which should be obtained for infant. Motivate parents and family to always apply completeness of  basic  immunization, and  utilize the health care that has been provided to maintain the health of her infant. Keywords: basic immunization, role of family, nuclear-noncore

Based on Indonesian Basic Health Research 2018Vitamin A capsule coverage for children 6-59 months reached 53.1%. Based on Department of Health Gorontalo district Vitamin A capsule coverage in work area of Asparaga community health center reached 80%. The research aims at investigating association of giving vitamin A toward toddler. This research used observational analytic method with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in February until April with total of samples were 262 children  6-59 mount and respondents were toddler mother. The technique of collecting samples was using purposive sampling technique and the technique of data collection was using questionnaire. The technique of data analysis was chi square test. The findings reseacrh was found that the giving of vitamin A on toddler was 126 (48,1%) and not giving vitamin A was 136 (51,9%) toddlers, low mothers knowledge 63,4%, active cadre 28,2%, active participation toddlers 5,0%. Base on analysis bivariate indicated that sufficient knowledge of mothers 67,7% of the toddlers were given vitamin A and chi square test showed knowledge of p value = 0,000, the role of active cadres 82,4% of the toddlers were given vitamin A with p value = 0,000 and the activity of toddlers visiting community health center / Posyandu 100% of the toddlers were given vitamin A with p value = 0,000. It was concluded that the mothers knowledge factor, the role of cadres and the activity of toddlers visiting Community Health Center and Posyandu were related to the provision of viramin A in the toddlers. It was recommended for mothers of toddlers to explore more information regarding the importance of providing vitamin A to toddlers, and to be active partisipation in Community Health Center / Posyandu activities.Berdasarkan hasil Riskesdas 2018 cakupan kapsul vitamin A pada anak 6-59 bulan mencapai 53,1%. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Gorontalo cakupan pemberian vitamin A di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Asparaga mencapai 80%. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejumlah faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian vitamin A pada balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Februari sampai April dengan jumlah sampel 262 balita umur 6-59 bulan dengan ibu balita sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan tekhnik purvosive sampling dan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisis menggunaka chi square test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pemberian vitamin A pada balita sebanyak 126 (48,1%) dan tidak diberikan vitamin A sebanyak 136 (51,9%) balita, pengetahuan ibu kurang 63,4%, keaktifan kader 28,2%, keaktifan kunjungan balita 5,0%. Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu cukup 67,7% anak balita diberikan vitamin A chi square  test menunjukkan pengetahuan  p value = 0,000, peran kader aktif 82,4% balita diberikan vitamin A dengan p value = 0,000, dan keaktifan kunjungan balita ke Puskesmas / Posyandu 100% balita diberikan vitamin A dengan p value = 0,000 berhubungan dengan pemberian vitamin A pada balita. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan ibu, peran kader dan keaktifan kunjungan balita ke Puskesmas dan Posyandu berhubungan dengan pemberian viramin A pada balita. Disarankan kepada ibu balita agar lebih menggali informasi terkait pentingnya pemberian vitamin A pada balita, serta aktif dalam kegiatan Puskesmas / Posyandu.

The payment of capitation funds affects the motivation and performance of health workers in providing quality services at the Puskesmas. The work motivation of doctors can affect the quality of service and the performance of other health workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the distribution of capitation funds on the work motivation of doctors in Puskesmas in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from Risnakes 2017 research results with cross-sectional design. The sample was all doctors in the puskesmas in Indonesia who were successfully interviewed and had independent variables is 4.012 sample. Data analysis was performed descriptively and statistically using chi-square test and logistic regression. From the results of the study found there is a relationship between the suitability of the distribution of capitation funds with the work motivation of doctors in urban health centers in Indonesia with a P value of 0,000 and PR 1,309 (95% CI 1,153 - 1,487). This means that the appropriate distribution and capitation have an influence of 1,309 times in increasing the work motivation of doctors in Indonesian health centers. The distribution of capitation funds must be in accordance with the workload of doctors at the puskesmas to increase motivation and performance of quality services at the puskesmas and the existing regulations must be regularly evaluated.
