Introduction: Anemia is one of the most common nutritional disorders during pregnancy, this anemia can be achieved with iron supplementation. Pregnant women who suffer from severe anemia can increase the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality, the possibility of giving birth to babies with low birth weight. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health promotion, the role of health workers, and family support with the prevention of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Method: This type of research, quantitative and analytical descriptive approach using the cross-sectional method. The study population was all pregnant women as many as 128 people and a sample of 56 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi-square with 0.05. Result: The results showed that the prevention of anemia in pregnant women was in the poor category (57%), the role of health workers was not good (55%), health promotion was not good (63%), low family support (54%) in preventing anemia in pregnant women working area of ​​Bondongan Health Center, Bogor City in 2019. Conclution: There is a significant relationship between the role of health workers (P-value 0.04), Health Promotion (P-value 0.012), and Family Support (P-value 0.02) on the prevention of anemia in pregnant mothers.

Introduction: Specifically for the 12-24 month age group, the report on the results of weighing children under five at the sub-district level in Depok City shows that the Depok sub-district is the sub-district that has the highest prevalence of stunting (22.3%). Objectives: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization status, and infant and child feeding on the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Bojongsari Health Center in 2021. Method: Respondents in this study were mothers who had stunted toddlers aged 12-59 months who were located in the Bojongsari Health Center area. This research is quantitative research with the analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The population taken by toddlers who experienced stunting amounted to 130 respondents and the number of samples was 97 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Lemeshow formula with purposive sampling. The types of data used are secondary and primary data with univariate and bivariate analysis. The data were processed using SPSS 25. Result: The results of the Chi-square statistical test for birth weight variables (p-value = 0.027), exclusive breastfeeding (p-value = 0.038), immunization status (p-value = 0.036) and infant feeding and child (p-value=0.000). Conclusion: There is a relationship between birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding, immunization status, and infant and child feeding on the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 12-59 months at the Bojongsari Health Center, Depok City in 2021.

Introduction: According to the Marriage Law, Number 16 of 2019 article 7 paragraph (1) early marriage is a marriage that is carried out before a person reaches ≤19 years of age. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants of early marriage in adolescents. The determinants used in this study are economic factors, environmental factors, socio-cultural factors, mass media, as well as views and beliefs. Method: This study used a design cross-sectional, with a simple random sampling technique. And determining the sample using the Lemeshow formula to obtain a sample size of 50 respondents. Result: The results showed that 27 respondents (54%) were married aged 16-17 years, 30 respondents (60%) had low-income economic factors <UMK, 27 respondents (54%) had bad environmental factors, 29 respondents (58%) had social negative culture, 31 respondents (65%) were exposed to mass media, 28 respondents (56%) had negative views and beliefs. Conclusion: The results of the test Chi-Square showed that there was a significant relationship between early marriage among adolescents with economic factors p-value = 0.013 and OR = 5.444 (95% CI 1.584-18.714), environmental factors P-value = 0.026 and OR = 4.453 (95% CI 1.353 -14.653), socio-cultural P-Value = 0.027 and OR = 4.444 (95% CI 1.337-14.769), mass media P-Value = 0.028 and OR = 4.550 (95% CI 1.335-15,503), views and beliefs of P-Value = 0.002 and OR = 8,000 (95% CI 2.247- 28.477).

Introduction: The stress of a pregnant woman that comes from within is related to feeling anxious about her ability to adapt to her pregnancy conditions. Feelings of anxiety and worry in the third trimester, are increasingly getting into the gestational age of seven months and over and before delivery. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diaphragm relaxation, progressive muscle relaxation, and breath relaxation on reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women at BPM Mira Laura, Bogor City. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental research method (Quasi Experiment) and used a non-randomized control group pre-test-post-test design approach, with a sampling technique namely quota sampling with a sample size of 45 respondents. The research instrument was the Speilberg State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS. Result: The result of the Paired T-Test is an effect of diaphragm relaxation (P=0,000; OR=2.883), progressive muscle relaxation (P=0,000; OR=4.579), and breath relaxation (P=0,000; OR=4.655) on reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women at BPM Mira Laura, Bogor City. Conclusion: With this research, it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, can provide midwifery care to pregnant women to reduce anxiety by doing or teaching pregnant women relaxation so that pregnant women can carry out these therapies sustainably and independently at home because it is very easy to apply.

Introduction: The behavior of antenatal care visits is the action of pregnant women who carry out pregnancy checks from the first trimester to the third trimester. Objective: To determine the relationship between health service facilities, health promotion, health care support, and the quality of health services on the behavior of antenatal care visits at the Bojongsari Health Center, Depok City in 2021. Methods: This type of research used a quantitative analytic survey using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 141 pregnant women in the third trimester. The sampling technique used was the Lemeshow formula with purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 103 third-trimester pregnant women. The types of data used are primary and secondary data with univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: Pregnant women with poor antenatal care visits were 58 pregnant women (56.3%). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the variables of service facilities (OR = 27.773), health promotion (OR = 19.213), health care support (OR = 22.519), and the quality of health services (OR = 26.057) on the behavior of antenatal care visits at the Bojongsari Health Center, Depok City. 2021.

Berdasarkan hasil survey BKKBN provinsi jawa barat menunjukan bahwa 83 % remaja tidak tahu tentang konsep kesehatan reproduksi yang benar 61,8 % tidak tahu di persoalan masa subur dan masalah haid., kabupaten bogor salah satu dari beberapa kabupaten yang ada di jawa barat dengan personal hygiene yang kurang baikObjectives: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan aktifitas fisik peran orang tua sumber informasi terhadap personal hygiene saat menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMK Kusuma Bangsa Bogor Tahun 2020Method: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik, pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sampel 60 responden diperoleh dengan teknik total sampling. Data di olah menggunakan Program Komputer.Results: Hasil uji tatistic Chi-square variabel aktifitas fisik (P-value = 0,024), peran orang tua (P-value = 0,000) sumber informasi (P-value = 0,003).Conclusion: Kesimpulannya ada hubungan aktifitas fisik , peran orang tua, sumber informasi terhadap personal hygiene saat menstruasi pada remaja putri di SMK Kusuma Bangsa Bogor Tahun 2020

Introduction: Labor pain is a physiological condition experienced by the mother during the birth process. The impact of labor pain if left untreated will cause fear and anxiety then it will cause stress and the delivery time will be long. Counterpressure massage, effleurage and murottal are non-pharmacological measures to reduce labor pain. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effectiveness of Counterpressure Massage, Massage Effleurage, Murohlah Against the Reduction of Primigravida Stage 1 Labor at BPM “M”.Method: This research method is quantitative using a quasi- experimental research design. The population in this study were all primigravida mothers in the first phase of labor in the active phase of the Midwife M BPM, amounting to 30 respondents. sample in this study were 30 . The sampling technique uses total sampling because the number of population is relatively small, 30. The instrument used is a face scale sheet. Data processing using computerized, with univariate and bivariate data analysis.Result: T-dependent massage counterpressure test results obtained p- value = 0,000 <0.05, massage effect p-value 0.001 <0.05, and for murothal p-value 0.010 <0.05. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the counterpressure, effleurage and murothal at BPM Midwife M affect labor pain. With this research, it is expected that BPM will further increase efforts to reduce the level of pain with this research.Conclution: It is expected that in midwives M midwives will perform counterpressure massage treatments for each delivery patient so as to improve the quality of service.

Introduction: Menstrual pain problems are problems that are often complained of by women, especially during their teens. This condition can get worse if accompanied by unstable psychological conditions, such as stress, depression, excessive anxiety, and excessive sadness or happiness. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of physical activity, family history of dysmenorrhea and anxiety with dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMK Wijaya Kusuma, South Jakarta in 2020. Method: The design of this study used analytical methods with cross sectional research designs. The population of this research is the Young Women at Smk Wijaya Kusuma. So the sample needed is 86 respondents. Result: Chi square hypothesis test results obtained p-value of 0.035, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between physical activity and dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMK Wijaya Kusuma, South Jakarta in 2020. In addition, an Odds Ratio (OR) score of 3.874 means that respondents routinely perform physical activity had 3,874 times the chance to experience mild dysmenorrhea compared with respondents who did not routinely engage in physical activity. There is a relationship of anxiety towards dysmenorrhea in adolescents in Smk Wijaya Kusuma, South Jakarta in 2020 with a p-value of 0.012 and an Odds Ratio (OR) of 3.539. Conclution: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between physical activity, family history of dysmenorrhea and anxiety with dysmenorrhea in adolescents at SMK Wijaya Kusuma, South Jakarta in 2020. Suggestions for adolescents to be able to routinely carry out daily physical activities such as exercising and doing homework in order to reduce dysmenorrhea.

Introduction: Obesity has become a worldwide epidemic health problem. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that more than 1.9 billion adults aged 18 years and over are overweight and 600 million of them are obese. In 2014 an estimated 41 million children under the age of 5 are obese. Objectives: aiming to determine the effect of the influence of fast food consumption, breakfast intake and physical activity on the incidence of obesity in adolescent girls at the Bekasi 13th high school in 2019. Method: This study uses the Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Crossapproach Sectional. The total population in this study was 118 respondents, the determination of the number of samples that were reseventative with a total sample of 70 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability testing, the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Result: The results in this study there is a direct effect of fast food consumption on the incidence of obesity (9.45%, T Statistic 4.06%, α 5%), there is a direct effect on breakfast intake on the incidence of obesity (4.04%, T Statistic 3, 04%, α 5%), there is a direct influence of physical activity on the incidence of obesity (5.00%, Statistical T value 2.67% α 5%). Conclution: The conclusion is there is the influence of fast food consumption, breakfast intake and physical activity on the incidence of obesity in adolescent girls in Bekasi 13th High School in 2019. The suggestion is expected that adolescents reduce consuming fast food so that health is maintained and prevent obesity.

Introduction: Failure, The success of exclusive breastfeeding is due to the working mother .The failure factor to exclusively offer breastfeeding to working mothers is due to working mothers and the unavailability of breastfeeding room facilities and lack of support from the workplace. Objectives: The research objective was to determine the mother's perception, husband's support and workplace support by giving exclusive breastfeeding to working mothers at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency in 2019. Method: The research design used was a cross sectional study. The population in this study were mothers who worked at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency as many as 42 people. The sample used was 43 respondents with the sampling technique with the total sampling method. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Result: Based on the results of the investigation, it was found that 22 people were given exclusive breastfeeding (53.4%), 22 people had poor perceptions of mothers (53.4%), 23 people (54.8%) had poor support, local support good work as many as 24 people (57.1%). The statistical test results of the relationship between maternal perceptions and exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.014. The relationship between partner support and exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.032. The relationship between workplace support of exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.011. Conclution: The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal perceptions, workplace support and support by providing exclusive breastfeeding for mothers working at CV. Tri Corp Bogor Regency in 2019. Suggestions for research sites to be able to provide health workers for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers as well as increase breastfeeding space and provide exclusive breastfeeding policies for mothers with children 0-6 months.
