A company has a goal to increase the value of the company. Anincrease in company value results in an increase in shareholder welfare. Asan investor, of course investors will choose to invest in companies with agrowing company value. Company value can be influenced by profitability,company growth, leverage, and company size. The purpose of this studywas to determine the effect of profitability, company growth, and corporateleverage by using company size as a control variable. This research focuseson the manufacturing industry especially the food and beverage sub-sectorlisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014–2018. This study uses quantitativeresearch with a total sample of 14 companies and each companyuses five data so that the total data is 70 data. This study uses multiplelinear regression analysis processed by the SPSS program. The results showedthat profitability, company growth, and corporate leverage have a significantinfluence on firm value. Profitability is the variable with the highestinfluence which is then followed by company growth and corporate leverage.

This study aims to examine the influence of capital expenditure variables, company growth, and company size on firm value through financial performance is moderated by the capital structure of the company in LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research methodology uses quantitative methods, the number of observations as many as 50 sourced from 45 companies over 5 annual periods. The results of this study found that: (1) Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) had no effect on Company Value (PBV), (2) Capital Expenditure (Capex) does not affect Financial Performance (ROE), (3) Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) have a significant effect on ROE, (4) Financial Performance (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Value Company (PBV), (5) Financial Performance (ROE) does not mediate the effect of Capital Expenditure (Capex), Company Growth (Growth) and Company Size (Size) on Firm Value (PBV), (6) Capital Structure (DER) moderates the influence of Financial Performance (ROE) to Company Value (PBV)

The purpose of this study is to formulate a determinant model of capital structure and firm value. The population of this study is the tourism industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. In this study the entire population is sampled (Total Sampling). Data collection procedures by collecting audited (annual report) financial report data issued by the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that partially profitability, institutional ownership and firm size had a significant effect on capital structure while company growth had no significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneously the profitability variables, institutional ownership, company growth and company size affect the capital structure. Partially profitability, institutional ownership, company size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, while company growth does not significantly influence firm value Simultaneously profitability, Institutional ownership, company size, company growth and capital structure have a significant effect on company value in the sector tourism industry.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of institutional leadership, tax planning and foreign board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study were 615 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling to get a total sample of 325 companies with a total of 975 observations of company data. The results of this study indicate that institutional leadership and tax planning have no role in increasing company value. While the foreign board of commissioners showed a significant influence on the value of the company. This proves that there is a need for diversity in the structure of the board that can trigger an increase in the value of the company. This study examines the effect of capital structure, company growth, company size on profitability and company value the cases of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative descriptive research using path analysis. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The results of the study found that there was a positive impact of capital structure, company growth, firm size on profitability and value of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Investment is a delay in consumption now to be allocated to productive assets which are expected to generate profits in the future, which is called stocks return.  Mining company in Indonesia is an attractive sector to invest in stocks because from a geographical perspective, Indonesia is an archipelago structure that contains mining products. There are risks that will be experienced by investors when investing, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Unsystematic risk can be avoided because related to management decisions. Knowing and analyzing the effect of debt policy, firm value, company size, investment cash flow on stock returns on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is a mining company that has go public and published audited financial statements 2013-2017 with 84 data processed consisting of 28 companies each year. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that debt policy and firm value have significant effect on stock returns while firm size and investment cash flow does not have significant effect on stock returns. Investor will be interested in investing in companies with good financial performance rather than bad financial performance.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to examine and explain the effect of company size and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is explanatory research, testing classical assumptions, and analyzed using a moderated regression analysis, and using the t test. The number of samples is 32 companies, and the sampling method used is purposive sampling. This research variable consists of company size and leverage as an independent variable, company value as the dependent variable, and profitability as a moderating variable. The analysis showed that partially company size and leverage had no significant effect on firm value, profitability had a negative effect on firm value and profitability weakened the effect of company size on firm value and profitability strengthened the effect of leverage on firm value. In this study, it can provide implications for a company to consider factors of company size, leverage, and profitability, and can also be used as a reference by other companies in business strategy, understand aspects of the industry they are involved in, and pay more attention to the development of the environment that can affect the company's business so that it can increase the value of the company.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning and CSR (corporate social responsibility) on company value. This study also aims to analyze the role of moderation of the transparency of the influence of tax planning and CSR on the value of financial service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The dependent variable is measured using Tobins' Q. Data is obtained by using the method of collecting documentation data obtained from data tracking through electronic media such as annual report data and company financial statements that are sampled. The total sample in this study were 40 companies determined by the purposive sampling method. Data processing techniques in this study use the method of multiple linear analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that tax planning and CSR affect the value of the company. In addition, this study also found that transparency can moderate the effect of tax planning and CSR on corporate value.
