Main problem: Among the numerous threats to international security and personal security, one of the central problems remains ensuring a stable and effective system of global governance in the field of healthcare. The article is devoted to the problem of public health as an indicator of regional development during the coronavirus pandemic. This article actualizes socio-economic problems in the context of threats to the external environment that affected the EAEU countries, as well state of health of the population of the Pavlodar region and the measures taken by the state in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic that has engulfed the world. Problems of a socio-economic nature can be solved by joint efforts of state structures, private, medium and small businesses. At the same time, joint programs are an important priority area of partnership during the development of the pandemic, in the cancers of which the transition to the organization of public order with enhanced quarantine restrictions will be carried out. Financing of such activities can be carried out from various sources, including grant funds aimed at finding new medicines. Regional specifics are important, since the level of spread of dangerous diseases depends on many factors. In connection with the existing prerequisites, based on an in-depth analysis of the medical and demographic situation, morbidity and disability of the population of the Pavlodar region, it is advisable to give a comprehensive assessment of the health status of residents of the region during the coronavirus pandemic. Purpose: based on an in-depth analysis of the medical and demographic situation, morbidity and disability of the population of the Pavlodar region, to give a comprehensive assessment of the health status of residents of the region during the coronavirus pandemic. Methods: In accordance with the tasks set, the following methods were used: analytical, statistical, comparative, theoretical and system analysis, psychological analysis methods, sociological methods (questionnaire, survey). Results and their significance: The results obtained can be used in the course of further study of the laws of functioning of the social sphere of the regional economy and the principles of functioning of the health management system of the Pavlodar region.

With the development of computer technology, especially the rapid development and extensive application of database technology and computer network technology, the data quantity increases sharply, the accumulation of a large number of data in various fields, and rising fast. Enterprise database or data warehouse has stored a large number of customer data, these data include many aspects of the information of customers, but also contains the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise operation. If we can use these data quickly, efficiently in-depth analysis and research, to find the rules and modes, to obtain the necessary knowledge from it, will help enterprises to better decision making. The system can successfully excavate students and staff of the tendency of consumption and consumption habits, analyze their satisfaction with each restaurant. The results of system analysis to a certain role for school students and teachers to understand and analyze the condition of daily consumption, so the establishment of this system has great practical value.

Health assessment is one of the key technologies for civil aircraft health management system. In order to access the health status of components, subsystems and systems of civil aircrafts, this paper explicitly defines the health status, and presents the fuzzy synthetic evaluation algorithm. Then the model of the evaluated object is established to get the health status of quantitative level. Finally, the method is used for health assessment of aircraft hydraulic pump .The results of simulation show the practicability of this method.

The article discusses the main problems of the implementation of event tourism in certain territories, which primarily include: short-term event; the scale of the event; placement in a natural area; lack of sufficient means of accommodation and services for tourists; style of events and the like. Goal. Development of an effective system of organizational and technical support for event tourism events. Methodology. The main research methods, in order to achieve the goal, are the analysis of engineering support, the classification of mobile homes for event tourism and the modeling of requirements for them based on the system analysis of event tourism technologies. Results. The organizational and technical support of event tourism activities proposed in the article will reduce the technogenic load on the local natural landscapes of natural areas in the places where event events are held. This will contribute to the formation of a higher culture, the style of their conduct, which will make it possible to undertake events of event tourism in regions that are even more attractive to a wide audience of tourists not only in our country, but also abroad. This method of organizational and technical support can also be used for holding rallies, forums, conferences and other events. Important for the success of the development of event tourism and the correct organization of organizational and engineering support is the formation of a calendar of events, which makes it possible to approach all future events in a planned manner, from the point of view of engineering and technical support, later will give its positive results. Scientific novelty. The current state of the use of mobile houses in event tourism on the territory of Ukraine is analyzed for the first time. For the first time, the calendar of the territory of the Stanishovskaya OTG of the Zhytomyr region was compiled for 2020-2021. Practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the compiled calendar of event tourism will be used by OTG "Stanishovskaya" in full and taking into account our recommendations regarding the holding of mass events.

Abstract: Occupational health management of liquid chemical transport wharf is still in its infancy, in order to grasp the occupational health status of employees in the industry and improve the occupational health management level of employees, taking the liquid chemical transport wharf of an enterprise as the investigation object, according to the relevant domestic occupations. Hygiene standards, using the combination of on-site occupational hygiene survey and workplace occupational hazard factors detection, identify the occupational hazard factors of the wharf, and detect the degree of hazard. The survey results show that the overall occupational health of the wharf is basically good, but the noise index is slightly exceeded. It is suggested to further improve the occupational health management level of the wharf by improving the protection technology and strengthening the administrative management.

Traditional autonomous use of indicators characterizing each of the forms of effectiveness (functional, economic, social, environmental) leads to a one-sided assessment of management systems, while a comprehensive assessment is needed in the strategic perspective. Efficiency of strategic management systems is one of the most complex forms of the manifestation of the efficiency category, which, in relation to other types of efficiency, acts as the most generalizing concept that synthesizes a complex of independent values of efficiency in the long run. Only the consideration of this category from the position of system analysis to a certain extent allows us to solve this difficult task.

The aim of this work is: to define the Conceptual model of medical provision of children in educational institutions in modern conditions. Materials and methods: analysis of data from a longitudinal study of children’s health; questionnaire of parents, teachers, heads of educational institutions on the volume of medical support for students; questioning students’ lifestyle and social determinants of health. Results: According to the study has determined the medical and social determinants which negative affect on health status of school age childrens; detected the most appropriate types of of school health services which based on the parents, medical and teachers opinion. The important also is monitoring of health status of children for develop of prevent measure for improove health status and forming of healthy lifestyle behavioral. Problematic issues to be addressed include: improving the legal framework on the competences and volumes of health care for pupils in educational institutions; material equipment; setting up a system for monitoring and analyzing the health status of students and educational groups, identifying health risk factors; establishing a continuous multimodal health-oriented system of student-oriented youth behavior. Conclusions: The health status of students and the level of health-oriented behavior, the reform of the medical sector require introduction of an effective system of medical support for students of organized groups, improving the system of preventive care for students, parents, which is presented in the Conceptual model.
